My brother is suffering from pain in spine and back head. The pain is very loud and intensity of pain is very high. When he eats something, after certain interval he vomiting all things. No disease is found in medical report even I do the M.R.I.he can't sleep as normal from last 10 days, cause of pain. Some times he is in very critical conditions. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello, you can visit to nearest physiotherapy center, they will explain you all about these. You need to strengthen your quadriceps muscles (front thigh muscles).

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.. .

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Do apply cold compression for thrice a day for 5 days followed by mobilisation exercise from neuro physiotherapist if still pain persists do better take an x any and do come back for further help or detailed management best wishes.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually pain at lower leg region just above ankle can be due to many reasons like involvement of tendons, nerves, vascular and some times stress fractures. If there is no associated swelling, redness, inflammation of skin, then my advise for you: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre match warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - I suggest you to get some blood tests: - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
