Hello there I deeply understand your concern masturbation has nothing to do with your loss of interest in sex. If at all it keeps you healthy by keeping the pent up sexual energy at bay. Based on the history the pains can be due to fever as acute onset febrile illnesses present like such prodromal signs prior to full onset of symptoms. Fever with chills needs evaluation with complete blood count, blood cultures, urinalysis and malaria workup. Meanwhile using analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen will help with the symptoms. Decision of antibiotics or anti malarial should be based after labs. as for your taste is concerned ,fever causes loss of taste buds( bald tongue) try to add some ginger in warm water and drinks sips in between. this will improve the taste and don't use tongue cleaner.

Hello , hope you are doing good. Please follow the doctor prescribed medicine. Which controls the diabetics and will not allow you increase. But along with medication, you need to concentrate on food also. Make sure you food must have high protein, fiber and omega-3 nutrition. For a diabetics, its good to have more protein rather than carbohydrates, which converts into glucose and may have a chance to increase the diabetes. Keep your feet clean and apply a good moisturising cream two times daily. Always wear cotton socks. At home also keep wearing socks. You might be allergic to some foot wear yours, try changing your footwear. But keep wearing socks.

Lack Of Sleep - Negative Impacts Of It! Sleep is an activity where you do nothing, but rest. You relax your body and mind, you rest your bones and muscles, and you rest your eyes after a long day of physical exertion. It is extremely necessary for you to get ample amount of sleep to stay healthy. Sleep has two component: REM sleep and non-REM sleep. Both are required in sufficient duration for proper effective sleep. Most effective and healthy sleep time is between 10PM - 3 AM. Going early to bed and rising early helps you maintain a healthy body and mind. Otherwise, there are various problems which you might have to face if you are lacking sleep. Elevates the risk of stroke: According to study, people who get less sleep are more prone to having strokes than those who get enough sleep. If you sleep for less than 6 hours every day, you multiply the risk of having a stroke four times than ordinary. Obesity: Lack of sleep can cause obesity. It usually forces you to take erratic food decisions, leading you to eat a lot of junk food. Less sleep administers certain hormonal changes which make you feel hungrier and believe that you haven't eaten enough food. The production of the hormone ghrelin, which controls your hunger, increases due to less sleep. Hence, it may lead to obesity if you keep eating without keeping a check on what you eat. Increases the risk of diabetes: Sleep and the production of insulin are inversely related to each other. Among teenagers, the less you sleep; the more insulin resistant your body becomes. This means the body is not able to use the insulin effectively. Increase the risk of hypertension: There is Blood pressure drop in deep sleep which is required for maintaining normal blood pressure. Patients who are hypertensive and not able to sleep properly will have more chances of having increased blood pressure despite taking medicines. Results in poor memory: Less sleep causes tiredness. When you are extremely tired, you are not able to focus on anything going on around you, you cannot concentrate on your work, and you get forgetful. In fact, consistent lack of sleep can even cause permanent loss of memory. This is because you are not being able to fully utilize the memory boosting ability of sleep. This eventually causes brain deterioration which results in permanent memory loss. Affects your Heart: Lack of sleep can have an extremely negative impact on your heart. Less sleep also causes stress and strain to your body and mind. It results in an increased production of certain chemicals and hormones in the body which is harmful for your heart. According to a study in 2011, people who sleep less than 6 hours every day increase the risk of having heart problems by almost 48%. It is not very healthy to sleep less as it can complicate your daily life activities. Sleep enough and stay healthy.

Dear Lybrateuser, - You have to get an ultrasound of the abdomen done to know the exact cause of your pain & swelling - try to avoid constipation as you have heart problem - have more of fibrous foods such as vegetables & fruits, beans, pulses, peas, a handful of nuts, flaxseeds in your diet - have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion & smooth bowel movement - do regular walking for 30-40 min, also do yoga for proper digestion for 10-15 min in the morning - have a glass of warm lime water on getting up in the morning - avoid fried, spicy, processed & junk food. - do investigation & consult a doctor for your problem.

try to improve your habit, take lunch and dinner at proper time, dinner should be taken at least 2-3 hr before going to bed, take tab flagyl 400 1tab tds, tab lan 30 empty stomack in morning for 1 5 day.drink 3-4 liter of water dailytake isabgol in water at night. welcome for further help.

Dear Lybrateuser, - You can control your blood sugar by diet & exercise - avoid fried, processed & junk foods, also sweets, pastries & bakery items - have more of fruits & vegetables including green & seasonal ones, whole grains, low fat dairy, lean meats including fish & skinless chicken, nuts, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts - do regular exercise including brisk walking, jogging, swimming, also do moderate weight lifting at least twice a week, include yoga & deep breathing in your schedule, do for at least 10-15 min daily in the morning - your medication requirement or not will depend on your blood sugar control, if your sugar remains under control then you may not require medication - also reduce your weight to maintain a normal blood sugar level - monitor your sugar levels as per your doctors advise.

There are several things you can do to prevent an episode of acidity like: Avoid alcohol. Normally alcohol in moderation is well tolerated but for people prone to acidity even a small amount of alcohol can cause discomfort. Avoid smoking .The nicotine in the tobacco affects the opening and closing of the food pipe allowing back flow of the normal stomach acid into the food pipe. Eat small meals. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals every 3-4 hours. Eat slowly. Don’t sleep on a full stomach. Try to have an early dinner. Make sure there is a gap of 3 hours between your last meal and bed time. Wear loose-fitting clothes. Avoid certain known foods which cause acidity like, coffee, tea, colas, and citrus fruits, oily and spicy food. If your weight is high – losing a few kilos will reduce acidity too. Keep a gap of 2 hours between exercise and meals. Drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Try meditation and yoga to minimise daily stress.

Dear lybrate-user, sweating is a protective mechanism of the body to keep itself cool. When you sweat, and the sweat evaporates it lowers down your body temperature. But if you do not drink plenty of water you might get dehydrated. So drink plenty of fluids and do not worry about the sweating.
