I am 22 years old I have belly fat how to overcome this problem m doing diet but there is no use.

I am 22 years old I have belly fat how to overcome this problem m doing diet but there is no use.
Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hello. I am chira. Now a days I am suffering from hair fall and front baldness. So please help me getting out of it. ...
Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo as they cause destruction of hair follicles. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & your doubts.

5 Ways To Treat Plantar Fasciitis!

There are many conditions that can affect the foot. Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. The plantar belt is the level band of tissue (tendon) that can give your heel unresolved issue toes . It forms the curve of your foot. In the event that you strain your plantar belt, it gets powerless, swollen, and chafed (excited). Mobility also becomes an issue in such cases. At this point, your heel or the base of your foot will hurt when you try to stand or walk.

Plantar fasciitis is commonly found in middle-aged people. It also affects elderly individuals who are constantly on their feet. It is known to affect people who are into sports or even those in the defense forces. It can happen in one foot or both feet.

Causes: Rehashed strain can cause the tendon to tear. These can prompt agony and swelling. This will probably happen if the following conditions are met:

  • Your feet roll inward excessively when you walk (too much pronation)
  • You have high curves or level feet
  • You walk, stand, or keep running for drawn out stretches of time, particularly on hard surfaces
  • You are overweight
  • You wear shoes that don't fit well
  • You have tight Achilles tendons or calf muscles

Symptoms: A vast majority of patients with plantar fasciitis experience pain when they begin to move about after getting out of bed or sitting for a while. You may have less stability and experience pain after you take a couple strides. The motion also begins to sting the feet.

Treatment: There are numerous things you can try to improve your foot:

  • Avoid walking or running on hard surfaces.
  • To lessen the pain and swelling, you can try applying ice on your heel. You can also take an over-the-counter pain reliever like Ibuprofen, (for example, Advil or Motrin) or naproxen, (for example, Aleve).
  • Do toe stretching exercises and calf and towel extensions a few times a day, particularly when you wake up in the morning. (To perform towel extensions, you have to pull on both closures of a moved towel that you put under the bundle of your foot.)
  • Get another pair of shoes. Pick shoes with great curve support and a padded sole. Additionally, you can wear heel glasses or shoe embeds (orthotics). Use them in both shoes even if only one foot is affected.
  • Plantar fasciitis is caused by wounds that have happened after some time. With treatment, you will have less agony in a couple of weeks. The recovery period could also range from a couple of months to a year.

Hi, Please suggest me After gallbladder removed from a body, what effects may cause?

Hi, Please suggest me After gallbladder removed from a body, what effects may cause?
Dear Lybrate User, If you have your gall bladder removed, watch your diet carefully afterward. It can help you adjust gradually to changes in your digestion with little discomfort. After surgery, your liver still makes enough bile. But you might have difficulty processing fatty foods – at least for a while. More than half of patients who have their gallbladder removed have trouble digesting fat. Experiencing diarrhea: One potential side effect of gallbladder surgery is diarrhea. Advice-Some of the lifestyle changes that can help ease digestive symptoms when you're living without a gallbladder are: Adopt a low-fat diet. Avoid eating fatty foods, such as fried foods. Eat small, frequent meals. For further information and details you can consult online. Take Care.

Can I eat rice and dal? I am suffering from jaundice! Nd also tell me do's and don't!

PDDM, MHA, MBBS

You can eat rice and dal. All fatty foods must be strictly restricted for ninety days and while it seems an impossible task, you can make small dietary changes like switching to skimmed milk and saying no to bakery food. Arrowroot and glucose biscuits may be eaten occasionally. Eggs can be introduced slowly once the recovery process reaches a stabilize condition. But, have them only after consulting your doctor. Apart from fats, liver metabolizes breakdown products of protein metabolism, as well. Since a damaged liver is unable to perform such functions, you have to be careful about protein intake. Then again, proteins are necessary to heal damaged cells. So, a moderate intake of protein is recommended. It can be in the form of 3-4 cups of skimmed milk, or curd, or a diluted porridge. All beans, peas and pulses are should be avoided. To make the body energy efficient, the main focus should be on having ample amounts of carbohydrates. Rice or soft wheat bread may be consumed at meals. Plenty of oil-free cooked vegetables like potato, carrot, and cauliflower must also be eaten, because there is a special requisite for vitamin b and c for a healthy recovery. Do not opt for large meals. Small frequent meals are advisable. Snack on light biscuits, bread and jam or honey and adequate quantity of fruits such as banana. Even dried fruits like dates or raisins, are not bad choices. Thinned vegetable soups, custards, buttermilk, and cold milk shakes can also be taken in-between the meals. In case there is a lot of vomiting, the body loses a significant amount of sodium and potassium. A moderate amount of salt can be used to compensate the deficiency.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. When on treatment ideally TSH should be maintained < 3 mU/L. Hence current dose of 125 mcg is fine. It should be continued. To be free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism it is essential to maintain TSH < 3 mu/L. Once well stabilised you can check TSH one in 6 months to a year. But do not make frequent changes in Thyroxine dosage. Thanks.

Hi, nowadays, hair fall is a common phenomena. We should give little concern for this as the causes may differs. Usually it is due to dandruff, stress conditions, mal nutrition etc. Daily fall of 100 numbers of hair is normal. If it is more than that we have to take care of it. Yours is dandruff problem. So make sure that you should clean your scalp daily. You should keep your towel and comb clean and keep it for you seperately.

Hello- Progressive atherosclerosis can develop with no signs of cardiovascular disease. As you age so too do your arteries. When arteries become old, they turn inelastic, causing blood clots and impeding blood flow. Men with unhealthy diets, high cholesterol, cellular debris and fatty deposits increase their risk for atherosclerotic plaque, which can block the flow of oxygen and nutrients to tissues cells, especially inside the penis and testis resulted in unsustainable erectile dysfunction. Men suffering from erectile dysfunction because of stiff, aged penile arteries may not respond well to E.D. drugs. Erection boosters and penile pumps create temporary effects and do not guarantee an erection will stay hard throughout sex. Fortunately you can recover by the help of herbal aphrodisiacs of ayurveda. Herbs contain testosterone-like natural substances, steroids and phyto-molecules - all known to improve blood flow to the genitalia while maximizing the production of nitric oxide (important factors for achieving an erection!
