Hello, We all get exposed to the same environment, but all of us doesn't get affected by it! Why - because of different immune system. So, if a person has a strong immune system, we are protected from the attack of any virus or bacteria! A healthy, nutritious and balanced diet along with exercise will give you that. A healthy and strong immune system prevents us getting any diseases even a simple cough and cold. So, to build up a strong immunity, you need to alter few changes in your daily routine. If you don't have any underlying medical condition, you can follow the below points for healthy living. The diet plays an important role in making our immune system stronger: 1. Get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, dairy, eggs and vegetables. 2. Avoid saturated fats, but eat plenty of unsaturated fats. These" good fats" are found in corn, sesame, safflower, soybean, and cottonseed oils. 3. Eat limited amounts of carbohydrates. Consuming appropriate amounts of wheat, corn, and cereals helps to create the energy required for the body to produce white blood cells. 4. There are a number of particular foods that can help to boost-up your immunity. These include: Garlic, Almonds, Kale, Navy beans, Reishi mushrooms, Blueberries and raspberries, Yogurt, Green, Matcha, and Tulsi teas. 4. Eat antioxidants. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that help repair damaged cells in the body. Examples of antioxidants are Beta Carotene (apricots, broccoli, beets, spinach, green peppers, tomatoes, corn, and carrots), Vitamins C (berries, broccoli, nectarines, oranges, strawberries, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cauliflower) and E (broccoli, carrots, nuts, papaya, spinach, and sunflower seeds), Zinc (oysters, red meat, beans, nuts, and seafood), and Selenium. 5. Vitamin A is also an antioxidant, and helps your immune system to function more efficiently. In addition to supplements, you can get vitamin A from carrots, tomatoes, chilis, and squash. 6. Echinacea, ginseng, aloe vera, and green tea are all said to boost your white blood cell count. 7. Exercise regularly. Getting enough exercise improves your cardiovascular health, and greatly reduces the likelihood of certain chronic diseases. Exercise increases the flow of blood through different parts of the body, and it increases the body's excretion of harmful metabolites, helping your immune system function properly. So run, bike, swim, walk -- whatever gets you moving! 8. Stop smoking and Limit alcohol consumption. 9. You should drink 8 glasses of water every day. 10. Sufficient deep sleep also helps the cells replenish and regenerate and is therefore necessary if you want to maintain a healthy immune system. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alpha-WD/ twice daily for 1month.

Hello lybrate-user, use biotin based supplements. White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common. Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like thyroid or anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction or zero production of melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Lack of minerals like zinc, copper is one of the most underestimated yet one of the most analysed reason of grey hair. Turning already grey hair into black is not possible, but you can always control further greying of hair. A balanced diet is the most effective solution to control greying of hair. Include lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein rich sources of food in your diet. Load up on food items containing antioxidant and vitamin C like gooseberry, oranges, lemon etc. Try to stay stress free, limit your on-screen time, do exercises and yoga that will increase oxygen in your body and hair. Some cost effective hair care tips at home can also give you wonderful hair and prevent further greying - Give warm oil massage to your hair with different oils like sesame, olive oil, castor oil. Put protein rich hair packs made of egg. If you want to stay chemical free than you can try some natural conditioners like thyme, rosemary tea, chamomile tea or sage tea to rinse your hair post hair wash. Start a good hair regimen by selecting right shampoo and conditioners. A professional hair and scalp analysis to get right hair care products for you is worth than spending time and energy on wrong products. Make a visit to your nearest dermatologist soon to get head turning hair.

Don't rely on lonazep on longer run. You might require ssri s consult with a psychiatrist and take. Continue with cbt, hope the person giving cbt is well trained.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Hello- gym can increase your weight but has a negative effect on your height gain so if want to increase your height thn stop gym and start yoga and stretching exercises. >gym provides nutrition to the muscles hence results in weight gain, but for height you need to stress over bone nourishment and yogasanas.

•Please do the following: Put some coconut oil in a pan. Boil a few dried Indian gooseberry pieces (if you do not have dried amla then use amla powder) in the oil until they become charred. Let the oil cool. Apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Leave it on overnight, or at least for an hour, before rinsing it out. Do this at least once or twice a week.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. · Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. · Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. · Drink 3 liters of water in a day. · Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. · Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day. · Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. · Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.
