Migraine is a kind of relapsing headache. Its symptoms include - episodic unilateral or bilateral, severe and pulsating headaches, associated at times with nausea and vomiting, relieved momentarily on rest or taking medications and aggravated by precipitating factors like sleep deprivation, loud noises, continued sun exposure, allergy to some agents etc. The treatment of migraine is mainly done for relief from acute headache attacks and later treatments to prevent future relapses. Also treatment of factors which tend to cause relapses is also important. Consult a headache specialist for treatmnet. You may contact me online for an further queries and management.

I stammer because of head injuries, tensions, thinking too much, too many thoughts, past incidents, hurrying and depression.

M.A. Psychology, PHD
Psychologist, Pune
Try to diagnose yourself, if stammering is every time then it is related to some physical problem but if you find it is less when you are comfort with family and friend then it is psychological. Accordingly go for therapy.

Give her medicines Natrum mur 200, and natrum carb 30, 4-4 pills thrice a day and report thereafter for further treatment. TREATMENT- A number of steps can be taken to reduce the risk of headaches and to ease the pain if they do occur: 1. Apply a heat pack or ice pack to your head or neck, but avoid extreme temperatures. 2. Avoid stressors, where possible, and develop healthy coping strategies for unavoidable stress. 3. Eat regular meals frequently, taking care to maintain stable blood sugar. Don't be empty stomach 4. Exercising regularly and getting enough rest and regular sleep contributes to overall health and stress reduction 5. Use oil for head massage if above things doesn't help, then SHE need to consult us, so that proper investigations and case taking is to be done and better treatment will be started as soon as possible. You can do 1-2 night duty in a month I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals.
