Age of 46, weight 80 kg and the duration of 5 months all indicate towards diabetes. Please check the blood sugar level of your wife. It should be below 140 mg/dl in any case. (fasting blood sugar should be below 110). If it is higher, minimize the sweet content of her food to almost nil and then check the blood sugar again after 10 days. Try dieting and weight reduction exercise in the mean time. You may even approach a dietician. If the blood sugar is still higher after 10 days you better consult a doctor for medicinal treatment. If it is not high blood sugar then there might be a chronic infection. An ultrasonography of the kub region may also be required to exclude any bladder growth in that case.

SEMEN COLOUR, QUANTITY AND THICKNESS changes according to physical condition and sexual intercourse / masturbation timing and related mental and physical conditions. Therefore, don't think too much about the thickness or quantity of sperm. If you want to know the quality of sperm, get your sperm checked for that. Your head ache can be due to so many reasons such as indigestion, sleeplessness, cold or sinus, hot sun, excessive work, mental tension etc. Please try to identify and tell me reasons as you experience. This type of forgetfulness is not normal and is definitely stress induced. It is referred to as discounting: which is really a loss of awareness though we wrongly describe it as forgetting, for want of a better word. You are discounting almost like that of an aged person. You need to identify the stress and do some work with a counselor to sort it out. You may be aware of the stress but have not done anything substantial to deal with it and so the extent of discounting. It has to do with an emotion, normally. Are you sad, scared, or angry, and are you not expressing the same? There are other reasons for discounting but I will not go into that to avoid confusing you. If you are not able to relate to he emotional factor, let me know and we can explore the other contributing factors.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

To remain healthy and gain strength you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. Diet management is helpful for loosing weight. 1- you should take green tea 3-4 time / day. 2- take lukewarm water in early morning with lemon juice. 3- take heavy breakfast which is rich in mineral, vitamin, avoid fatty product like cheese, white bread. 4- take lunch litter than breakfast. 5- take dinner litter than lunch. Do not take dinner after 8 pm. Do some exercise like cardio (slow walking 30-45 min), yoga.

Part hair into sections and apply the oil (mixture) to each section until all your hair is covered properly and evenly. 4. Wrap your hair in a warm towel (you can also use a shower cap) and leave it for two to eight hours. You can also leave it over night. This will give the oil enough time to penetrate the follicles and hydrate your scalp and hair thoroughly. 5. Wash your hair as usual using shampoo and conditioner. Make sure you rinse all the oil out of your hair. How often should you use castor oil? This depends on your objective and type of hair. If your aim is to treat hair loss, you will need to do it at least twice weekly, but even better if you can do it three or four times per week for several weeks. For split ends and increased shine, you can use the oil as a conditioner once weekly. Be careful not to use too much of it (a pea-sized amount should do) or you can end up with an over-oily scalp. For best results use unrefined castor oil, as it contains more nutrients and healing properties.

Hi, you have the problem of chronic gastritis as per the symptoms that you have described, though is better to once diagnose the exact problem by taking a consultation of gastroenterolgist. If you already have diagnosis with you then kindly disclose it so that I can guide you more appropriately. Moreover whatever the final diagnosis may be as per your symptoms you will be always prescribed medicines like omeprazole and its similar compositions which may help you temporarily but will not cure, also long term gastritis may lead to deeper and serious complaints like gastric ulcer and similar which then takes longer time to get treated, it is better to intervene as early as possible. Homeopathy can help you to cure this problem permanently after proper case taking. Meanwhile you can make little lifestyle and dietary changes as follows: 1. Drink plenty of water, fruits and salads. 2. Avoid non-vegetarian food as much as possible and strict no to red meat. 3. Dont remain hungry for too long, keep taking frequent small meals rather that overloading your stomach after long gaps. 4. Dont drink cold water during and after meals as it slows down digestion process. Drink half to 1 glass of normal water during meals and after meals dont drink water for atleast 1 hour and still if you want you can take lukewarm water after meals. 5. Keep an interval of at least 2 hours between your dinner and retiring to bed. 6. Avoid excessive spicy, fried and fatty food. 7 do exercises like brisk morning walk or evening walk before dinner, if after dinner, then walk after 1-to 1.5 hours, do not walk immediately after meals.
