Hi I am 20 years old boy. I want to grow my height? So what types of food or types of exercise will make me taller?

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
Hi I am 20 years old boy. I want to grow my height? So what types of food or types of exercise will make me taller?
Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

I'm almost 17 years old but still I'm very short I've tried doing all sorts of excises but still didn't work.
Hi, along with stretching exercises you need to follow a good diet in accordance for your height gain. You have to include foods that are rich in both calcium and protein like Whole milk, paneer, green leafy vegetables, lean meat, skin out chicken, egg, sprouts, oats, fish, quinoa, bajra, jowar along with stretching exercises that help you to increase your height in a healthy way. Hydrate yourself all the time and avoid oily and fat foods as they interfere with the absorption of calcium.

I am loosing my hairs and tried all shampoos but no effect is there any solution of it.
Hi, stress, eating habits, applying synthetic products rather than using herbal products may affect your hairs, try applying herbal oils at night and wash away in morning using herbal shampoo or low ph shampoo. Correct your eating habits avoid spicy, oily food.

Hello doctor am 25 years old. I have been married since two years and now we are getting ready for the family planing, so for that we had made a pre-conceptional visit with our doctor and she had checked my BP and had given few tests like Hb, Thyroid profile, FBS/PPBS and Rubella Ag Test. So the other test results were normal except the Bp (132/88 for the first visit and 130/92 for the second visit) & Rubella Ag Test that gave a non reactive result within a range of 9.30 and advised me to take the vaccination (R-Vac) on my second day of the menstrual cycle and reminded me to Not to get pregnant within 1 month. For the HT my doctor suggested me to meet a physician so for that I met a consultant physician so he checked my BP and it was normal. But for clearance of vaccination I asked him about the rubella ag test so he advised me that after getting the vaccination, I should Not get pregnant for minimum 6 months, since its a live attenuated vaccine so it may take time. So Doctor my question is how long should I not plan for the pregnancy after vaccination? Is it 6 months or 1 month? Is there any specific date for the vaccination as mentioned above (the second day of menstrual cycle)? Or any time?
