1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. Can you tell me in detail whether by frozen, you mean that the thumb gets stuck in a particular position like in trying to straighten the bent thumb. Also can you send me latest x rays of the involved hand so that I can see whether there is an associated arthrosis of the 1st cmc joint which is also very common. Most common cause of low back pain in younger generation is mechanical backache. Which arises due to ill posture, improper lifestyle combined with no workout or exercises. Few patients suffer from pathological backache. Which has causes other than mechanical. First step is to rule out any pathology and then move to improve lifestyle follow ergonomic lifestyle in office and home. Can be easily searched on internet. Hello this addiction cannot be cured in days but it will take months and full commitment from your side. 1. Make friends around your place and go for walk in evening/morning with them. 2. Make reading books a hobby 3. Take rest for 10 minutes after every 1 hour of your work 4. Meditate 5. Start doing yoga but all these things will need full time commitment best of luck.

With increase in age vata dosha is predominant in human body that is why with aging disease caused by vata dosha increases in body. Joint pain is a common symptom with many possible causes. That's not good to take pain killers from time to time. She will need some treatment to cure what she is suffering from and not painkiller whenever she gets pain. Her main treatment would be to address her pathology which is not clear because of lack of details.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Diabetes. Any way it may be tried, --.Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS. X 5days. --.Caldikind plus (from Mankind)1 tab OD x 5 days. --. Fomentation with warm water. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. -- .Do mild exercises for back, (Take help of a physiotherapist or visit www.drncgupta.com). Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (Contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Hello,you can take homeopathic medicines 1. Euphrasia 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days 2.Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *Not to touch or rub your eyes. *Keep your hands clean with regular washing and hand sanitizer.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

You need to strengthen the muscles around your ankle for which you can start with ankle movements with a weight cuff and proprioception and balance exercise.

I am a 47 yrs old female in menopause since the last two years. I have stopped gymming since the last three months. I have constant pain in my upper arms even though I stopped lifting weights. I am under treatment for fatty liver and high bp. Why is the pain not going even with painkillers/ I am prone to morning stiffness and wrist pain and have tennis elbow too. Also spondilityis in neck and baxck region. Please help with this upper arm pain. Its horrible. Everything else is under control with exercise amd bp tablet.

Can be solved through acupressure/ acupuncture easily. Try this for 3 days. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Eat nutritious food including green vegetables, dairy products fruits do regular exercise. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.
