Function of shampoo is to clean the scalp. Oil helps to nourish the scalp and it gives conditioning effect to the scalp. Hair roots are situated inside the scalp and it gets nutrition through blood. Food rich in minerals, protein and iron is good for hair.

mai bahut din (15 year) Kabj patient hu please salah dijiye pet saf karane ka.
1.Cap Pan-L once daily before breakfast. 2.Syrup Sorbiline 2 TSF twice daily before meals. 3.Syrup Duphalac 15 ml at night . 4.Tab Dulcoflex 2 tabs at Night ( only if needed once in a while - For 1-2 days , than Stop). 5. Plenty of water. 6. Plenty of salads. 7. Avoid oily , fried food.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday. After this if your weight remain same. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile.

yes its not only for drinking alcohol but also irregular food habit and eating fast food and more eating fats. u need to take a balanced diet. do exercise properly. eat more vegetables,and fruits. eat complex carbohydrate. avoid sweets and fast foods. stop irregular food habit. drink 4 ltr water.

Do exercise 1-3 hours after meal when blood sugar level are on higher side and less chances of hypoglycaemia.
Avoid exercise if blood sugar more than 250 mg
If over weight and diabetics,then consult doctor first before taking any fitness regimen/go far stress test.
Carry sugar tab.With you.
Carry a card showing you are diabetic and what medicine and your contact add.
You are more likely to have hypoglycaemia if on insulin

1.Wash your hands frequently and try not to touch your face too often.

2.Keep your hair from falling on the face or forehead.

3.Avoid the use of make-up; try to let the pores breathe.

4.Don’t squeeze or pinch the pimples as the membrane gets ruptured and causes the sebum and bacteria spread.

5.Don’t wash your face more than twice because the more we wash the sebaceous glands become more active and produce more sebum.

Hello, since you are already taking medicines for hairfall, it is better that you do not use any medicated hair oil for your hair. You can use regular coconut oil for your dry hair. You can apply the coconut oil by heating it a bit and apply it when still warm. Massage gently on your scalp. Leave it over night and wash it with the prescribed shampoo the next day.

In this disease ( RA) pain and stiffness start in small joints such as in hands (fingers) feet, and wrist joint . These methods are helpful you in • Take half teaspoon of haldi in one glass milk daily .This will reduce inflammation of your joints . • Take 100 gm jaggery ( gur) and 30 gm of dry ginger powder mix it and make 5 gm tablets and take a tablet daily with water in morning after meal. • If you have pain in joint massage it with lukewarm oil daily . • Move your joint daily and do some muscle streching exercise .this will reduce stiffness in your joints. • Avoid junk food and eat healthy food such as green leafy vegetables and fruits daily .

This question is about a behavioural issue - procrastination. Anything I have to do that will take time and thought I procrastinate. The very easy ones that does not need a thought, I do fast and quick. Basically I don't plan for anything at all and wait for the last moment to take actions. Due to this of late I have been missing on some personal and organizational deadlines which makes me think that procrastination is now baked into my character. Could you advise how can I go about getting courage to do planning and finish off the tough tasks at the earliest time possible?

Procrastination is like one of those bad habits that needs to be broken. It affects ones confidence levels thus making a person doubt his/her ability at times. Please be assured that it can be overcome with a little bit of planning. If you're supposed to finish certain tasks during a day, start with simple tasks and if a task is complex, break the tasks into smaller steps. Encourage yourself to achieve each small step instead of looking at the big task. The satisfaction that you will experience after completion of each step will push you to achieve the next step. If you follow this consistently for a few weeks, you'll notice that your tendency to procrastinate will reduce a good deal.

Have acne spots on my face. Using aziderm20%. But effect is not that evident. Marks still persisting. What to do and all the acne's leave behind spots even though I dont manipulate them at all.

For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. Yes. You can reduce your weight by doing treadmill if you are following a proper diet. But shaping tummy, you have to go for tummy exercises along with treadmill and good diet.
