What is binswanger's disease? Somebody I know is having it. Been told that it is not alzheimer. So then what is it? Person looks like having dementia like symptoms. We are at loss. Should we also consult a psychiatrist here?

I am 62 plus. About 12 years back I had a road accident in which there was no serious external injury but I had a flat fall on the road and at that time felt that my spine was fractured because I was not even able to breath properly. After helped by bystanders, gathered courage and with very great difficulty drove back to my home which was 23 kms. After overdose of pain killers, hot fomentation and analgesic massage, I recovered within 3 days and was back on normal routine work. But after that I developed trembling in my hands, when I am under pressure or even a slight tension or anxiety. Gradually it increased and now at times when I am in hurry to do something or to go some where or have even a little pressure apart from hands I feel mild shiver in my whole body and in such situation I feel difficulty in putting my signatures properly. But I drive car without any difficulty even under tremendous pressure when my whole body appears to be not under my conrol. I use to brisk walk for about 5 kms and sprint running for about 500 mts and also some breathing exercise. I am not diabetic. However little hypertensive. No other pathology. Am I developing parkinson? is it curable or otherwise?
I am 23 year old actually my hand are vibrating I had done thyroid test and all the result are normal what should I do? Also if someone scold at me or getting pressure my hand are get vibrate please give me solution?
I am suffering from migraine everyday. I'm a 20 year old female, I'm student and work as a waitress part time. So, I started with a headache on the 18th January this year, took painkillers but didn't touch it.
I am 46 years old male. My weight is 91 kgs and my height is 5ft 11 inches. Over the past 16 years I have suffered from hyperacidity (heartburn) and sleep apnea (snoring). But somebody suggested me to have antacid pills like pantocid. I started taking them since 2004 until 5-6 years back when I limited them to 1-2 tabs a week because of my knee problem. In due course I took to a habbit of 4-5 sachets of rajnigandha sadha paan masaala per day as a stimulant to stay alert during the day. And lately replaced (about 1.5 yrs now) it with sweety pan supaari (15-20 sachets a day). Though having supaari has brought tremendous relief to acidity (now I only take pantocid a tab a week) and also snoring but ever since made urinate quite often during the night. Whenever I try to sleep (even during the day) I get a full bladder feeling frequently and get a disturbed or no sleep (virtually) because of it. I have got my blood sugar checked 2-3 times but they were normal. Sometimes I sweat during the sleep for initial hours. I have a low heamoglobin count 8-10 (varying depending upon the efforts to grow them back). I also have the high tri-glycerides level but my good-bad cholestrol ratio is under control. I try to have omega3 capsules (amway) 2 times a week to counter the cholestrol. I am a regular weekend (fri-sun) alcohol drinker (90 to 150 mls during the drinking day). Currently worried about my sleepless nights due to irritating urine bouts. I got a ultrsound done in feb 14 to check if I have any enlarged prostate but it came out to be -ve with all vital organs working fine. Please suggest what to do.
My Father is 62 years old. He is having numbness in his feet from the past few days. Blood and other tests were normal though deficiency in Vitamin B12. The doctor has given Vitamin B12 injection on Thursday and today but the problem persists. Should we consult a neurologist?
