Do not use money on face cream. Buy food drink daily mixed fruit juice water 4-5 litres daily stop taking outside food. U will be ook in 3 months time. Then msg me if do not forget.

take avipattikara choorna powder, 1 tsf twice a day in half a glass of warm water before meals. Take hairtonz tabs, 2 tabs with bhringarajasava, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water after meals, twice a day. Take nellikai of SKM sidhha, 1 tsf twice a day empty stomach with a glass of warm water, twice a day. Stop tea, coffee, spicy food in your diet. Apply neelibhringadi oil on the scalp and hair roots, every alternate days. use only herbal shampoos to wash hairs. Continue the regime for two months. Good luck.

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. These are also helps in height increase. After 20, process of increasing height becomes slow. However healthy diets will help you. Do exercise & yoga. Esp. Tadashana, suryanamaskar, chakrasahana.

I am 23 years old male and have gastric problems. I am drinking 3-4 litres of water and I workout everyday. I eat only home cooked food (no fried foods, soda etc). Can milk be a reason for this? I drink milk twice a day. Is there any permanent solution?

Yes there is a permanent solution for this. Reduce water consumption drink a glass of water after each meal thereafte when ever you feel thirsty. Take nux vom 30 - once daily drink milk in morning not in evening. Continue treatment.

I am 25 old. I married 1.5 back. Last two days have light bleeding which is in pinkish and water color. But not. Like a normal period. My last period date is 24th March my period length is usually 3 or 4 days. Only second day I am experienced heavy flow. I have regular periods with 26 days.

Hello, If you had menses for 4 days with heavy flow on day 2, so its normal . The flow may however sometimes be less , often due to stress during the cycle, so relax.

What breakfast should be given to your kids before exams?

When you are studying for your finals, good nutrition slides down on the priority list. Eat smart during morning. The idea is to get some protein, calcium, fibre etc. A bowl of cereal with milk and a piece of fruit would do the trick. The best food is banana, blueberries etc for your brain as they are the powerful antioxidants and contain natural sugar which offers clear energy.
You can add scrambled eggs, spinach, bell peppers, brocolli to your meal. The darker the color, the higher the concentration of nutrients.

How much is tea or coffee adivised?

Coffee/tea contains caffeine which is a stimulant. Too much caffeine can interfere in calcium absorption and affects the proper growth. In addition adding cream or sugar can leads to weight gain and cavities. Few sips is no big deal. In children who consume caffein may have some negative cardiovascular and neurological effects like anxiety, insomnia, mood swings, hyperactivity, poor appetite. As caffein is an addictive and addiction in any age is bad especially in childhood. Still if you want to take tea or coffee then I say not more than 150 mg (2 cups) to avoid negative side effects. 

What should kids eat during the preparation to avoid sleep and laziness? 

They shouls eat smaller 5-6 meals in a day rather than going for heavy breakfast, lunch, dinner to avoid sleep and laziness. They should eat smarter to maintain physical and mental energy necessary to study well. Eg iron rich food - meat, cereal, spinach.
Vitamin rich food like whole grain, wheat germ, eggs, nuts etc
Fish and soya are tge brain boosters
Smart snacking can enhance studying. It not only balance the nutrient levels but also keep blood sugar level stable. Eg a small baked potato or sweet potato, a banana etc 
Last but not the least, you have to stay hydrated, as discussed caffein should be kept to a minimum. Better choices include water, fruit juices, milk, antioxidant rich green tea etc.
