Masturbation it is not mistake. It is healthy practice to relax yourself. But do not do regularly. Weekly once it is ok. You feel insure about your mistake. But it is not at all mistake. At this age it is common. Write a good study plan. Read as per the plan. After one question is over then recollect it. Then go for second question. Based on your capacity make a good plan. Solve systematically. Do not confuse. Write regularly how many question I read today. Remaining how many. Maintain one diary. Based on that follow. Do not read repeatedly one question repeatedly. Reading hour is over then relax your self. Go and talk with friends. Spend with family members. Do not think too much about masturabtion. Do not feel it is mistake. It is common. Study means systematic approach solve it in a systematic manner. No one cannot become one day hero. It will happen with hard work continuously. Ok all the best.

Hi lybrate-user. You sisters symptoms sounds like she is having allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis, often called allergies or hay fever, occurs when your immune system overreacts to particles in the air that you breathe-you are allergic to them. Your immune system attacks the particles in your body, causing symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose. The particles are called allergens, which simply means they can cause an allergic reaction. Symtoms:- 1. You sneeze again and again, especially after you wake up in the morning. 2. You have a runny nose and postnasal drip. The drainage from a runny nose caused by allergies is usually clear and thin. But it may become thicker and cloudy or yellowish if you get a nasal or sinus infection. 3your eyes are watery and itchy. 4your ears, nose, and throat are itchy. Medications:- 1. Cof x-10 ml with warm water after food. 2. Tab vyoshadi vati -2 tab twice a day after food. Follow these medication for 15 days. You wil be relieved of your allergic issues

Diabetes - How Can You Control its Affect on Your Eyes?

MBBS, MS - Ophthalmology
Ophthalmologist, Delhi
Diabetes - How Can You Control its Affect on Your Eyes?

Diabetes is a scourge that has been spreading like wildfire across the globe. It is one of the major public health concerns of the modern era. Diabetes not only causes damage to your internal organs but will also take a toll on your eyes if left unchecked. Retinopathy, glaucoma, cataracts and blurry vision are common phenomena accompanying diabetes.

You may not notice it at first. Symptoms can include:

  1. Blurry or double vision

  2. Rings, flashing lights, or blank spots

  3. Dark or floating spots

  4. Pain or pressure in one or both of your eyes

  5. Trouble seeing things out of the corners of your eyes

Thus Comprehensive Dilated Eye Exam plays an important role to detect it.

Here are some common Diabetic Eye Problems:

  1. Blurry Vision: Do things turn blurry for you at times? Well it is not your glasses which are at fault but your high blood sugar count swelling up the lens within your eye and changing your ability to see. In order to correct your vision, you need to try bringing your sugar level back to the optimal range, which is 70 to 130 milligrams per deciliter. Do call on a doctor if the situation persists or deteriorates further.

  2. Cataracts: Your eye lens is just like a camera that enables you to see through it by focusing on a particular object. If you have cataract, your otherwise clear lens gets shrouded a layer making it opaque and cloudy. You tend to face difficulties in the form of glares, blurred or clouded vision, and blind spots among other problems. Diabetics are prone to acquiring cataract much earlier than others, with the condition worsening subsequently. They are removed via surgery where your doctor substitutes your hazy lens with a new artificial one.

  3. Glaucoma: You eye transmits images to your brain through the optic nerve. Pressure may build up within the optic nerve resulting in damage and ultimately causing total or partial blindness. This is a fairly common disorder with diabetics and a large number of cases pertaining to blindness due to diabetes are caused by this. Usually, glaucoma can be treated with laser, surgery, eye drops or medicines.  It is important to visit a doctor as it can help stop the progression of the disorder much earlier.

  4. Diabetic Retinopathy: The retina is a cluster of cells behind your eyes that absorbs light and converts them into images that are sent to the brain via your optic nerve. High blood sugar count can actually wreak havoc on the tiny blood vessels within your retina giving rise to diabetic retinopathy. Symptoms may include blurry vision, seeing spots, blind spots and difficulty in low light or night time. Retinopathy can cause you to progressively go blind and thus it is imperative that you go for periodic check-ups and keep your diabetes under control.

Control and Prevention

If you have diabetes, you are not doomed to develop diabetic eye disease. Although you are at risk, you have the ability to control your diabetes so your vision is not compromised. Controlling diabetes requires you to monitor your blood sugar levels regularly. Follow some steps to help you control and preserve your vision:

  1. Taking your Medicines regularly as prescribed by your doctor. Skipping of medication may leads to irregular control and is more hazardous.

  2. Eating Right food is essential when trying to prevent or control diabetes. Eat a diet that is high in nutrients, low in fat and moderate in calories. A high-fiber diet with low glycaemic index foods (slow-release carbohydrates) will keep blood sugar steady and make you feel full. Although you do not need to eliminate sugar completely, you must limit sugar to a small serving. The good news is that as you cut sweets, your cravings will change and you will naturally desire more healthy foods.

  3. Keep your A1C level under 7%: A1C is a test you have during a visit to your endocrinologist to determine how well-controlled your diabetes has been during the previous 2-3 months. Keeping your blood glucose in this target range means less damage to the delicate blood vessels around your eyes.

  4. Control blood pressure and Cholesterol Levels: People with diabetes have a greater chance of having high blood pressure and Cholesterol, which can cause eye blood vessel damage.

  5. Regular Physical Exercise can help you control your blood sugar, increase fitness and reduce your risk for heart disease and nerve damage. You must track your blood sugar before, during and after exercise to prevent hypoglycaemia.

  6. Annual comprehensive eye exams: If you are pre-diabetic or diabetic, it is even more important to have Complete Dilated eye exam to initially get baseline recordings of the eye conditions and then regular yearly follow-up visits to monitor changes in your vision. If you notice blurred vision and you have had diabetes for a length of time, it might be a signal you need to keep tighter control of your glucose levels.

At the age 12, I saw a movie in which there was a clip that shown, a father was loving, cuddling his 10 years old son in a way that my brain absorbed that scene as an adult male sexually exploiting a young little boy. From that day, I feel like sexually enjoying with a young boy. However, in reality, I didn't take up any such step. But I do feel whenever I see a good innocent looking face of a young boy, my eyes stay over his face. Am I a pedo or gay ? How I can get rid of this menace? please advise.

You are neither a pedo nor a gay as far as your impulses are under control. Most of us have one or more aberrations in our thought patterns which we could not easily spit out from our mind. List out the psychological, social consequences of both the child being abused and the person who abuses him (if it is your child.). You will never even think of it again.

If your erectile dysfunction is caused by an underlying health condition, such as heart disease or diabetes, that condition may need to be treated first. In some cases, treating the underlying cause may also resolve the problem. If you are taking medication that can cause erectile dysfunction, there may be an alternative. It is important never to stop taking a prescribed medication unless you are advised to do so by your GP or another qualified healthcare professional responsible for your care Erectile dysfunction can often be improved by making changes to your lifestyle, such as: • losing weight if you are overweight • giving up smoking • cutting back your alcohol consumption • not taking illegal drugs • exercising regularly • reducing stress Counselling may be required if the underlying cause of your erectile dysfunction is psychological Males, who are unable to gain harder and fuller erection, could not penetrate into her and offer sexual pleasure to their ladies. If you notice yourself getting too excited, turn your thoughts to something distant, abstract and unsexy, such as math, rush hour traffic or baseball. Only dwell on it long enough to give yourself a short break from arousal, maybe 5 to 10 seconds, then refocus your attention on your partner. Avoid thinking of a topic that is going to make you stressed or cause you to lose your arousal entirely.

I am 25 years female. Today I did diabetes test from a pharmacy. My reading was 6.2.I did it because I had high pressure since last few days. Is that reading normal? Do I have any possibility of diabetes?

Diploma in Diet and Nutrition

I am 25 years female. Today I did diabetes test from a pharmacy. My reading was 6.2.I did it because I had high press...
A1c level of 6.2 indicates that you are at 'Pre-diabetic' stage. It means you are on the borderline. If you take proper precautions now, you can control your sugar level. Your reading of A1c indicates level of glucose in your blood of past 3 months, hence it can't happen due to high pressure in last few days. Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet and exercise. 1. Eat every two hours mini meals. Don't eat big meals. Take more green vegetables/salads. 2. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc. 3. Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango. 4. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc. 5. Eat daily fruits with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange. 6. Eat lot of proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc with every minimeal. 7. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour. 8. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. 9. Aim to reduce your weight by at least 5 kgs. This will reduce your sugar levels.

I want to increase my penis size upto 8 inches, how can I do it without surgery and which pills r effective for it?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
I want to increase my penis size upto 8 inches, how can I do it without surgery and which pills r effective for it?
Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! It is not true that Masturbation will cause small penis/ or bend or lack of proper sex and weakness. The size has no relation to the enjoyment or fertility. If you have a penis and it can be erect and ejaculate semen you can have pregnancy and women will enjoy the penetration as only the initial part of the vagina is sensitive and not the length The average penis size of 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid, whereas the penis size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect Funnily a large number of men believe their penis is small and they cannot satisfy their partner. In fact almost 80- 90 % of women are happy with the penis size of their partner. The circumference or girth (you may say width) is 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches) in flaccid stage. It is 12 cm in erected state (4.7 inches) Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.
