Hi lybrate-user, thank you for seeking help, its very important to know what kind of fear is she actually going through. The thoughts and emotions that she is experiencing which is keeping her awake all night. When we explore that in more detail treatment guidance can be better. One of the body's natural anxiety coping mechanisms is sleep. When you sleep, your mind and body relax, so the next day you're sharper and able to withstand some of life's daily stresses. The irony is that anxiety can actually make it harder to sleep. Sleep problems are extremely common in those with persistent stress, and in many cases it can actually cause a cycle that makes it harder to overcome anxiety in the future. Yet there are tips and strategies you can use to get more rest with anxiety. Consider the following: journal writing the first, and arguably most important strategy to try, is journal writing. People see journal writing as important for kids, but writing your thoughts in a journal has an effect on your ability to sleep as well. Your brain is a fascinating thing, and when your mind knows that you have written a persistent thought down (one that keeps you awake), it will feel better about letting the thought go, knowing that it's in a permanent place. Any time you have a thought that won't leave your mind, try writing it in a journal. Herbal sleep supplements depending on any medicine - including herbal medicine - is not ideal for those trying to overcome anxiety. But herbs like valerian root, kava, and passionflower are very popular for those that need to get more rest. It's still a good idea to talk to your doctor before trying any herbal supplement, but you may find the results to be a big help. Daily jogging at least 3 to 4 hours before you go to sleep (and possibly as early as the morning), try to get out for a long jog. Jogging is actually a natural anxiety reduction strategy, and one that releases endorphins that calm the mind and body. But beyond that, jogging tires the muscles, so when you go to bed they will be much less tense. Mental distractions can also be beneficial, especially for heavy sleepers. Some people find that turning on radios, podcasts, or television sets, and putting the volume as low as possible so that you can barely make out the words can be helpful. Your mind tries to listen to the distraction, causing it to stop focusing on the stressful thoughts, and ultimately you're able to fall asleep. Take warm water bath or glass of milk before going to bed. Consult for same with detailed symptoms. All the best.

Hello- Feeling micturation/pee reflex during masturbation is due to irritation of Pubococcygeus muscle (which controls ejaculation) with underlying acidic urine drop in the tract. It may occur due to urine infection, excessive intake of spicy diet alcohol etc, and late night workout. Excessive masturbation also worsens the condition. Avoid above mentioned factors, always go for pee before masturbation and consume coconut milk in excess.

Get plenty of rest, especially while you have a fever. Rest helps your body fight infection. Stop smoking and avoid secondhand smoke, which can make cold symptoms worse drink lots of fluids such as water and clear soups. Fluids help loosen mucus. Fluids are also important because they help prevent dehydration. Gargle with warm salt water a few times a day to relieve a sore throat. Throat sprays or lozenges may also help relieve the pain. Avoid alcohol. Use saline (salt water) nose drops to help loosen mucus and moisten the tender skin in your nose.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly

You have to quit cold turkey because the body and mind will torture you endlessly while attempting a reduction in smoking. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged on. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be damaged but do go for a thorough medical check-up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. When quitting, you must take one day at a time; though you must give up all smoking at once, and promptly. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact, these conditions can exist all through the day, unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heartbeat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact, it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chew gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. You could also join twitter2quit program and enjoy its success to give up smoking.

You can go for addition in your family. Chances increases with age of parents especially mother. As age more or very young chances are more . As age increases chances increases.

You should first be sure that its not a recurrence of tumor. Then depending whether its a low or high fistula. You can get treatment by surgery or fistula.

It is the problem now every youth is facing. They watch pornoraphy in that they compare thier size. When compared to foreigners our size is very small. Based on this youth developed inferiority complex. They have doubt that we perform very well or not. Because of this some youth postponed marriage also. Initial days onwards you go medicine after that it may be addiction. Without medicine you are unable to do that. So power may increase day by day. It may leads some other problem. Suppose you partner and her mothers knows they may be chance to comment on your power. They said this person is has not having sexual problems. Your partner may also complain that please come without medicine. So you may so many problems. Physical as well as psychological problems. So do not depend on medicine. Do as a natural manner. They are not using any medicine why do you prefer medicine. Go with full confidence. You may succeed definitely. So please follow my suggestions. I have seen so many cases related to this problems. Low BP 1. Drink plenty of water/ Nimbu pani 2.Increase salt intake 3.Take plenty of fresh green leafy vegetables, Fruits. Take fish, chicken etc 4.Avoid alcohol 5, Go for regular exercise 6. Drink Tea/ coffee 7. Avoid prolonged standing 8. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression 9. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 10. Check your hemoglobin, monitor BP and consult physician for advice and treatment.

Sleep all times means you are not active. It is called laziness. Because of laziness you are unable to concentrate on studies. It leads to remember problems. Walking and running helpful to you. Plan good plan of studies. Solve slowly. Study systematically. Make active all the time. Take light food. Take two time or three time bath. Read very well. When free time remember the old lessons. For Edward syndrome (Trisomy 18) and Patau syndrome (Trisomy 13) there is high risk. Hence you will have to do Amniocentesis to rule out the risk.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Tozam is good for high bp. Erectile dysfunction can be due to stress / anxiety or due to physical cause. For physical cause you need to do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, prolactin, tsh and testosterone. Stop smoking if you smoke. With these tests if any cause is found then you will get proper treatment.
