Hye. Thank you for your query. You can follow a few tips to reduce belly fat. Eat less sugar. Eat healthy fats like ghee, nuts, dairy. Avoid white carbs like white bread, maida, biscuits, polished white rice. Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. Manage stress. Increase intake of green leafy vegetables. Eat lean protein in each meal like dals, pulses, sprouts, curd. Have warm water early in the morning. Exercise at least thrice a week.

Hi, may is asthma awareness month. So hope u'd done your chest x ray n pft n spirometry. Ready with pumps. Sos. As your study time is imp. At age of 20yrs its gd that you can plan your pulmonary fitness with exercise /yoga. Ayurveda share there r vat/pitta/kaf variation according to your body constituents so it need to be checked by ayurveda Dr. Till then 3-4 hrs time should be in bet'n your dinner n retiring on bed. Avoid full stomach during each meals and any self medication. Day time sleep especially after post lunch, if you have such habit, transform it by having power nap before lunch. Surely I can ask you for basti ayurveda detox 15 days prior to your heading menses or virechan detox (after menses) followed by rasayan therapy will boost your lung n respiratory health. Agasti prash is kind of medicine like chavan prash have it in empty stomach in early morning for 5-7 days 3-5 tsf. N share the difference.

Urticaria also known as Hives is bothersome. Before the diagnosis of chronic hives, may I know if you had any test for thyroid or lupus? - Sometimes, hives are related to such health problems. In addition, there are certain medications, or foods (including food additives) which cause hives if in contact with them. Moreover, insects or parasitic infections cause chronic hives when they are not identified and correctly treated. You can test for such allergic factors (allergens) through allergic tests; and test for parasitic infections or other types through blood or stool exams.

I have a lot of nits in my hairs. It is because of contact with person who has lice in her head. These cause a lot of itching in my head. I have tried some home remedies like vaseline and listerine but it did not worked and also used lice removal shampoo. Please tell me how can I get rid of nits from my hairs.

Try using vinegar on the nits. They might dissolve. If you have lice then you might require anti line preparation like Perlice lotion once a week for 2 weeks.

How to prevent stretch marks? I can see new stretch marks even after taking care of skin by keeping hydrated, avoiding junk food and moisturizing its does not show any effect.

To prevent the stretch marks from getting worse, stop any additional weight gain. If you're purposely trying to build muscle mass, consider slowing your routine down so your skin has time to acclimate. If the weight gain is a result of increased fat, make an effort to maintain or lose weight.

If your menstrual cycle is delayed, definitely do get a urine for pregnancy test done. If you do not want to become pregnant do use contraceptives. The safe period is usually the first week of your cycle Nd the last but if the cycle is irregular, it is not necessarily safe so should not be used as contraception.
