Doctor I have lot of problems, I thing it is due to over thinking. 1. When a person if it my teacher or neighbor look sharply on me I get frightened. 2. I have a tendency to overthink about my future. 3. When I prepared some question to ask a dignitary person with proper rehearsal on my'mind', the question I asking will be meaningless or other type 4. When ever I tell something to express my strong argument to a person who have a more age than me or to protest, suddenly I scan my thought to tell, then I think about my future of my words and its after effect. So I supposed to be silent. #All these problems are are started when I entered to a new school which is an aided school. I think these are problems on me are raised due to my strong protest against this school *it is may due to (may be) I thought that I will be humiliated soon &I will get punishment with out doing any bad things.(most important thought) Generally I behave mildly in the class and I always try to stay away from my friends.
