That may not be due to old fracture this might be due to lack of blood circulation and also due to back pain ie. sciatica where you will have pain in the lower left back, numbness and pain in foot. Hello for healthy weight gain your body & mind both should be fine. 1) FOR MIND mental stability is important thing. Just make a timetable for your work. Decide the priorities. Do meditations regularly. Just share some things to your collegues & family members frequently do outings with family members. 2) for BODY Do not take market suppliments for body building. Do not eat fast food. Keep eating times regular. Do not eat late night. Do not eat too much spicy. Do not eat rice items in night. Take Sound sleep at night. Do not sleep during day. Do regular exercises. Early morning 30 mins walk is most important. Revert back if more guidance & medicines needed.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

Hi Diabetes control is not just cutting sugar and sweets its reducing carbohydrates and balancing the diet with extra proteins and lots of fibre. Make sure the blood sugars are within normal range. FBS: 80-120 PPBS: 140-180 Prefer citrus foods and papaya for him as the vitamin C and Vitamin A in it will help in faster healing but in small quantities. Daily dressing is important. If there is any infection, culture of the wound has to be done and treated accordingly.
