निगेला सतीवा, जिसे कलौंजी या काला जीरा भी कहा जाता है, दक्षिण और दक्षिण-पश्चिम एशिया का एक वार्षिक फूल पौधे हैं जो कि रनुनकुलसै परिवार से संबंधित है. इसकी खेती और उपयोग का सबसे पहला रिकॉर्ड प्राचीन मिस्र से आता है। काले बीज का तेल, वास्तव में, मिस्र के फराओ तूतनखामेन की कब्र में पाया गया था। यहां तक कि अरबी  संस्कृतियों  में, काले  जीरा  को  हबताबुल  बारकाह  के  नाम  से  जाना  जाता  है,  जिसका  अर्थ  है  "आशीर्वाद  का  बीज"। यह  भी  माना  जाता  है  कि  इस्लामी  नबी  मोहम्मद  ने  इसके  बारे  में  कहा  कि  यह  "मौत  को  छोड़कर  सभी  रोगों  के  लिए  एक  उपाय  है"।
यह टाइल तत्वों, विटामिन, क्रिस्टलीय निगेलोन, वाष्पशील तेल, एल्किलॉइड, लोहा, सोडियम, पोटेशियम, कैल्शियम, एमिनो एसिड, सैपोनिन, कच्चे फाइबर, प्रोटीन और फैटी एसिड जैसे लिनेलेनिक और ओलिक एसिड से भरा है. यह तीन प्रमुख प्राकृतिक रसायनों में भी समृद्ध है: थॉमोक्विनोन (टीक्यू), थिइमोहिड्रोक्विनोन (टीएचक्यू) और थेयमोल।
 

कलौंजी के लाभ:
1. मधुमेह को रोकें: कलौंजी के तेल में अग्नाशयी बीटा-कोशिकाएं का क्रमिक आंशिक उत्थान करता है, कम सीरम इंसुलिन सांद्रता  को बढ़ता है और ऊंचा सीरम ग्लूकोज को घटाता है। हर सुबह काली चाय के कप में तेल का आधा चम्मच लें और कुछ हफ्तों में अंतर देखें।

2. अल्प रक्त-चाप: कलौंजी ब्लड प्रेशर को इतना कम कर सकता है कि यह हाइपोटेंशन का कारण बनता है, खासकर यदि आप वर्तमान में मूत्रवर्धक या एंटीहाइपरेटिव दवा ले रहे हैं.
इसलिए कोई भी चिकित्सा स्थिति का इलाज करने के लिए कलौंजी लेने से पहले हमेशा अपने डॉक्टर से बात करनी चाहिए।

At the age of your group,use of vaginal pessaries is boring due to decreased lubrication. Let me know if you are having any other chronic disease, before prescribing I would like to know, about Diabetes Mellitus Hypertension And /or Thyroid Etc Regards

Hello, your wife need to reduce sugar n fats intake. Drink warm water throughout the day. Have green tea, dalchini water, lemon water 3-4 glasses. Increase fiber content like more of salads, fruits. Oats. Do exercise, yoga.

I am 35 years and above, Is it True that I may not become Pregnant

People do ask this question to me so many times.
But this s not true, yes there may be difficulty in getting pregnant after 35 years but not true that always you will end sterile.
The fact is that each woman will be born with fixed number of eggs in her ovary at birth, after which with each menses eggs number start decreasing year after year, and above age 35 it decreases very fast. So some patients may not become pregnant or may face difficulty in getting pregnant.
But with latest treatment modalities like ivf you can become pregnant, so please do consult infertility consultant and get treated as early as possible or else you will be left with donor ovum option only.

I have the pain in both breast on the tip of the breast if it is any dangerous to health. Please advise.

Breast pain is a common problem if it occurs before periods, because it happens due to hormonal changes, however if the pain stays all through the month or if you can feel some lump/swelling then you may need to do ultrasound examination of breasts. For pain you can take paracetamol tablets, also wearing a well fitting bra and taking less water may help. But if there is discharge from nipple then you need to do serum prolactin and ultrasound examination of breasts.

I have delivered my baby through C-section. My baby has completed 5 months but yet I have not got my periods. I have not been in any relationship with my husband since the time my baby was born, hence there is no issue of pregnancy. I have been breast feeding aIso powdered milk is given. Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Amount of asthalin depend upon the sevirity of asthma, but you can use one amp. And n/saline water with it.

She is suffering from severe dysmenorrhoea, which is very common. It should be treated initially with meftal spas (pain killer) tablets three times a day. Irregular menses for 2 months only does not need any kind of treatment. It can happen because of hormonal changes.

Period may disappear during lactation period. Soo don't worry. If all the blood parameter are normal like, thyroid,prolactin etc then no need to worry.
