In simple words first you must know your pelvic muscles. You need to contract them. To identify pelvic muscles first time. When your passing urine in the mid stream try to hold it by contracting your muscles. Once you find tat. Repeat the procedure of contracting your pelvic muscles. Do it 3-4 times. Hold for 5 sec relax for 5 sec then hold repeat the procedure. Do it when your relaxed and not when the bladder is full.

In majority of the cases it does not cause any problem. Only on repeated ultrasonography if found causing some pressure effect then at some advanced center something can be done. Just get repeated Ultrasonography done.

I think I have premature ejaculation problem. Intercourse with my partner didn't last long. Within minutes I get ejaculation. Is there any way that I could last long the intercourse. I've tried last long condoms, taking break while intercourse, but nothing seems to work. Please advice.

Dear lybrate user, *avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *consume more fresh fruit juice. *practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *ice soothes the skin, particularly the affected area which can help your skin to become pimple-free. Applying ice on the skin will remove the oil and dirt trapped inside and reduces the redness and swelling. To get rid of an eruption, put an ice cube in a cloth and gently press it against the affected skin. Or one can also make it a routine to apply crushed ice or ice cubes to the skin in order to avoid pimples. *honey masks are quite a common acne treatment. Applying honey on the face works both as a preventive method and as a treatment for pimples. It is a natural antiseptic that soothes and heals the skin. The antioxidants present in honey can help in reducing the inflammation over the skin and making it pimple free. Apply some honey on your face for 15-30 minutes and then wash it off. Not only will it work against your acne problem but it also makes the skin smooth and supple.

Motivate him for gradually stopping it by reducing the frequency of cigarettes per day. He may take nicotine buffered chewing gums for few days as a substitute of smoking. Gradually he has to reduce these chewing gums & ultimately stop it. If needed take help of a psychiatrist for de-addiction.

Hi lybrate-user. Masturbation is normal and it does not cause ed. Teenagers who have just begun having erections have the most spontaneous erections and they also can have another erection immediately after a discharge of semen. This gap between two erections is called" refractory period" and this increases as age increases, and experience of sex increases. At masturbation though you are not having" sex with a partner" still the body perceives it as an act of sex, and hence the penis gets accustomed to your touch and feel. Excessive masturbation does not make anyone impotent. Sperms are being produced daily in a man's body. Masturbation is just a natural way to discharge the sperms, at arousal. Even animals are known to masturbate. So its very natural thing to do. As one keeps on mastruabting over years, the novelty of the masturbation and feelings is reduced, hence it does not cause instantaneous hard erection. But that does not mean it is a problem. Erection of every man goes on reducing as age advances. One does not need a rock hard erection to have sex. A firm erection is enough to have sex. So do not worry. May be when you will be with a real partner, your erection will be better. The gap between the erections can not be reduced as it is a naturally occurring thing. Learn to use your masturbation to prolong your ejaculation time. At masturbation, men can identify that point of time when even stoppage of the masturbation will not be able to prevent an ejaculation and he will release semen. This is the point of no return. If at masturbation, you squeeze the penis head between the tumb and finger, just before the" point of no return" then you will find that this squeeze of a minute or two willl prevent ejaculation. Your erection may be reduced a bit, but you can make it hard again and mastrubate again till that squeeze point and repeat that squeeze. At masturbation, use lubrication, and try this again and again till you can maintain your erection without ejaculation for a good 15 minutes. If you can do this you would have mastered the art of ejaculation control. You can use this technique to last longer and prevent early discharge, at masturbation or even when with partner. There is no need to take medicines for everything.

Radial requires skill and is less traumatic compared to femoral which too requires skill but it has been there for a lot more years, the side effects of femoral are 1) bleeding through a malor vessel, there fore the leg has to be kept at a higher level with head side low for at least 6 hours & post procedure care takes longer to heal though in both the vessels it is just a puncture caused by a thick needle to inject dye to reach the heart vessels. If one is sure about the cardiologist (some places do give exagerrated opinions about their doctors on call) get it through radial. Regarding other conditions like constipation, make sure that the system is clean & person takes adequate semisoild food as nourishment, no ga is reguired but there is slight risk of vomiting due to pain reflex.

For increasing your body size few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Red eye has many causes. You have to see if it is associated with blurring of vision, pain, discharge and other complaints. But commonly its allergic or infective in origin ie allergic or infective conjunctivitis. Which has simple treatment protocol. But still its wise to see an ophthalmologist for a thorough slit lamp examination to rule out other differentials for red eye.
