If one suffers from PCOD, her metabolism drops and it becomes very difficult to lose body fat and in the process she become insulin resistant. You need to eat very clean and do some intense exercise to limit this condition. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

YOu have to do 2 hour tread mill and must do dieting as well. To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume a day from your diet, if you burn 3000 calories, you’ll lose a pound a week. People who lose weight slowly, about 1 to 2 pounds per week, are more successful at keeping the weight off. You'll also burn additional calories if you increase your physical activity. You weight-loss plan should do all of the following: •Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. •Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. •Contain foods low in saturated fats, avoid trans fats, and limit cholesterol and salt (sodium). •Avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Noting how you feel when you eat will help you identify emotional triggers that may cause you to overeat. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values and that can offer additional support when you need it.

Dear , This occurs due to viral infection means infection cause by virus which spread one person to another such as flu . In case of fever * Take full rest & do not do any work at all. *Drink only luke warm water all the day. * cover your whole body so that it cause sweating and lower down fever fast. *Do not take any antibiotic without consulting Physician. * Take 5 leaves of Tulsi and small piece of ginger. Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes. Drink it twice a day to treat the fever. * If the fever do not lower down after taking crocin, then put the cloth/ bandage soaked in tap water and put on forehead and change it after 2-3 minutes. Do that until the temprature lower down. Do not use ice cold water for this. *Eat only light and easy digested food only. Avoid fried foods, meat, eggs, cheese . *If the fever do not lower down even after 3 days , then go to nearest hospital and test the blood for Malaria, Typhoid, Dengue and viral fever only under the guidance of doctor. Avoid from sudden change in temperature .Do not stay in Air condition, wear full sleeve clothes and cover your body on rest. To get rid from cough & cold follow these tips : Take 1/2 piece of ginger , crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day . • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar . • Avoid cold water , ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi .

5 Tips For Weight Loss During Pregnancy

Being overweight doesn't stop you from getting pregnant but if not managed properly, the excess kilos can have quite a few side effects. Amongst these are an increased risk to infections, gestational diabetes, labor issues and premature birth. Losing weight in the first and last trimester is normal as long as the weight loss is not drastic. Here are a few simple tips to help manage weight during pregnancy effectively.

1. Eat frequent, small meals

Pregnant women are often advised to eat for two. Instead of piling food onto a plate three times a day, break your meals down into smaller bites at more frequent intervals. Eating every two hours is a healthy habit to inculcate. Along with helping maintain portion sizes, this also makes digestion more comfortable.

2. Avoid empty calories

When faced with a choice between fruits and chips, choose the former. Pregnancy cravings are normal but eating a tub of ice cream does not give your body or your baby any nutrition and only lead to unnecessary weight gain. Avoid anything with added sugar and solid fat like soft drinks, fried food, cheese and desserts. These can easily be replaced by fresh juices, nuts, yogurt and fruit sorbets. Also try avoiding caffeine.

3. Drink plenty of water

Apart from preventing dehydration, drinking water also helps in weight maintenance. Filling your stomach with water reduces hunger and thus leads to lesser snacking. Water is also known to increase metabolism.

4. Exercise

Regulating your food intake is only one half of weight maintenance. The second half is regular exercise. Consult your doctor to create a workout regime suited to you. If you were a regular gym enthusiast before pregnancy, there should be no reason to stop now but if you lead a sedentary life before pregnancy don't try and start an intensive gym routine. Light yoga, walking, swimming and cycling are great exercise options for pregnant women.

5. Take your prenatal vitamins regularly

Prenatal vitamins are an essential source of the extra nutrition your body needs during pregnancy. While this can in no way replace meals, it should never be missed out. Prenatal vitamins also help maintain weight by giving your body the nutrition it needs without the accompanied calorie and thus can also help maintain pregnancy weight.

The key to maintaining weight during pregnancy is to know your body's requirements and address them properly. For this reason, it is very important to consult your doctor or a dietician to help understand your calorie needs.

You may have sun allergy. Use cap if you are going in sunlight. Wash face with neem face wash dry than apply aloe vera end vit. E cream for one month than report yo me for further advice.

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Hello. Ayurveda has some of the very effective remedies in headache and related sleep disorders. You can opt for herbs like shankhapushpi, tagar and jatamaansi. You can also have pathyaadi kashayam. Regular anuloma viloma pranayama might also be helpful take care.

Follow the diet plan given below as a starting point for healthy and lustrous hair. Breakfast skim milk / soy milk whole grain bread or toast or poha or breakfast cereal or sprout bowl of fresh fruit morning snack fresh vegetable juice like carrot or cucumber juice handful of nuts like walnuts, soaked almonds, raisins, dates lunch fresh veg. Soup or salad whole-wheat flour or jowar or bajra chapatti green veggies dals or whole pulses brown rice curd / tofu afternoon snack 1 glass skim milk kurmura or roasted channa or popcorn evening snack fresh veggies and fruit juice (carrot, apple, lemon, dudhi, palak) dinner fresh veggie soup or salad with sprouts chapati vegetable buttermilk bedtime snack fruit like watermelon or banana use natural substitutes like fruits, dates, figs or honey instead of sugar. Fruits like berries, grapes, apples and cherries have useful enzymes that can add value to your hair health.

Ingrown toenail is a result of faulty trimming of nail and tight compression of toes in the shoe ends. While removal of the nail is one of the resorts and the last one, other things can be tried before that. Let the toe nail grow a little out of the Frontline of the nailbed and then cut the extra growth in front straight from corner to corner without rounding the corners. Let this go on repeatedly over succesive nail cuttings and the ingrown part should also leaVe the side tissue. Alternately you may go for a wedge cutting of the nail base on the side of ingrowth. This reduces the width of the growing nail and gradually the ingrown part moves ahead in front without any growing margin to cut through in the side tissue. If both these things have been done without favourable results, then the nail should be removed.

YES. ALL contraceptive measures CAN fail.......and with copper T, the ovulation in your body goes on as usual, the sperms enter the uterus at ovulation, if you keep relations in those days.....so there are chances that you could have conceived. Please repeat the Urine Pregnancy test on an early morning sample of urine in a LAB.......if positive, you can either go for an abortion or keep the pregnancy. Sometimes the copper T has been shed and hence conception occurs.......A ultrasound examination will reveal if you have pregnancy and the copper T in the uterus

Does antibiotics always delay periods. It's been more then 4 days as last period was on 7th or 8th Feb and since it always come till late say 2 days so accordingly. And also took antibiotics for 3 days from 2nd to 5th march. Plus am also little bit confuse, periods is late due to antibiotics or pregnancy? Though sex was done on safe period I.e. On 19th day, 25 Feb. Plus use pull out method. But there was small spotting on panty on 1st Feb, so we consulted doctor they give some antibiotics for 3 days. So is it pregnancy or some side effects of antibiotics.

Antibiotics always don't delay period, in fact only few times it does. Safe period as well as withdrawal (Coitus interruptus) are unsafe family planning methods meaning have high failure rate. Do urine pregnancy test and for future select less failing family planning method.

Hello.. Hairfall cn b due to many reasons such as low haemoglobin levels,thyroid problems,inadequate nutritional diet,stress,dandruff,hereditary,Excess use of hair products,chemical hair treatments etc. For dandruff, u cn use, Noskurff hair lotion, apply on.scalp n keep it ovrnight Eradruff shampoo, 2-3 times per week, apply on scalp, keep for 5 min n washed it off, once dandruff goes stop it n shift to regular medicated shampoo like triclenz or hair 4 u .( u cn use eradruff once in a week as maintenance) Tricosilk F solution 5% on scalp two times per day for 3 months. Trilast hair serum on scalp at night time for 3 months Tab nutricap-H once a day after food for 3 months. Juene hairoil 2-3 Times per week. For pimples, use Acnedap gel two times per day use saslic face wash 2-3 times per day. Drink 2-3 lit of water,include protein rich food,green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits n juices in ur diet,daily exercise of 45 min is must. Thanx

What Are Anti-Depressants?

Are you suffering from acute depression? Well, in this case nothing can be a better solution than taking anti-depressants. Anti-Depressants are nothing, but specialized medicines or drugs that can help in releasing the stress hormones and finally the depression is completely eliminated.

These medicines need to be taken only if the doctors have prescribed the same, otherwise you might face innumerable complications. Some people think that these drugs are equivalent to sleeping pills; in fact they are not.
