Yes it is possible. Homeopathic treatment is best for it. Do regular yoga and pranayam and take healthy diet regular and avoid strees.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

I have test by blood in a lab and they reported that my lymphocyte level is low than normal. It only is 14% rather than normal value of 20-40%.and ESR is 40 mm/hr rather than 0-20 mm/hr. Now what to do? Whatafe the precautions and medicine I have to take to back my lymphocyte and esr to normal. Help please I am currently having boils for more than 2 months continuously one after another.

I have a lot of pain in my lower back. As I study generally 8 hrs a day, so that it pains alot. I also do yoga (for back pain only) in the morning and walking too. Sometimes pain increase upto the extent that I have to put moov or volini. Please help me with proper treatment. Hoping for proper and prompt response.

Firstly avoid yoga and all exercise ok then posture correction must. Use soft pillow for back support and tk break between long sitting. Do physiotherapy treatment for 5 days after relief start stretching exercise. Keep straight your legs between long sitting.

Know More About Anxiety!

Anxiety is a psychological and physiological state categorized by somatic, emotional, cognitive, and behavioural components. The basic meaning of the word anxiety is 'to vex or trouble'. Anxiety is a feeling of uneasiness, nervousness, or fright. The foundation of this uneasiness is not always known or recognized, which can add to the suffering you feel.

  Symptoms :

Symptoms of anxiety disorders are often chronic, and include difficulty in concentrating, high irritability, tense muscles, disturbed sleep, and trouble overcoming worries.

Treatment :

If no physical illness is found, you may be referred to a psychiatrist or psychologist, mental health professionals who are specially trained to diagnose and treat mental illnesses. Treatment for anxiety most often includes a combination of medicine and cognitive-behavioural therapy.

One should use, apply Ayurvedic Massage Oils such as Hibril Oil

  • Appliance of Paste of Ayurvedic Herbs (Tagara, Vacha, Rakta-chandan and Nilotapala-these four herbs mixed with luke warm Ghee).Take ayurvedic medicines internally, such as,
  • Ashwagandha which is one of the most effective ayurvedic resource
  • Vacha (Acorus calamus),
  • Jyotishmati (Celestrus paniculatas),
  • Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis),
  • Tagara( Valeriana jatamansi),
  • Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi),
  • Brahmi (Centella asiatica),
  • Haritaki ( Terminalia chebula) etc.
  • In addition, relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing and biofeedback, may help to control the muscle tension that often accompanies anxiety.

I have pain 2 to 3 inches above and below knee and back side of knee. It feels like muscular pain. Muscles get tired on climbing stairs but get better after 10 seconds of climbing. Is the related to muscle, ligaments or nerves? Which specialist shall I consult? My age is 33 years.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold). Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

According to your height you should have 60 kg.To reduce belly fat just follow these rules...Avoid sugar,sweetened juice fast foods junk foods,processed foods.Eat small amount of food.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Eat more whole fruits,watery vegetables.Eat unrefined foods.Take more protein to reduce fat.Use healthy fat in cooking.Avoid smoking.Take nuts,seeds.Do regular exercise like push ups,sit ups,plank.
