Hi gargle thrice a day with salt added warm water. Take some hot beverages, it will come down usually. It will just be probably a viral infection. If it does not come down in 2-3 days, symptomatic treatment will be needed,

Soak the fenugreek seeds in water overnight and grind it in the next morning to fine paste. Apply this fenugreek seed paste to hair and leave it for 30 minutes. Rinse off the hair. Follow it for month to see best results.

Hi sir I'm 26 and suddenly from one month consistently my bp is above normal sometimes the diastolic varies from 90-99 and the systolic varies from 120-140. I'm taking 2-3 cloves of garlic everyday but the bp continues to worry me. I've also changed my eating habits too. I'm unable to sleep till 5 am and getting up at 1 pm. I'm feeling difficulty in breathing too. Suggest me some useful remedies to get rid of this problem.

This problem is due to not having proper sleep. Avoid oily, spicy foods, take proper diet on proper timing, use coconut oil massage to both soles & head for early sleep take 1 glass of warm water before sleep, take seasonable fruits.

I (29 yrs old, female) initially had pain occasionally in my left foot, which followed only after a lot of walking or carrying the kid for long. When I consulted the doctor, he said that I have a kind of flat foot. He adviced me to have tendocare- once daily for 3 weeks. After I had the medicine for 5 days, the pain increased so much so that I am barely being able to walk properly now. Curving my left foot's thumb towards the body, makes me feel a sensation that is close to a pricking nail (at the point the foot has an arch). The pain is continous (even when I am not walking), getting unbearable & disturbing. Please suggest urgently.

Dear lybrate user, cholesterol is naturally produced inside the body of every living animal. Human beings are no exception to that. But when we take mutton, chicken, yellow part of a boiled egg, ghee, butter etc we intake cholesterol from external source. This extra cholesterol from external sources increase the total cholesterol content of human body. You should always keep your cholesterol level within normal limits as high cholesterol serves as a precursor to various cardiac diseases. Avoid the aforesaid food. Walk at least 1 hour in a day without any interval. Also you can take homoeopathic mother tincture fucus vesiculosus q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. You have to avoid omlete, any other preparation of egg which is made from the yolk of the egg. The yolk of the egg is a rich source of cholesterol. However you can take the white part of the boiled egg as it is devoid of cholesterol.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples & marks: ��� Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. ��� Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. ��� Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. ��� Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. ��� Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. ��� Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. ��� Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Hi lybrate-user, have you got your blood tests and ultrasound lower abdomen done. If yes then either visit a gynaecologist. They will put you on a medicine so your pcos is taken care of along with your regularity of menses (periods).

some families have cholesterol. others have high cholesterol due to wrong eating habits by taking more fats. you can reduce by taking less of bad fats like street food , packed foods but do take a spoon of good fats like pure ghee/butter and a katori of assorted nuts to give you good fats and proteins. drink fresh lemon juice plus spoon of honey with warm water everyday on empty stomach. you can have lemon juice during the day also. apple cider vinegar does reduce cholesterol. dilute it with water or juice. some people claim that pomegranate juice or fruit does help reduce cholesterol.other fruits with fiber also absorb cholesterol and reduce it. no juices -real or synthetic. eat fresh and natural. try all of the above as none has any side effects but do not take medicines to lower cholesterol.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs & hips - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya company 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.
