Only oil doesn't do such kind of thing..if u have erectile dysfunction then u need treatment and have to change ur diet plan..have to do regular exercise or wAlking...if u continued this thing along with proper homeopathic treatment then ur problem will be shortrd out.

Dear if you have ureteric stone much depends upon the size of the stone specially its width. If thgat is less then9-10 mm tyhen coservative management can be done. If the stone is producing marked obstruction causing hydro-ureteronephrosis than minimally invesive procedures like urs can b e very useful. Drink plenty of fluids orally but remain under supervision of a urologist.

First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation.Hope this may help you. Hi. There are 2 major reasons when you overeat - emotional eating, or compulsive eating (binge eating)! Over time, compulsive overeating usually leads to obesity. These may include exercising, meditating, using sensory relaxation strategies, and practicing simple breathing exercises. -Eat three meals a day plus healthy snacks. -Avoid temptation. Hello, give her Alfalfa tonic , 2 tsp twice daily. Angioton 10 drops with water twice daily. Give her lemon water with salt . Drink more water. A cup of the raw beetroot juice once daily. It is one of the best home remedies for low blood pressure. Drinking a cup of strong black coffee can also help.

I am having stomach problems, I have to pass tools thrice in the morning so that my stomach doesn't give me problems as I have lot of gas problems. It wastes 1 hour in the morning else my entire day I will have gas problems if I do not pass my tools three times or more in the morning how can I resolve this. Most if my morning time is wasted because of this.

most of the patients tolerate anti TB medicine very well.so nothing much to worry. few patients may have symptoms of gastric upset by medicines like abdomen pain, nausea, vomiting. Rarely the medicines have side effects on the liver also.

If sugar levels are high enough you need to take medicines regularly..kindly let me know the current blood sugar status..till then follow the following tips: Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight:-The most significant thing which can make a big difference to your health is to lose your extra weight. This will not only lower your blood pressure but also helps lowering your cholesterol too. For woman: waist of 80 cm or more & for man: waist of 90 cm or more are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :-the timings at which you have your meals should be set fixed and at regular intervals each day. This will considerably improve your metabolic activity and helps reducing your weight. 3- Split your meals and eating in moderate amount:-Splitting your meals into 3-4 times per day (including snacks)and eating in fair and consistent amount , improves your metabolic rate as the food u take is not concentrated at one time. 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-There should be no long gaps between meals. Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time .Try to have moderate amount of food each time u eat. It will help maintain your blood sugar at a healthy level and won’t let it to fluctuate. Remember to eat your food slowly, chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs:-Exercise is very important and a fast way to trim down calories, extra weight and controlling glucose level. Brisk walking for 30 min. atleast five times a week is the best and easiest way of exercising. You can also try Cycling, swimming, dancing. Timings for exercise should be fixed and regular. Avoid heavy exercise. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods and meat: Limit fats and sweets. Rather choose a variety of foods including whole grains, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, low fat dairy products. 9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats as they are easily broken down to basic sugars. Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks .Instead include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour. This will increase fibre in your diet. 10-Drink enough fluids:-Keep your body well hydrated. Drink a lot of water that will help flush the toxins off your system. 11.Fresh vegetables and fruits:- gives essential benefits as these contain a lot of vital minerals as well as nutrients .Include sprouts in the diet as they are easily digestible and a rich source of nutrients. 12- Avoid excess salt:-in form of pickles/papads etc. 1 tsp(5 gm)is sufficient for a healthy hypertensive individual. 13-Avoid alcohol consumption:-Alcohols such as beer and wine contains large amount of calories. choose sugar-free drink. 14- dairy products :-Dairy products are high on fat content such as cheese, curd, milk etc. So instead consume skimmed milk products , low fat cheese, yogurt (curd) etc. Do not have more than two cups of tea or coffee every day. Try green tea instead.

Hello lybrate-user, there is no need to be sad, everyone has health problems. If you have cold and breathing problem, get a test for sinusitis. It is a common problem. Your dark circles are caused due to sleep disturbance and sleep disturbance due to nose problem. Get a proper test from an ent, and all your problems will be solved. For the time being, -always keep vicks inhaler with you, even while sleeping, for breathing problem. -get a sound sleep, and apply an under eye cream before bed time. -try not to get air from the air conditioner directly on you and keep a handerchief to cover your nose in dust. Do not neglect your problem, see a doctor (ent specialist) soon.

Keep yourself warm, drink plenty of fluid, take a protein rich diet with fruits and vegetables, add multivitamin like zincovit for couple of months, make sure you cover your nose while walking/driving through bushy areas/dusty roads and practice yoga and meditation are few tips I suggest to my patients.

Masturbation considered bad habits even it gives relief from stress. More masturbation spoil your good images in good society. And also spoil your marriage life. You can not stay in sex with wife. You can suffered from erectile dysfunction and low or bad quality of sperms. Which create problems in pregnancy. Avoid those friends community those are free from any busy work or doing masturbation. Read good books. Avoid porn movies. Do busy yourself in work / study. Spent few times with family members. Never be alone. Play a out door game in a week avoid stress, avoid spicy and oily meals. Avoid more alcohol/ smoking it reduced sexual power. If can not control masturbation do only twice a week. Or take artificial vagina for intercourse it does not harm to penis also.
