Hi lybrate-user do high protein diet like paneer, chicken, dal, rajama, sprouts, eggs in daily diets fallow this diets for one months properly morning take milk cornflakes n banana in midmorning take banana shake 1glass, in lunch take proper meal in evening take coconut water in night take proper meal add in daily diets dates 6pics daily 8pics badam, n chuaraha 5pics daily.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Inadequate sleep is one of the main reasons for this headache. Avoid stress.do deep breathing exercises or yoga. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Take adequate rest in a quiet and dark room. Maintain ur routine .hope this answer helps u.

Diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve body fat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I can also suggest home remedies.

Dear lybrate user, *psoriasis is a non-contagious common skin condition that causes rapid skin cell reproduction resulting in red, dry patches of thickened skin. The dry flakes and skin scales are thought to result from the rapid buildup of skin cells. Psoriasis commonly affects the skin of the elbows, knees, and scalp. *avoid consuming opposite foods. *do not control natural urges like vomiting, urination, bowels, etc. *do not take cold water bath immediately after a heavy workout, traveling, a long walk, etc. *take care not to consume foods which cause indigestion. *absolutely do not eat too much of salty, sour or acidic foods. *avoid sleeping in afternoons. *say no to radish, sesame, jaggery (gur), curds, fish and other sour foods *cover the affected part with a fresh thin banana leaf. *take 15-20 sesame seeds and soak in a glass of water. Keep it overnight and drink on an empty stomach early in the morning.

Hi I'm Wardahtul. I went cliff jumping into water few days ago. The drop was about 5meters. I felt my under a bit hurt after the jump. Could I have harmed my uterus with the water impact? I got a little bleeding straight after and a little bit more a day later. But then suddenly it stopped (bleeding less than two days). Am I having my period? Fyi, I have irregular period.

After injury pain of osteoarthritis can increase that is called as acute-on-chronic osteoarthritis, with period of rest and medicines it should subside. For chronic problem you can take cartilage protecting agents that can be prescribed by Orthopaedic surgeon. If arthritis in your knee joint is in advanced stage, surgery is an option.

Hello Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Weakness is a result of lack of physical or muscle strength. If you are feeling that extra effort is required to move your arms, legs, or other muscles, it could also be a result of any disease, illness and too much activity at one time and not taking the food to match the amount of physical effort you are doing. Sometimes low levels of minerals (electrolytes), such as potassium or sodium also result in body weakness. Other important reason could be the problems with your thyroid gland. Because your thyroid gland is responsible for regulating the way the body uses energy. A low thyroid level can cause fatigue, weakness, laziness, weight gain etc. And a high thyroid level can cause fatigue, weight loss, muscle weakness etc. Sometime because of stress you may feel disinterest in your routine works. Since the reasons for your weakness are not known, I shall advise the following - 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Todays health tip:

Q: How to correct wrong posture while standing, sitting or walking to avoid cervical or lumbar spondylitis and to get free from back pain.

A: first of all take care of your neck as its most likely to get affected by wrong posture. Causing cervical pain and gradually cervical spondylitis. Raise your head or just try to see the roof atleast 10 times a day. As we see 100 times downwards in a day but not even 2 times upward which makes an imbalance. And also stretching your neck upwards is a very good exercise for neck.

Now coming to shoulders just pull your shoulders up and then stretch them slightly allowing your chest to come forward, just like a jawan of army.

Now the most important part lower back, try to maintain your lordotic curve while walking and specially when sitting. Don't allow your body to get loose, if you maintain this posture for 2 weeks, your body will adapt this posture and you will get corrected automatically when you are wrong.

Also while walking look forward and not downwards, walk straight with your shoulders up, chest forward & your belly pulled in, with slight hand movements.

U r likely to be not pregnant. As u said u r overweight, u r likely to be suffering from PCOS which can be diagnosed on usg and some blood tests Weight for another 15 days But get usg and fsh lh test so that I can advise u on ur weight
