Hello sir, I want to know about rct test. Sir currently my rct is in process. And I have facing too much pain after 2nd round. Is there any medicine along with rct test which doctor gave after each round of rct.

Lybrate-user ji pain is not uncommon during rct. I am sure after the 2nd appointment it will subside totally. In the mean time you can rinse with warm saline water and take a potent analgesic after consulting your dentist.

Frequent small meals through out the day will help you lose weight. Prefer eating fruits,salads, nuts , yoghurt for in between snacks instead of junk or oily foods such as chips or fries. Quantity control is must if you want to lose weight. so eat everything but within the limits.

Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold.

please let me know how control on gastric trouble. i am healthy and fit person but due to gastric problem i am too much worried. i am taking liv 52 ds, aristozyme razo-d and zolent plus daily but i am not satisfied with the result of above medicine. please suggest some medicine. whenever my sgpt is normal. cretin is normal, lipid profile is also normal besides that i am suffering gastric trouble. some doctors says it may be due to water problem because water is not good. i drink mineral water only. when i goes to my parental house kanpur then i do not feel any problem when ever i drink there tab water.

Avoid alcohol. Normally alcohol in moderation is well tolerated but for people prone to acidity even a small amount of alcohol can cause discomfort. Avoid smoking .The nicotine in the tobacco affects the opening and closing of the food pipe allowing back flow of the normal stomach acid into the food pipe. Eat small meals. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals every 3-4 hours. Eat slowly. Don’t sleep on a full stomach. Try to have an early dinner. Make sure there is a gap of 3 hours between your last meal and bed time. Wear loose-fitting clothes. Avoid certain known foods which cause acidity like, coffee, tea, colas, and citrus fruits, oily and spicy food. If your weight is high – losing a few kilos will reduce acidity too. Keep a gap of 2 hours between exercise and meals. Drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Try meditation and yoga to minimise daily stress.

The most common physical symptom is headaches. For those who have them, they can last for a few weeks up to a couple of months, with the first few days being very intense. The next most common physical symptom is night sweats, sometimes to the point of having to change night clothes. The next most common physical symptoms experienced were tremors or shaking and dizziness. Less frequently experienced were kidney pains, impotency, hormone changes or imbalances, low immunity or chronic fatigue, and some minor eye problems that resolved at around two months remedies - drink plenty of water and clear liquids, just like for the flu. Cranberry juice has been used effectively for years by recovery houses to help purify and cleanse the body. Really excessive sweating can deplete the body of potassium, a necessary mineral. A few foods high in potassium are: melons, bananas, citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables, and tomatoes eliminate fat from the diet until digestion is better. Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine until the sleep pattern is more normal or the shakes are gone. The old fashioned remedy for insomnia, a glass of warm milk before bedtime, helps some people. Do you have a sweet tooth or a craving for sweets or just can't avoid sweets and sugar but want to give that habit up?
Well, you don't have to give up sweetness. Just get it from other sources. Try fresh berries or pureed fruit on the cereal instead of sugar. Explore fruit that's dried, frozen, or canned (without too much added sugar). A glass of low-fat milk or low-sugar yogurt can help. Avoid frozen yoghurt and fruit puree can replace an ice-cream or elaichi and pudina in tea can help you reduce the sugar you add in tea or how about trying a banana or custard apple sheera.

The oily nature of your skin should be accepted firstly. It's not a disease. You just need to use a mild soap or a mild face wash twice a day. You can also use home remedies like besan (chickpea flour etc to clean your face. And rest of the time you can simply use plain water to keep it clean. Overuse of the soaps and scrubbing will damage the skin in the long run. Moreover the skin nature also changes as you age.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.
