Doctor I have lot of problems, I thing it is due to over thinking. 1. When a person if it my teacher or neighbor look sharply on me I get frightened. 2. I have a tendency to overthink about my future. 3. When I prepared some question to ask a dignitary person with proper rehearsal on my'mind', the question I asking will be meaningless or other type 4. When ever I tell something to express my strong argument to a person who have a more age than me or to protest, suddenly I scan my thought to tell, then I think about my future of my words and its after effect. So I supposed to be silent. #All these problems are are started when I entered to a new school which is an aided school. I think these are problems on me are raised due to my strong protest against this school *it is may due to (may be) I thought that I will be humiliated soon &I will get punishment with out doing any bad things.(most important thought) Generally I behave mildly in the class and I always try to stay away from my friends. I have lot of like these problems I wrote this letter to express my feeling to get a relief. Please help me.

This is the diet plan having rich levels of protein: • In morning eat a bowl of sprouted beans with curd. You can take milk in place of curd too. • In afternoon eat cheese and a bowl of cereal (daal) and with two chapatti. • In the evening eat a bowl of boiled soyabean with salads. Youcan also take a bowl of boiled Grams on the place of soyabeans. Soyabeans are taken in boiled form, in the form of Soya milk, Tofu or soya cheese. • In night drink a glass of milk with two teaspoon of protien powders like Maltova or complan.

Allergy. All of the allergies, what is done, is avoid direct contact with the allergen. As a routine we doctors do prescribe antihistamincs and/or steroids in the form of oral, local. yes water with lemon will help in kidney stone. actually instead of lemon, big size lemon called MATULUNGA OR JAMBIRI lemon should be used. they have big roll for kidney stone. you should use half or one forth boiled water as according to ayurveda, this water is basti sudhdhikar means clearing kidney & bladder. you can also use coconut water

These are signs of hysteria and breathing is really important to calming yourself down. This is a fear-based behavior and can be very difficult to treat because you have found an unhealthy adaptation to a normal fear which you feel is impossible to resolve. Apart from regular and aerobic exercising, you must also visit a gym to build a good body image. You can go for personal grooming classes too. While regular vigorous exercise develops your body, the regimen will also enlarge your heart and help you handle stressful situations much more competently than others who don’t exercise. Dress well, eat well, sleep well and conduct yourself well in social circles to build confidence. Perform well in your studies and work, and feel good about your achievements. You could also go for hypnosis sessions to build your self-image from within. Now, remember that all your problems are in your mind: spiritual wellness, faith and prayer will boost your confidence really well. Emotional wellness will take care of the fear factor. Dear, do not drink aloe vera juice during monthly periods. Also stop drinking before 7 days from your coming date of monthly cycle of periods. Because it can increase your bleeding during periods.

How to Lose Weight  in the Right Way

In our everyday eat-and-run, huge-portion-sized culture, maintaining a healthy weight can be a challenge, and losing weight can be a massive challenge. While there is no easy fix to weight loss, there are plenty of steps that you can take to develop a healthy relationship with food, curb emotional triggers to overeating, and achieve long-lasting safe weight-loss. Here are a few safe options to lose weight the right way.

Cut out high-calorie condiments, sugars and refined carbs:

In spite of aiming to cut down on carbs, most of us consume way more sugar and refined carbohydrates than we actually plan to. Eliminating candy and desserts from our diet is not the only solution, though. Sugar is hidden in foods as diverse as bread, canned soups, pasta sauces, margarines and many foods labelled low fat. All this hidden sugar quantifies to nothing but a lot of empty calories.

Plump for low sugar products and use fresh ingredients instead of canned goods whenever possible. By slowly reducing sugar in your diet, you will give your taste buds time to adjust to the change and will be able to wean yourself off the craving for sweets.

According to dietician in bandra, in order to avoid insalubrious spikes in blood sugar, avoid refined carbs like white bread, white rice or pasta, and go for their whole-grain counterparts instead.

Many best nutritionist recommend using your plate to guide your food selection and portion sizes. You can fill one half of your plate with vegetables and the other half can be split between protein and starchy carbohydrates. And if you decide to go for a second serving, it better be all vegetables. Studies have shown that people who consume five or more servings of fruits and vegetables per day are more successful with weight loss.

Work flax seeds into your routine:
