Stretching exercises for the wrist without irritating median nerve, rest to wrist with splints if using a lot when typing, playing sports, ice pack, few times a day. Physiotherapy in form of ultrasound, soft tissue mobilizations, stretching and strengthening can help significantly. Good luck.

I had a slip dics (due to lifting heavy article) some 3 years back. Even after rest and medication, I feel numbness in my lower limbs when I sit or stand for more than half hour. Doctors say this could be due to some nerve compression. Physiotherapy also has been tried.

Twice a month migrain is although bothering, not serious. Nonpharmacological methods like yoga, meditation, relaxation techniques, avoiding coke should help a lot. Take some tab for nausea too with vasograin.

My sister suffered by migraine, she consulted many doctors even she tried art of living but still she not satisfied with problem.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

Dear migraine is a autonomic nervous disorder which will take some time to cure, acc to ayurveda its the improper lifestyle and diet causing aggravation of pitta dosha in body. In an aggravated state, Pitta impairs digestion, leading to production of digestive impurities (known as ama). This ama gets stored in the manovahi strotas (mind channels), thereby becoming the cause for pains in migraine. follow the tips they will help and try shirodhara therapy it will help alot. 1.Mix ¼ teaspoon of clove powder with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon oil. Apply this paste on the affected area for 20-30 minutes. 2.Avoid hot, spicy foods, fermented foods, white sugar, white flour products, and sour or citrus fruits, because they aggravate the Pitta in your body. 3.Drink more water and eat more fiber, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains. 4.Avoid excessive sugar or salt, refined foods, animal products (meats and dairy), caffeine, tea, and alcohol, as these items will further lead to aggravation of Pitta. 5.Avoid direct exposure to the sun, as migraine headaches are predominantly a Pitta disorder and can be triggered by the hot sun. 6.Head massage with Bhringraj Oil is also beneficial. This massage gives a calming effect to your nervous system.

Migraine headaches may occur with a feeling of tension and discomfort in the neck. Although this tension is thought to be secondary to the migraine (not the cause of it), so try to avoid stress and anxiety. Do take proper balanced diet stretching exercises can sometimes be useful in helping to reduce the discomfort. Try to do regular exercises.

Ice Packs: Always opt for cold rather than heat to stop migraine pain. "Ice is an anti-inflammatory, missed meal=" Fluctuations in blood sugar can cause a cascade of escalating pain that sets up your migraine response, so don't go longer than 3 hours without food. Include a lean protein whenever you eat to help keep glucose levels steady Flaxseed=Some headaches are caused by inflammation, which can be reduced by consuming omega-3 fatty acids. Flaxseed can help provide headache relief because it’s rich in omega-3s. Flaxseed can be used as a home remedy in several forms, including as an oil and ground or whole seeds.
