I am make 23 years old I am suffering with piles, how to cure it what is the best way to cure.
Home remedies for piles: crush leaves of bitter gourd and take out the juice and then add some buttermilk to it. Drink this mixture early in the morning for a period of one month. This is one of the best home remedies for piles. Drink a full glass of buttermilk with? tsp of carom seed powder. Add a pinch of salt to for taste. This is one of the proven home remedies for piles. Take 1tsp of cumin seeds and roast them. Then take 1tsp of unroasted cumin seeds and make a powder of it. Put this powder in a glass of water and drink at least one time a day. This helps to cure piles. Take 2-3 pieces of figs and put them in water and soak them overnight. Eat them early in the morning and do this again at night before going to bed. This is also one of the best home remedies to cure piles. Take one ripe banana, mash it and then add it into one cup of milk and then drink this mixture at least 3-4 in a day and see how it helps to cure piles. Take an onion and add some sugar to it. Eat this at least twice a day. This is the best home remedies especially for piles that lead to bleeding. Drink half cup of radish juice early in the morning as well as at night. Do this for a period of one month. Avoid eating spicy and heavy foods which are not appropriate or suitable for your system. Homoepathictreatment pillen pills 2pills 3 times calc fluor 6x 4pills 3 times for 15 days and revert back for further treatment.

You have yourself mentioned your problem. If you are stressed because of your anger, you could be disturbed with poor sleep. If the workload is causing yo stress do speak to your boss or supervisor and find a way out of that dilemma. Perhaps you could also learn to delegate work to other people and get work done more efficiently. For any of these problems I suggest you meet a counselor and talk about your feelings. In your case particularly, do not sleep during the day even on weekends; don’t even lie down. Go for regular exercise (breathing through your nostrils only) at a fixed time (at about 6 am) every day, whether you sleep or not. You must develop this habit of sleeping by 10 pm latest every night and wake up at a uniform time by 6 am every morning, even if you do not get sleep. If you do not get sleep, just lie down and if you have a bed lamp (or you could get one) lie down and read something light but not exciting. Your eyes will tire and you will fall asleep. If you like you may also put on light and soft music with the sleep function on. Depending on whether you are a visual or auditory person, you may watch TV in a lying down position until you feel sleepy. Have a warm bath before going to bed (for some people a cold bath at night seems to induce sleep! If you are one of them, please do so). Place the head side of your bed in a North-South position. The room must be as dark as possible and there should be no electronic items that give off even a light LED glow. There must be ample ventilation in the room. Avoid strong odors, except lavender, on your body or in the room, or on your sheets and clothes. There should not be any live plants in your bedroom. Sleep with the lightest of clothes or without any clothing. When lying down to sleep, lie down on your left ear as much as possible. Do not sleep directly under an overhead fan. You must eat a good breakfast, a fairly light lunch, and an early dinner, which should be a very light meal. Whatever you eat in the other meals, have only a pure carbohydrate meal at night with any vegetables, and preferably before 8 pm. Do not drink much liquids after or near about dinner time. When lying down to sleep you may use the 4-7-8 breathing pattern of sleep inducement i. E. Breathe in for four counts through your nostril only, hold for 7 counts, and exhale with a whoosh sound, through your mouth only, for 8 counts. Repeat this four times in the morning and just before you sleep at night. If you know Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT (check this out either on YouTube or Google), then please practice this too for sleep induction. Self-hypnosis and slow relaxation techniques, at night will be tremendously useful. Acupuncture or acupressure will both be very useful too. Pray last thing at night before you sleep.

This method what are you asking is called'safe period' which is unsafe. Means high failure rate meaning you can not have definite days to avoid pregnancy. Also these days depend not on no of days of bleeding but no of days in between 2 cycles and regular or irregular so those can not be given with information you have given.

Cholesterol level should be measured at least once every five years in everyone over age 20. The screening test that is usually performed is a blood test called a lipid profile. Experts recommend that men ages 35 and older and women ages 45 and older be more frequently screened for lipid disorders. The lipoprotein profile includes: Total cholesetrol LDL (low-density lipoprotein CHOLESETROL also called "bad"CHOLESTETROL HDL (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called "good" cholesterol) TRIGLYCERIDES (fats carried in the BLOOD from the food we eat. Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into TRIGLYCERIDES and stored in fat cells throughout the body. High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap.
