Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Then, mix one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). Stir it well and drink two times a day. Do this for one month.

take arshantak vati 1-1 twice a day with warm water...and take pranacharya pilescure capsule 1-1 twice a day...and abhayarishta 2-2 tsf twice a day..apply pranacharya pilescure ointment on piles....if stomach is not clear them take virechan churna 1 tsf in warm water before night...take fresh buttermilk early morning...avoid spicy food...junk food...fermented food....tea...coffee.....take slitz bath...

I tend to forget things easily. I have habit of keeping notes for all the things I have to do. Im just 18 years and I cannot memorize things easily. Even if I do. Its just for short period. Hello, all human beings sense priorities differently. Your mind might be occupied with thinking about other things that are more important to you at the moment. You could use smart phone apps or alarms to help you remind of an impending task. Technology is to suport you, make good use of it. Additonally you could practice mindfulness meditation that will help you relieve some of your anxiety and be more present in the here and now. Don't worry about mental illnesses. You don't have any illness, relax and reorganise your life. Everything will be fine. Good luck.

If foreplay involved putting the finger inside vagina then following. Once sperm comes into direct contact with air, it is dry and dead and cannot travel to fertilize an egg. Sperm cannot come back to life once it has dried on the hand, even if it get wet. Even if some live sperms went inside the vagina through finger, they will not be able to fertilize egg as number of sperms needed to be deposited in the vagina are in the millions, out of which only one or two reach ovum or egg. So it is impossible to get pregnant with fingering unless they were still moist at the time you put the finger inside vagina, in the intention to keep it moist. If you do not want to get pregnant, then take i-pill asap within 5 days of that act. As from the story I can not make out whether semen was still wet when he introduced a finger. If there was no insertion of finger with semen then you can not get pregnant. Menses can be missed by hormonal changes also.

Dear , you are just 14. You are in the process of learning life. Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Rosemary And Sage • Mix rosemary and sage in coconut oil or even coconut milk and apply it in the affected areas of your head. • Leave it there for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it off. • Repeat this process four times a day for a few weeks to get rid of bald patches. Egg • Apply beaten egg on your scalp at least two to three times a week to help in promoting hair growth. • It works even better when mixed with olive oil. Lemon And Pepper Cons • Take 8 to 10 pepper cons and seeds of seven to eight lemons and crush them together. • Use this powder directly or you can also add little water to make it smooth paste and then apply it on your bald areas twice a day. • Repeat for a few weeks and this remedy will help in improving blood circulation and stimulate hair growth.

Hello, there is no requirement to get it removed if there are no symptoms because of the fibroids. Asymptomatic fibroids can be lived with till the end of life. Regards.

Dear lybrate-user, *Avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *Consume more fresh fruit juice. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *To avoid having pimples it is not just necessary to keep your face oil free but your hair shall also not be oily. Leaving overnight oil on your hair can cause pimples as the hair touching your face will make your skin oily. Wash your hair regularly and don’t let them fall on your face. Also go easy on products like hair gels, fragrances and deodorants as they can clog up the skin pores leading to pimples. * Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. *Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. *Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin.

You can also try?
? Pushups. If you can?t do basic training-quality pushups at first, start with wall presses (essentially pushups done against the wall), aiming for 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions. When you?re ready, progress to knee push ups on the floor, making sure to keep your back straight while you slowly touch your nose to the ground. Once you?re ready to kick it up a notch, progress to traditional hand-and-toe push ups.
? Ab Work. After pushups, your abs are the next most critical sex-boosting body area, says Weil, director of the New York Obesity Research Center Weight Loss Program at St. Luke?s Roosevelt Hospital Center, and an exercise and fitness expert on WebMD?s message boards. ?After all, you have to use your abdominal muscles during sex.?
Weil suggests starting your ab workout with good old-fashioned crunches. Lie on your back, hands supporting your neck, knees bent and your feet on the floor, then bring your body up just enough to get your shoulders off the ground. Do 3-5 sets of 15-20 repetitions.
Experts also recommend doing bridges (lying on your back, knees bent, lift your hips up and down; 3 sets of 15 reps). Men can also try pelvic tilts (standing up or lying down, straighten your lower back and pull your belly button in until your lower back touches the wall or floor), while women can try Kegels (contract your pelvic muscles (the ones you?d use to stop the flow of urine); squeeze the muscles tight for 3 seconds, then relax for 3 seconds. Do 10-15 repetitions, three times a day).
? Deadlifts. This exercise will keep your back as strong as it can be, says Weil, and give your legs and torso a workout, too. Deadlifts, where you raise a weighted barbell or dumbbells from the ground, starting in a neutral bent-over position, is easy to do ? and easy to do wrong, so technique is important, according to the American Council on Exercise. Get some pro tips online or at your gym to be sure you?re getting the most out of doing deadlifts.
? Torso side bends and twists. And to get the most from this exercise, as well as the next one, head to the gym. The effort is worth it, because torso side bends and twists will keep your upper body strong, says Weil, and give you stamina. ?Do them on the cable crossover machine for maximum effect.?
? Pushing or pulling exercise in the gym. While you?re at the gym, rows, flyes and lateral raises will do a great job for your performance in the bedroom, says Weil. Remember to get a few quick tips from a pro on how to do these exercises most effectively.
