Nightfall is the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen during sleep. This is generally caused by sexual arousal and orgasm from dreams. Night Fall Side Effect 1. Fatigue 2. Back pain 3. Hair loss 4. Weak erection 5. Premature ejaculation 6. Testicular pain 7. Cramp in pelvic cavity . Excessive masturbation may have been the cause of your problems to begin with. Reducing your frequency of sex and masturbation from now on will help to prevent early ejaculation and seminal leakages from reoccurring. If the discharges take place before twenty years’ of age and that too at very short intervals, it indicates that the sexual system has gone out of order. Homeopathy may prove best and safe method of treatment in order to cure night emission. Advise = Do not sleep on the back · Do not use milk at night · Avoid overeating · Take your night meal at least before 3 hours before going to bed · Excessive spices, wine, eggs, meat and other stimulating things should be avoided. For better result consult privately.

If I sleep with fan full on during the night, I get headaches when I wake in the morning. The same happens if I AC is strong and I stay in that environment for more then 10 minutes. What may be the possible cause for this problem?

MBBS
General Physician, Gurgaon
Hi, it could be because of migraine. In this situation there is dilatation of the blood vessels in the scalp which leads to pulsatile form of headache due to exposure in extreme temperature, too hot or too cold food, sudden flashy light exposure, loud sounds and sometimes some food items agravate or start headache. For this type of symptoms we should avoid such exposures and keep your head covered with some cloth or cap while sleeping. In rare conditions this sort of pain could be because of wrong posture of neck for long time in cold temperature. I hope this information will help you. Take care, have a nice day.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. If you have have localized neck pain with no other symptoms like radiating upper limb pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc and with no other associated constitutional symptoms like evening rise in temperature, loss of weight, excessive sweating at night etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your neck while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. We will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of neck and few blood tests for evaluation. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.

Hey i'm a 17 years old virgin guy. My girlfriend and I've just decided to have sex but there is a lot to worry. We want to minimise the risk of pregnancy as far as possible. Is the pull and pray method something to rely upon? Can I wash my penis before sex to remove the dirt or precum and then remove my penis from her when I'm about to ejaculate?

MD
Yoga & Naturopathy Specialist, Delhi
You are only 17. It is not right to indulge in premarital sex. You should instead concentrate on your studies and career. If you are really a friend of your girl friend do not break her virginity before marriage because she may have to face some problems if she ultimately has to marry some one other that you. Remember, such relationships at this age do change with maturity. Here I presume that you do not have any marriage plans for at least 7-8 years. That is a long period of time.

Doctor, I have hyperhidrosis, some time my palm and feet are normal (morning) then my palm and greets are very sweat. 96 % are sweat in per day. So I'm very confused on my working times. And little fear about my marriage life. So my feet's have fungal infections and can't wear shoe's and other covering food wears. So can you suggest me a proper treatments or medicine's please.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a common disorder which produces a lot of unhappiness. An estimated 2-3% of people suffer from excessive sweating of the underarms (axillary hyperhidrosis) or of the palms and soles of the feet (palmoplantar hyperhidrosis). Underarm problems tend to start in late adolescence, while palm and sole sweating often begins earlier, around the age 13 (on the average). Untreated, these problems may continue throughout life. Sweating is embarrassing, it stains clothes, ruins personal contact, and complicates business and social interactions. Severe cases can have serious practical consequences as well, making it hard for people who suffer from it to hold a pen, grip a car steering wheel, or shake hands. Causes OF Hyperhidrosis:- Although neurologic, endocrine, infectious, and other systemic diseases can sometimes cause hyperhidrosis, most cases occur in people who are otherwise healthy. Heat and emotions may trigger hyperhidrosis in some, but many who suffer from hyperhidrosis sweat nearly all their waking hours, regardless of their mood or the weather. Antiperspirants This may be the first treatment that a dermatologist recommends. It is affordable. When applied as directed, an antiperspirant can be effective. Your dermatologist may recommend a regular or clinical-strength antiperspirant. Some patients need a stronger antiperspirant and receive a prescription for one. Iontophoresis (the no-sweat machine) If excessive sweating affects your hands, feet, or both areas, this may be an option. You will use this treatment at home. It requires you to immerse your hands or feet in a shallow pan of tap water. As you do this, a medical device sends a low-voltage current through the water. Many people obtain relief. Some people dislike that this treatment can be time-consuming. Uses: Hands and feet It works by the electric current shuts down the treated sweat glands temporarily. Side effects: Some people develop: •Dry skin •Irritated skin •Discomfort during treatment Prescription medicine Some patients receive a prescription for a medicine that temporarily prevents them from sweating. These medicines work throughout the body. However we cannot prescribe in open question answer session as a rule but you can ask in consultation. These medicines prevent the sweat glands from working. Athletes, people who work in a hot place, and anyone who lives in a warm climate should use extreme caution when using this treatment. The body may not be able to cool itself. Uses: These medicines can effectively treat sweating that involves entire body. This medicine also can be an effective treatment for post-menopausal women who sweat excessively only from their head. Side effects: The medicines that prevent the sweat glands from working can cause: •Dry mouth •Dry eyes •Blurry vision •Heart palpations (abnormal heartbeat) Surgery If other treatments fail to bring relief, surgery may be considered. Surgery is permanent and carries risks. The following surgeries can stop excessive sweating: •Surgically remove sweat glands •Sympathectomy A dermatologist can surgically remove sweat glands from the underarms. This surgery can be performed in a dermatologist’s office. Only the area to be treated is numbed, so the patient remains awake during the surgery. A dermatologist may use one or more of the following surgical techniques to remove sweat glands from the underarms: •Excision (cut out sweat glands) •Liposuction (remove with suction) •Curettage (scrape out) •Laser surgery (vaporize)

As long as the partners maintain hygiene oral ingestion of these liquids are not harmful. If they are suffering from infection, better get it treated by a doctor before indulging . Indulge in these only if it gives sexual gratification to either partners. All the best

I have heart pain and it is happening to me very often every day. I want to get rid of that whats should I do?

PG Diploma in Emergency Medicine Services (PGDEMS), Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), MD - Alternate Medicine
Ayurveda, Ghaziabad
I have heart pain and it is happening to me very often every day. I want to get rid of that whats should I do?
Examples of heart-related causes of chest pain include: Heart attack. A heart attack is a result of a blood clot that's blocking blood flow to your heart muscle. Angina. Thick plaques can gradually build up on the inner walls of the arteries that carry blood to your heart. These plaques narrow the arteries and restrict the heart's blood supply, particularly during exertion. Aortic dissection. This life-threatening condition involves the main artery leading from your heart — your aorta. If the inner layers of this blood vessel separate, blood will be forced between the layers and can cause the aorta to rupture. Pericarditis. This condition, an inflammation of the sac surrounding your heart, usually causes sharp pain that gets worse when you breathe in or when you lay down. Digestive causes Chest pain can be caused by disorders of the digestive system, including: Heartburn. This painful, burning sensation behind your breastbone occurs when stomach acid washes up from your stomach into the esophagus — the tube that connects your throat to your stomach. Swallowing disorders. Disorders of the esophagus can make swallowing difficult and even painful. Gallbladder or pancreas problems. Gallstones or inflammation of your gallbladder or pancreas can cause abdominal pain that radiates to your chest. Muscle and bone causes Some types of chest pain are associated with injuries and other problems affecting the structures that make up the chest wall. Examples include: Costochondritis. In this condition, the cartilage of your rib cage, particularly the cartilage that joins your ribs to your breastbone, becomes inflamed and painful. Sore muscles. Chronic pain syndromes, such as fibromyalgia, can produce persistent muscle-related chest pain. Injured ribs. A bruised or broken rib can cause chest pain. Lung-related causes Many lung disorders can cause chest pain, including: Pulmonary embolism. This cause of chest pain occurs when a blood clot becomes lodged in a lung (pulmonary) artery, blocking blood flow to lung tissue. Pleurisy. If the membrane that covers your lungs becomes inflamed, it can cause chest pain that's made worse when you inhale or cough. Collapsed lung. The chest pain associated with a collapsed lung typically begins suddenly and can last for hours. A collapsed lung occurs when air leaks into the space between the lung and the ribs. Pulmonary hypertension. High blood pressure in the arteries carrying blood to the lungs (pulmonary hypertension) also can produce chest pain. Other causes Chest pain can also be caused by: Panic attack. If you have periods of intense fear accompanied by chest pain, rapid heartbeat, rapid breathing, profuse sweating, shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness and a fear of dying, you may be experiencing a panic attack. Shingles. Caused by a reactivation of the chickenpox virus, shingles can produce pain and a band of blisters from your back around to your chest wall. So for heart related cause there are many effective medicines to prevent that pain like arjunarishta....hridyarnava ras....akeek pishti....if breathlessness then shwas kutha ras....shwas chintamani ras....etc....avoid oily food...spicy food...junk food....etc

I am feeling continuous headache from two days. Is it something major or just casual things.
Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress Insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.
