Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

Hello lybrate-user, I feel you are in anxiety. No matter. You floow some suggestion and take some homoeopathic medicine you will be ok. 1. Avoid anxiety try to. Be happy. Avoid junk /spicy food. 2 take a glass of worm milk before going to bed at night. Take morning walk/ some meditation. Take green and seasonal fruits daily sa you like. Avoid /less use of smart phone. 3. Take homoeopathic medicine --- glonion 30 one drop 02 hourly. 4. Kali phos 6x 4 tablet 03 times in a day. 5.5. Nux vom 1m one drop before going to bed. 6 clean your foot or take bath before sleep. Medicine continue for one week and report.

Hello lybrate-user improve your diet, massage your scalp with two or three mixed oil well, apply very mild shampoo, apply curd pack mix with mustard oil, egg apply this for half hour before head bath.

It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.

Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas/ constipation or gastroenteritis you can take tablet pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis.

Ganja and tobacco, alcohol are basically intoxicants and slow poisons which damage not only body but also social, family and professional life. it is good to know that you have been able reduce 5 kg, congratulations, keep it up. What is current weight and bmi? ideal bmi is 23kg/ m2. No specific precautions are needed. Your diet should be properly designed to meet the exact need for the ideal body weight and level of exercise. Plus periodically you should keep checking tsh levels (once 6 months). Avoid soya and soya containing foods, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, mustard and coffee as these interfere with thyroxine activity. Use whole grain flour for making rotis, chapatis, consume more green vegetables and fruits. Reduce intake of deep fried & junk foods.

Sleep deprivation can cause headache and this will further aggravate your insomnia producing a vicious cycle. To break this cycle take over the counter available analgesics like paracetamol 650 mg three times a day. Get good sleep after headache is relieved. If problem persists consult again.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine asteris rubens 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics.

To keep your back healthy and strong:

Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — can increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Walking and swimming are good choices. Talk with your doctor about which activities are best for you.Build muscle strength and flexibility.Abdominal and back muscle exercises (core-strengthening exercises) help condition these muscles so that they work together like a natural corset for your back. Flexibility in your hips and upper legs aligns your pelvic bones to improve how your back feels. Your doctor or physical therapist can tell which exercises are right for you.Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain.

Use proper body mechanics:

Stand smart. Maintain a neutral pelvic position. If you must stand for long periods, place one foot on a low footstool to take some of the load off your lower back. Alternate feet. Good posture can reduce the stress on back muscles.Sit smart. Choose a seat with good lower back support, armrests and a swivel base. Consider placing a pillow or rolled towel in the small of your back to maintain its normal curve. Keep your knees and hips level. Change your position frequently, at least every half-hour.Lift smart. Avoid heavy lifting, if possible, but if you must lift something heavy, let your legs do the work. Keep your back straight — no twisting — and bend only at the knees. Hold the load close to your body. Find a lifting partner if the object is heavy or awkward.

Do regular exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.
