DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 2) sleep upto 10.30 pm 3) avoid coffee and tea…. 4) avoid use of any hair oil, soap…for 15-30 days… A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul with audumbaravleha…. C) take 2 tsf of FLAX SEEDS along with 2 tsf of jiggery and 2 tablets of LEELAVILAS RASA after meals…. D) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) two times in a week……E) take 3 tsf of SHATAVARI KALPA along with 250 ml of lukewarm milk early in the morning instead of breakfast…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

Hi I am 29 year old. I have pcos problem from last three month. Dr. prescribe me krimson 35. It make my period regular. But my period is only 2 days. And it create me so many problem like weight loss. Heart and that burn. And leg cramping. What should I do for this. On this my period is like doting in first day and 2 day it's come. Third day again doting. I am so much confuse did I continue this medicine or not.

Krimson is estrogen progesterone combined pills. One of the side effect of it is scanty period so don't worry pl take lots of liquids to avoid cramps. If you are not sexually active other problems are less likely if yes then check up with Gynec is a must

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 10 gm of jiggery after meals. B) take 2 tablets of vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with 1 tsf of honey…. C) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda)…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

This you may apply but change food habites. Add in your food, green vegitabales, salad calcium, vitamines, minirales, protrins, milk end milk products will help you.

She has cesarean delivery on 20/12/2015. After that she got period on 5/7/2016. But she missed period on 5/8/2016. So I checked pregnancy by urine kit. But his result was negative. Now what are the other possible reasons for not having period.

well after pregnancy it takes some time to resume periods..and may be you are breastfeeding so periods get delayed..so don't worry..periods will resume after 1-2 months..

Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months. you can take tab. bencid 500 mg once a day. tab. thyronorm 75mcg once in morning before meal.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It's possible you are not eating the right foods as per the body's needs. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Try to manage at least 6 calorie dense meals in a day. This is important to manage the high metabolism. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will be of no use if your diet is not fixed. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal before you even go for a supplement.

1. Bite firmly on the gauze pads covering each extraction site for atleast 30 min to help stop the bleeding.
2. Do not rinse vigorously, suck on straws, smoke, drink alcohol or brush teeth next to the extraction site for 48 hours.
3. Do not forget to take the medicines as prescribed by the doctor.
4. If possible chew on the opposite side of your extraction site. Drink lots of liquids and eat soft, nutritious foods. Strictly avoid hard, hot food & drinks for first 24 hours.
5. Avoid excessive mouth opening, yawning, spitting etc
6. If bleeding continues, call your dentist.

Firstly make sure that you sit in a correct posture while studying. You should not bend your neck too much during reading. Keep your back straight, sit on a table and chair and do not lean downwards. If in spite of maintaining proper posture the pain persist then you may seek homeopathic treatment online.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter! Do stretching exercises for arm to reduce fat deposition.

I have developed the habit of snoring very heavily in recent times what should I do.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.
