Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Try to describe if you've burning while passing urine, if you're getting itching over the area of passing urine, or you have any problem over the skin of the penis. How should the animal causing the bite be handled?

It is important to establish whether the biting animal is healthy or diseased, bearing in mind that a rabid animal excretes the virus in its saliva not just throughout the illness but also several days before the appearance of the first signs. An unknown animal, which has disappeared, must be considered as rabid and full course of PEP must be given. Cats and dogs, which can be identified, must be kept under observation. The risk of rabies can be considered as slight if the animal shows no sign of disease after 5 days, and non?existent if the animal is still healthy on the 10th day (The European Standards recommend an observation period of 15 days).

All wild animals, and those domestic animals suspected of having rabies must be put down and the rabies diagnosis must be carried out in the laboratory.

If it is proven that the animal is not rabid, only then the anti?rabies treatment may be halted.

For sore throat, need to follow the points: - Avoid cold things, fried/ oily food. -Avoid excessive use of voice/ roughly using voice or else shouting. - Gargle with salt and warm water solution thrice daily. - Take Ginger tea. - Avoid excessive cold air or sudden change of temperature (like coming from heat/ sunlight to an A/C room). - Can cover your throat with a stole. You are episode's of allergy infections. Do warm saline gargle regularly. For the last seven to eight years, I was diagnosed as suffering from "affective disorder" As per psychiatrist I am suffering mild depression. It manifested then I was unable to sleep for days and, less confidence, fear of loosing and defeat. Doctor suggested antidepressant medicine and for sleep. I feel better but I have been hooked with the medicine. On any day if I do not take the medicine, I remain whole night, no sleep, only roll on the bed. If you have trouble sleeping, there are some things you can do to help yourself get a good restful night. These include making changes in: your environment your behaviour and routine your thinking change your environment are there any helpful changes you can make? bedroom too light (or dark) bedroom too hot or too cold bedroom too noisy bed too uncomfortable partner keeping you awake? (snoring, restless etc) tv, computer, tablet or mobile in your bedroom making changes to your environment so that your bedrooms become a restful place for sleeping. Remove excess light (particularly blue light), make sure the temperature is right, and check the bed and pillow are comfortable. If you cannot reduce the noise, then consider ear-plugs designed for sleep use. Remove tv and device screens from your bedroom, and read from a conventional book rather than an e-book on a back-lit screen. Change your behaviour use your choice of relaxation technique before going to bed (whatever works for you) do not go without sleep for a long time if you can help it. Keep to a regular pattern of going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, whether you are tired or not keep bed for sleep. No watching television, browsing the internet or checking your email or social media. Get some exercise during the day. Try some regular swimming or walking. Avoid exercise late in the evening. Reduce the caffeine (tea, coffee, some soft drinks) in the evening. Try a milky drink instead. Don`t drink a lot of alcohol. It may help you fall asleep, but you are more likely to wake up during the night. Don`t eat or drink a lot late at night. Try to have your evening meal early rather than late. If you have had a bad night, resist the temptation to sleep the next day which will make it harder to get off to sleep the following night. If something is troubling you and there is nothing you can do about it right away, try writing it down before going to bed and then tell yourself to deal with it tomorrow. If you cannot sleep, don`t lie there worrying about it. Get up and do something you find relaxing like reading or listening to quiet music. After a while you should feel tired enough to go to bed again. Keep a sleep diary for a week. Then you can look back and notice what helps you sleep better and what doesn`t, so you can make positive changes and do more of what helps, and less of what doesn`t. If nothing seemed to help, try something different. Avoid clock watching when in bed and put your attention somewhere restful change your thinking worrying about not sleeping will keep you awake! rather than put your focus of attention on the worrying thoughts, notice that they are just thoughts, then put your attention somewhere restful, use imagery, mindful breathing, or your relaxation technique. Tell yourself that worrying about it will not help, and that you probably are getting enough, just less than you think you need. Our needs change as we get older. If you're worrying about a particular problem, write it down, and tell yourself you can sort it in the morning. Distract yourself by thinking about a random sequence of objects for a few seconds each. E. G. A table, a tree, a saucepan, a flower, a cow, a cloud etc. Or you could think about a few items beginning with the letter" b" then move on through the alphabet.

1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. So consciously breathing deeply, plus increasing the duration and depth of breathing helps relax the body and mind to a great extent. 7. Meditate. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. To soothe sore nipples, you can apply a warm compress on the affected area. The heat from the compress can ease discomfort and aid healing. Dip a washcloth in warm water. Wring it out and then place it on your breasts for a couple of minutes. Do this at least 10 minutes before breastfeeding. Repeat this remedy several times a day until the soreness is gone. A warm shower or heating pad can also help alleviate the discomforts of sore nipples. Please follow the above for 1 week and revert back

Diabetes affects sex badly. Take multivitamins for weakness. If you do blood tests hb, tc, dc, hba1c, creatinine, prolactin, tsh and testosterone, ecg then some medicines can be advised to improve your condition.
