In case of itching in ears, do not put any ear budh or any other share object, oil or any other unprescribed medicines. Just have warm saying gargles/Steam inhalation. If there is no improvement, consult ENT specialist doctor.

I am now 70 years old having snoring problem since many years. I sleep well but the sound is nuisance to others. Please suggest cure.

Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.

1.Do betadine gargle 2-3 times daily 2.Avoid drinking cold water, have luke warm water, tea, coffee, hot soup 3.Take throat lozenges, 4.Give voice rest 5..Avoid smoking 6.If no relief you have to take antibiotic 7.Consult doctor /me for further advice

For weight loss few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Dizziness may occur during breastfeeding period due to the high energy demand for breast milk production. Breast feeding mothers should increase their calorie and fluid intake can take glucose rich drinks or food if they feel dizzy during or after breastfeeding. A full blood count (FBC) should be done to look for anaemia. Iron, calcium and multivitamin supplements should be continued during breastfeeding.

Everyday once I get up I get continues sneezing. Sometime its immediately once I come out after taking shower. Is it kind of any allergy or anything else. Once it's contentious I have to press both m nostrils n it takes time for recovery. What is to be done. It is recently I have developed with this problem.
