doctor what cream do you recommend to increase pennis sensitivity?

I am 19 and I have...
Ideally masturbation should not be more than 2-3 times a week for any adult. It will keep you sexually active. Too much of everything is bad as always. Along with this schedule of masturbation you need proper diet which should consist of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging early morning every day. This will keep you fit for future activity also. The sensitivity what you say is more of mind game. Relax. Follow what is written and you would be fine.

Low Testosterone - 6 Signs You Must Know!

PhD Human Genetics
Sexologist,
Low Testosterone - 6 Signs You Must Know!

Testosterone is an important hormone for men and is responsible for male reproductive health. It reaches a peak during the years of puberty and helps in the development of primary and secondary sexual characters. In boys, it helps to build muscles, deepens voice and boosts the size of penis and testes. Without testosterone, there would be no beards, mustaches or chest hair since it regulates hair in these places. Sperm production falls under testosterone's control too. It plays an important role during later years as well, by maintaining mood, libido, muscle mass, energy, bone density and emotional & physical health. Therefore, it is not surprising that low testosterone can cause a variety of problems in men. Testosterone decline with age is normal. Beginning at about 40 years of age testosterone declines at a rate of 1 -1.5% per year. But, past 50, the decline will be sharper. Apart from this, the Testosterone levels may be lowered at any age by several health conditions, often noticeable by certain symptoms. How to know if you have lowered levels of testosterone? Here are some symptoms that will help you suspect if you may have lower testosterone levels:

  1. Drop in Energy: Fatigue is one of the common effects of low testosterone. If this happens with you regularly, if you are tired all the time despite good sleep, nutritious food, and no other known medical conditions, consider getting yourself checked for testosterone levels. 2.    Change in Sex Life: A sudden drop in your sex drive, sometimes accompanied by problems in erection (erectile dysfunction) is another common symptom of low testosterone. But you should get yourself tested to rule out other conditions, such as heart disease or diabetes, especially if you are over 35 years of age.
  2. Fuzzy Thinking: Do you sometimes think that your thoughts are a blur? This can be a result of low testosterone. It can make you feel stressed, sad and even depressed, resulting in concentration problems. Low testosterone can also impact your memory.
  3. Mood Change: Testosterone directly impacts your mood, even leading to extreme sadness or psychological depression. If nothing seems to make you happy, if you are not what you used to be, then visit a doctor.
  4. Muscle Change: Muscle mass and strength reduces over the years. As testosterone helps build muscle, low levels may be the cause if you witness a sudden drop in muscle mass.
  5. More Body Fat: If you have been enjoying healthy weight most of your life, but suddenly started gaining weight, it might point towards low testosterone in the body. Also, if you are unable to lose weight even on a healthy diet, consider consulting a doctor.

Many of these signs mirror other health conditions as well. So, one should not jump to conclusions on experiencing these symptoms. If you experience two or more of them, meet a doctor in person and get a medical evaluation. At least, start with an online consultation if you want everything to be private and discreet, and later move on to direct consultation.

I have hand movement problem. Lifting my right hand above shoulder level and back movement is blocked.

DNB (Orthopaedics), Diploma In Orthopaedics (D. Ortho), MBBS

There are two common reasons for your symptoms. It may be Impingement syndrome with rotator cuff tendinitis, or a Adhesive Capsulitis of Shoulder. It is important to assess the direction and plane of movement restriction. You should also check your blood sugar levels, and uric acid levels; if it is a recurrent problem.

Hi hair fall is due to hormone problem and due to infection in the skull. Clean your hair and head regularly and apply antifungal shampoo ketoconazole twice a week for 5 minutes and do not apply oil. Take steam once in a week.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicines 1. Graphites 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Hello- >due to improper motions the remaining faeces (stool) tends to get deposited in the large intestine. This deposited stool gets fermented and produces foul smelling gas which leads to digestion problems like bloating, acidity etc. >try these ayurvedic medicines- 1) eranda sukumar tail 1tsp twice before meals. 2) lasunadi vati 1 tab twice daily. 3) prawal panchamrit ras 1 tab twice daily after meals. 4) avoid excess water intake, early morning water intake and heavy diet. 5) practice pawankumtasana in the morning.

Hi sir, I heard that eating heavy breakfast ,medium lunch ,small dinner are the healthy diet to reduce weight is it t...
Yes, it is true if you want to stay fit and healthy. Home remedies for weight loss - 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen every day. Slow and steady wins the race.

It's too bad live with depression. Life is a gift. A beautiful phrase: life has either problem or not. If no problem, then why worry? if you have problem, two possibility. Either you can handle or not. If you can handle, why worry? if you can not do anything for problem, then again why worry?) your age is less so you are disturbed more. But believe me till 25 you are been passing through 3 4 more girlfriends.) this is the age factor. Do not be serious, just forget her at we the end we will always alone:) what is the concept of life? focus on your life, carrier. Be the best buddy, make other happy my advises to you are * take life lightly * main problem is how you are reacting matters & incidence of your life & day to day * you can see half filled glass of water by two way: half is still empty (nagative attitude) or half full (positive) * take balance diet * give time for yoga * you can take brahmi sankhpuspi etc ayurveda medicine * I recommended strongly, go near by ayurveda centre & take shirodhara & nashya treatment

I have got pigmentation beneath my right eye, what is the best treatment for that so that my skin will look like before.

I have got pigmentation beneath my right eye, what is the best treatment for that so that my skin will look like before.
Dark circles: these are the most common. Despite our best efforts, they are difficult to cover up and even more difficult to get rid of. They are like a constant companion often making you look older, tired, depressed or even ill. Let? s look at some of the reasons for dark circles. The skin under your eyes is many times thinner than the skin on the rest of the face, thus making it extremely delicate. The capillaries under the skin around our eyes are so small that many a times, the blood cells entering them leak into the surrounding skin lack of proper nutrition, deficiency of vitamins and minerals is also a major reason for dark circles to appear make sure your diet is well balanced and nutritious. Eat foods that are rich in vitamins and iron. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet reduce stress and combat fatigue. Sleep well. Wearing sun glasses is important for protection of the delicate under eye area. A good pair of shades will not only protect from harmful sun rays, they will also keep you from squinting out the sun home remedies-tomato juice mixed with a few drops of lemon juice is known to lighten dark areas around the eyes. cotton balls dipped in chilled rose water can help in cooling the eyes and reducing stress thus lightening dark circles. Almond oil or a paste of milk and almonds applied under the eyes regularly will reduce the darkness. So will cucumber slices and tea bags any queries inform me.

Is there any family history of r. A? you started your pain from right knee which doesn't seem to be the pain from r. A? still if you suspect, must have a blood test done. Also burn 50gms garlic and 50 gm ajwain in 250 ml of til oil. Filter it and daily massage your knee with it for 10-15mins, if there is no swelling. If pain is severe, take some ayurveda treatment.
