Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine thuja 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning for a week and revert. Wash your face with mild face wash to remove impurities. Avoid harsh skin products. Avoid fried and spicy food. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

I read somewhere that wearing headphones for an hour can increase the bacteria in your by 700 times, I wear headphones daily for a minimum of 5-6 hours, I am also suffering from tinnitus which may have been caused by headphone use, please suggest how to handle hygiene issues caused by overuse of headphones.

Ear canal is dark and narrow recess so air and light doesn't reach inside properly so over it if you cover it for prolonged period regularly than the issue worsens. Try to use headphones which doesn't go inside the ear but remains over it so some air escapes inside. Reduce duration of use and remove frequently while using. Tinnitus may be a bad sign caused by early damage to hearing nerve. Get a report called audiogram done and stop listening to loud sounds.

My doppler of the left leg found a haematoma in muscle plain . Then later when MRI of the same leg was done it is missing . I have regular pain and cramps in my left thigh. What could be the reason.

Hi thanks for your question. If you have lost 2.5 kg weight in a week first thing I will suggest you to consult a doctor for the cause behind this. And regarding the dietary guidance for putting weight some important points I am mentioning below. 1. Don't drink water before meals. 2. High protein snacks can do wonders in gaining weight. 3. Eat more often. 4. Drink milk. You can take whole milk also so more calories. 5. Try to include mutton, chicken, fish in your diet so that your gain more of muscles. 6. Avoid skipping meals. 7. Use bigger plates. And take your time to eat. 8. Add cream to your coffee. Have fruit juices. Try to enjoy your food and never miss any meal. 9. Get quality sleep. Hi You may use spinal brace in daytime, rrmoving in bed. Do spinal muscles strengthening exercises, avoid lifting heavy objects. Do hot fomentation, apply omnigel locally. Myospaz after meals twice a day for 5 days. Consult a spine surgeon if need for lumbar traction. If disease process advances, spinal fusion, directory and foraminotomy may be needed. As of now, conservative treatment should help yes, you can marry, no such implications are there best wishes.

Hello,don't worry, there can be an increase in your height at this age.Follow the following medication and guidelines---- *First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M,drops morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times.
