Try putting hot packs to the painful area for 15 mins then do stretching exs for calf hamstring snd quadriceps muscles and then put ice for 15 mins also find the root cause pf pain. Sometimes its referred from the back. Physiotherapy can help. Good luck.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Hello, You are suffering from gastric disorder, causing pain in chest due to gastric pressure on diaphragm. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body to prevent constipation, diluting acid  in stomach. Vitamin d deficiency is common and is often underestimated as a cause of chronic leg pain. Please check your vit d and calcium level first. Other causes of leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Due to long sitting hours your back muscles are getting overloaded and fatigued. Firstly make some postural adjustments. Your desktop should be at your eye level, sit straight, keep a pillow behind your lower back take breaks every 2 hrs walk and stretch your back. Apart from this exercises for your low back are necessary. Learn these from a physiotherapist.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands. Please report the progress after 5 days.
