I am 16 years old and I am sing song I was no stammering but I am talk any other person that time I am stammer so what can I do self therapy.

You are right. Normally we don't stammer when we sing or say a poem or even if we act like some one or imitate some body. As you are conscious about how or the way you speak not what you are speaking. Go to a experienced speech therapist.

When I speak in front of audience I stammer, but when I personally converse with people I speak fluently. Is it due to fear of audience that exists inside me? I even read the newspaper loudly everyday. Will that help me solve my problem?

Reading the newspaper loudly does help with the stammering but not with regard public speaking and its fears. This is the number one fear of all people. Even the most successful speakers admit to this problem. In fact the first 90 seconds are most frightening. The heart beat races to doubles the normal: 144 times a minute. So you are advised to prepare a good opening sentence to launch you off to a good start. The fear is generally centered around rejection: am I good enough? Will people like me? Will people know more than me? Etc. A host of self-conscious comparisons that only make you feel inferior. When the whole world is in the same boat, take heart and learn some basic techniques to overcome this stage fright. Join a Toastmasters club in your town and develop your public speaking skills and experience. Also remember some little rules: look for some pleasant face in the audience, look over the audience, prepare yourself well, talk simply, understand that you can only talk on what you know not on some grand made-up design of yours, there are always others who are better than you, pray before you speak, and so on. Focus on the three areas of public speaking according to their importance: Presentation and appearance (20%), audience (30%), and content (50%). You probably have fear from childhood that has not been resolved and is tending to find an outlet in your mouth to make it stammer. You could meet with a counselor to settle this matter. There are a lot more points but space constraints do not permit me to be more elaborate.

For becoming a famous singer, avoid foods which are not too salty, oily, pungent or bitter. Best and safest food for singing is strict vegetarian diet and to take fruits in day time and cow's milk in night time about three hours after dinner.

Dear sir, My brother's daughter who is aged of 7+ years not able to speak. She speaks Only few words like amma, baba etc. She will be always irritated. Please suggest us for any hospital for better treatment. Went to many hospitals with no use. They just gives some syrups and tablets We were so happy when she born because she is the first baby girl in our family (joint family with 19 people) after 100 years. Whenever anybody tries to talk or go near to her, she will start crying. We are all thinking about her all the time. Please understand and suggest a doctor or treatment or hospital. Yes, do not delay as early therapy - Speech therapy is important but first it has to be seen if it is just expressive language problem or a pervasive developmental disorder or a hearing problem. A child like this also needs 2 -3 hours of patient one on one interaction with the mother or father who can - 1. Speak short phrases with the child- will have to learn these tips from someone. Instead of getting the child what they want, show two things and ask if they want this or that- If the child attempts to say the name of the object, give it. However do not frustrate the child. The parent will need to learn these from a trained therapist. 2. Model- Eg on a Slide- Say SSSSlide. Or while pushing the swing - say Push. Bury objects in sand and as you dig them out, name them. Use single words or short phrases. Eg Mom is cooking. Or Mom is eating. Yum. Break words into shorter ones- eg toffee - to Taw and Fee. Talk about the child- eg Karan wants the red car. Etc.
