Hair loss is most commonly caused by anaemia which less hemoglobin. I would suggest you get a hb checked. Start with 1. Cap autrin twice a day 2. Tab keragloweva once a day 3. Foligain lotion at bedtime. Regards.

Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

You need to consume high fibre foods such as whole fruits, vegetables, flaxseeds, chia seeds. Consume high protein foods such as soyabean, tofu, milk, chenna, sea fishes, salmon, chicken, whole pulses. Consume low carbs but it should be complex carbs such as brown rice, oatmeal, dalia, whole wheat chapati, multigrain chapati. Consume low fat but good quality fat such as olive oil, sesame oil, blended oil, nuts, low fat cheese. Exercise regularly atleast 30 mins a day. Practice strength training exercises.

Applying cold compresses to the painful knee is one of the best and easiest ways to reduce pain and swelling. The cold will constrict the blood vessels, reducing blood flow to the affected area and thus reducing swelling. It will also give you relief from the pain. 1. Wrap a handful of ice cubes in a thin towel. 2. Apply the compress to the affected knee area for 10 to 20 minutes. 3. Do this two or three time daily until your pain is gone. A bag of frozen peas also works well as a cold compress. You can opt for alternating hot and cold compresses as well for chronic pains.

You have to take healthy diet to become healthy. Stop taking junk food like chips, cold drinks, chocolates, pizza, burgers & noodles, momos etc. Switch on to dals, vegetables, chapatis, rice, milk, curd, rajma, choley, fruits etc. You can take some ghee, butter& dry fruits also. Do some regular exercise like cycling or swimming to increase your appetite.

Yeah you can go for root canal treatment but not for removal if you want to have home remedy then you can use cloves or garlic make them into paste apply to the tooth which is paining.

Hair is an outward sign of your health, just like a skin. What nutrients require for healthy and growing hair. Hair require regular supply of key nutrients to remain shiny, lustrous and strong. These are the key nutrients:-

1. Protein
As hair is made of protein, ensuring you have enough protein in your diet is crucial for making hair strong and healthy. If you are not consuming enough protein in your diet, your hair is likely to become dry, brittle and weak. Extremely low protein diets may result in hair loss. Choose chicken, turkey, fish, dairy products and eggs as excellent sources of protein along with vegetarian sources such as legumes and nuts.

2) Iron
Iron is an especially important mineral for hair and too little iron (anaemia) is a major cause of hair loss. The hair follicle and root are fed by a nutrient rich blood supply. When iron levels (serum ferritin) fall below a certain point, you may experience anaemia. This disrupts the nutrient supply to the follicle, affecting the hair growth cycle and may result in shedding. Animal products such as red meat, chicken and fish provide iron with a high bioavailability, meaning the iron is readily available to the body. Vegetarians can raise their iron stores by including lentils, spinach and other leafy green vegetables such as broccoli, kale and salad greens.

3) Vitamin C
Vitamin c aids the absorption of iron so foods high in vitamin c are good to eat in conjunction with iron-rich foods. Vitamin c is also an antioxidant so is used readily by the body. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. Vitamin c helps in the production of collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the hair shafts.

4) Omega-3
Omega-3 fatty acids are important fats our body cannot make itself, and therefore must be obtained through our diet. Omega-3s are found in the cells that line the scalp and also provide the oils that keep your scalp and hair hydrated. Look out for oily fish such as salmon, herring, sardines, trout and mackerel and plant sources including avocado, pumpkin seeds and walnuts.

5) Vitamin A
Vitamin a is needed by the body to make sebum. Sebum is an oily substance created by our hairs sebaceous glands and provides a natural conditioner for a healthy scalp. Without sebum we may experience an itchy scalp and dry hair. Include animal products and orange/yellow coloured vegetables which are high in beta-carotene (which makes vitamin a) such as carrots, pumpkins and sweet potatoes.

6) Zinc and Selenium
Scalp protection involves other important minerals, notably zinc and selenium. A lack of zinc can lead to hair loss and a dry, flaky scalp. Fortified cereals and wholegrains are a good source of zinc along with oysters, beef and eggs.

7) Vitamin E
The sun can damage our hair just like it can damage our skin so ensure you eat foods rich in vitamin e to provide protection for your hair. Nuts are nutritional powerhouses, providing zinc and selenium as well as vitamin e so try to include them as part of a balanced diet.

8) Biotin
Biotin is a water-soluble b vitamin. Too little biotin can cause brittle hair and may lead to hair loss. Include biotin rich foods such as wholegrains, liver, egg yolk, soy flour and yeast.

Green tea is just another health drink with some antioxidants which are available in all fruits and vegetables. It has no effect on weight. It will not create any weight loss. Such myths are created only for marketing. The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet.  Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. You can take upto 50 gm paneer in a day. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. Love yourself and respect your body.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink lots of water throughout the day. Eat your food at your own time. Munch it thoroughly before swallowing it as eating quickly can lead to air swallowing. Hence, slow down and enjoy your delicious meal. Limit consumption of carbonated water. Instead drink lemon water. Say no to sugary items. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat small meals, and eat after every 3-4 hours. Avoid late night eating. Include at least 45 minutes of daily exercise in your life. Get a proper 8 hours of sleep every night. Include low fat dietary products like skimmed milk and low fat cheese and yoghurt. Control your weight.
