Hello, due to wrong feeding habit like irregular hours of eating improper food, excess of fatty acid n starches food drink grapes, pear, plum, tomato, cucumber, carrot spinach home made juice 1/2 times apply neem sandal face wash and anti aging moisturizer (bhargava pharma) steam on face 3 times a week 1 tsp triphala churan at night with semi hot water cap neem guard 1 cap in morning abf report after 1 month stay healthy.

Hye, thanks for the query. Just medicines cannot give health. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

I m 24 years old male nd how I increase my stamina for the running. My police physical is going on February. Whenever I run but after few minutes I'm not able to run coz of stamina so pls give me some excellent guide.

increase your daily running gradually and take protein diet, green vegetable diet, dal, paneer, cheese, fruits, eggs etc, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, take cap autrin 1 cap od , 1 hr walk daily, it will help you,thanks.

Yes. Thanks for health questions need not to worry eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily eat balanced diet and more protein rich diet avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any give your waste time in reading books, playing etc avoid day time sleep take sound sleep at night for 8-9 hours avoid fast food and restaurants food take less oily and less spicy food practice morning and evening walk necessary practice yogas and pranayamas daily practice vajarasan padmasan shavasan more go for ayurvedic medicines that gives excellent results in such cases go sleep 2 hours after dinner drink plenty of water avoid sexual movies, film, reading etc

I feel very empty and depressed and directionless!just dont know what is right or wrong ,i just dnt want to wake up or do anything and i always have a sickening feeling inside like i am gross and i sick

You are certainly depressed and it is probably from being very angry. If you think that you cannot do anything with the anger (which incidentally is not true, but you believe so), then you will tend to turn the anger inwards toward yourself and blame yourself, and start to beat yourself black and blue. Anger, being energy, and when turned around will stifle your natural energy to make you feel lethargic and listless. Can you identify with the anger? If so, express it to someone, preferably to a counselor. Once this anger comes out, it will seem like a heavy weight has been lifted off of your back and your mood will return to normal. In the meantime, follow some simple guidelines: don?t sleep late or during daytime hours, exercise vigorously every day, eat proper food, go out and socialize, expose yourself in the sunlight for at least 30 minutes every day, be active and constructive, and if you?re spiritual, do spend time in some prayer too.
