I'm 64, weight 57-58 kgs, BP 110/70, low sugar, fasting 90, PP 120, a very healthy lipid profile. I am a smoker. Sometimes I just feel weak and it goes away after eating food and rest. I need to know why I feel this sometimes.

I am having watery stool since 3-4 days but not frequently. I was taking 3 tablets of metrogyl400 with entroqunal and then 2 tablet of ciplox Oz, but still not effective. I don't feel hungry, tiredness and feel thirsty all time but after drinking 1-2 glass water feel like vomiting. What to do?

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Reasons for hairfall may be heriditary, any dandruff, may be anaemic or due to stress also hairfall will be there .so first try to reduce stress and use ayurvedic medicines :narasimha rasayanam 1spn with milk daily once, lohasavam 20 ml with half glass of water twice ,bramhi capsules 1bd for better result.

Anti-M�llerian Hormone (AMH) is a hormone secreted by the cells of the developing� or egg sacks in the ovaries. AMH is a strong indicator of a woman's ovarian reserve (OR) . As women age, the number of eggsacks gradually decline, and AMH levels decline with age as well. In essence, reproductive endocrinologists can assess how well a woman?s ovaries are functioning, by evaluating her AMH levels. If a woman's AMH levels are below what is normal for her age, then she is considered to have "low AMH," indicating that her pregnancy chances with or without� In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) � would be lower than what is expected at her age. With low AMH levels, fertility treatment must be carefully tailored to each patient?s ovarian reserve status (as well as other compounding factors) in order to be successful.

You should reduce your stress and avoid gadgets at bedtime and go to bed early create a atmosphere for sleep also avoid coffee at night and do meditation and yoga.

1. Do warm saline water gargling 2. Steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily. 3. Take viscodyne d syrup 2 tsp 2-3 times daily if you have dry cough or viscodyne syrup 2 tsp three times daily if you have cough with sputum. 4. If no relief, you have to take antibiotic and carry out investigations after consulting. 5. Dolo 650 not more than 3 times a day for fever after meals.

We need more investigations (model study, full mouth & profile x-ray) to decide upon treatment. You may need fixed / removable braces or bridging or capping. Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hi lybrate-user, first of all if you are loosing weigt fast so you must go for thyroid profile test and hb test. You can maintain your healthy weight through healthy diet. The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For weight gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet.
