Dear Harish, Welcome to lybrate. The duty of your mind is to think. You cannot control your mind's thinking. Once you just leave your mind without diversion, it always end up in negative territory. But certainly you can divert your thinking. You can make your mind to be always positive by engaging in creative activities, hobbies, games and passionate towards whatever you do. Thereby you can reduce your stress and tension also. Once you can do this, loss of proper sleep and stress also can be made normal. Please consult a psychologist for more advice. Take care.

Dear user. There are no alternatives. You should clean inside the foreskin. The whitish accumulation is called smegma and if left there, it could cause infection. You need to remove it. Sensitivity wil be there for some days. But when you make it a practice to remove it using soap and water, the sensitivity will come down. Take care.

Reduce salt, if swelling is obvious and doctor is sure that it is not due to liver/ kidney or any other reason, and swelling is only due to heart failure, person should be examined about degree of failure and treated accordingly.

Hi do your supplement corse of vitamin d3 coz it very low level. Drink more n more water. Don't exert. Go for physiotherapy treatment use ift there. Do low intance exercise suggest by your physio. Do hot fermentation.

Hello doctor from last few days I am feeling pain cramps in my abdominal. I am 8 months pregnant last night I was having water discharge also I can feel that and the pain starts increasing in the night is this normal or whether I am going to labor.

You do get cramps sometimes in later months of pregnancy and whether it turns to labour can be only assessed either by the medical attendant who examined it or by the patient herself if discharge and cramps continue then it may proceed to labour.

1. You have to confine yourself in a separate room since it is infectious 2. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required, after food up to a maximum of three tablets a day if you have fever 3. Take one tablet of levocetrizine at bed time and apply calamine/dermocalm lotion if there is itching 4. If there are secondary infection like cough etc, you have to take antibiotic after consulting doctor 5. Take home made, light food lke chapati, dalia, fruits, drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy/oily/fried food 6. Take rest 7. Chicken pox takes about 2 weeks time to completely heal up. It is contagious till scab falls 8 consult doctor for any problem.
