Drink 3-4 litres of water daily, it will help in long run. If required take tab meftal spas after eating something and 1 tab pan 40 empty stomach daily for 15 days. You are welocme for further queries. If needed get ultrasound of whole abdomen done and come back with report. Thank you

Those who are breast feeding have unpredictable menstrual cycles. One only has to use such family planning method which is least likely to fail, otherwise every time one has to think of possibility of pregnancy.

Try these 10 tips for your better digestive health: eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It's possible you are not eating the right foods as per the body's needs. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Try to manage at least 6 calorie dense meals in a day. This is important to manage the high metabolism. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will be of no use if your diet is not fixed. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal before you even go for a supplement.

Supplements and medicines work in isolation with diet. To have muscular body you have to be careful about food food choices & protien intake. Include good sources of protein in your diet such ad low fat milk & milk products, soy & sprouts, lean meat, eggs, pulses along with supplements to achieve desirable goals.

Hello, First Quit the smoking because it can affect you in future. It may Damage your gums and other muscles later. To clean your teeth start brushing twice a day, also use a good mouthwash, and visit a dentist soon for scaling of teeth.

For pimples -- apply some apple cider vinegar: directions for use: wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry.

Hi, Sometimes, milky secretion fromm the nipples is seen in some unmarried and non-pregnant ladies due to harmonal imbalance or severe stress. Please check your serum prolactin levels and get an U/S scan of the breasts done to rule out any pathology. Consult a breast specialist for further management.

Hi, pregnancy precum can cause a pregnancy but for that there has to be penetration also. So as long as there is no penetration, pregnancy is not possible with genital rubbing. Relax and good luck.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. C) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days. This formulation is effective. 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.
