The best remedy I can recommend you is as follows Boil 1 teaspoonful of garlic paste in 1 glassful of milk for 15-20 minutes on low flame. Have this preparation once in a day. Take 2 dried dates, 2 almonds, 2 pistachio and ¼ teaspoonful of quince seeds with a glassful of milk at bedtime. Have 1 teaspoonful each of licorice root powder, honey and purified butter twice a day with a glassful of milk. Causes Obstruction of the normal flow of sperm due to such conditions as testicular trauma and vasectomy. Scarring due to surgery on the male reproductive system or from infection and sexually transmitted diseases. Decrease in sperm production due to such conditions as Varicoceles (Varicose veins around the testes), hormonal disorders, diseases of the testicles, and obesity. Tress, smoking, drug or alcohol use, some medications, exposure to some toxins, malnutrition and being underweight. Some sexually transmitted diseases, such as Chlamydia and Gonorrhea This remedy will be helpful.

I have missed my period from 6 days bt I tested 2 days b4 at home n it was negative result Do I pregnant? Also m feeling lil pain in lower abdomen n in lower bck n also got lilbit wyt discharge. You can repeat chack after 3-5 more days or blood test now serum HCG- Beta .For pregnancy remember- Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water, wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. As per the protein supplement is concered Firstly, You should focus on dietary sources instead of taking an supplement, if you are not able to fulfill your daily protein requirement through diet then you can go for 2 scoop protinex powder in 250 ml milk. When you take whey protein, it is itself selfsufficient and now no other supplements are required after this. For muscle building, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Hello by the symptoms it seems you don't enjoy the course you are pursuing. If a person feels burden then he does not enjoy the work and feels tired and lethargic. Don't know your height, but it seems you are underweight. You should do 30-45 min strength training exercises, along with a balanced healthy diet and increased protein intake either naturally or in the form of protein shakes after consulting.

Hello, Here are some tips to help you get rid of your problem: It is good to avoid fried, sour and protein rich foods in the last week of the menstrual cycle. Eat fish as it contains omega-3 fatty acids, which helps in easing contractions during menstruation Avoid eating dairy products, meat and poultry Maintain healthy and nutritious diet and perform yoga to help you stay away from problems If you are suffering from anemia, you should take food rich in iron Avoid vegetables like potato, eggplant, yellow pumpkin and try to concentrate on consuming drumsticks, papaya, white pumpkin, snake guard, cucumber and bitter guard When you experience pain, you can help reduce the pain by giving the area hot treatment. Drinking plenty of water and herbal tea also helps reduce pain and problems faced during menstrual periods. You can also perform yoga and some cardiovascular exercises that will help you get rid of these cramps. Last but not the least; take as much rest as possible. This will help you keep your menstruation under control. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Mag. Phos. 6x/ 5 tablets to be dissolved in ½ cup of water after every 2 hrly. till the pain lasts.
