Backache is a common ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. Any way take IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKIND PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do ask for detailed treatment plan..Don’t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.

It may be due to disc buldge at l4-l5 level, causing sciatica (rediating pain in legs from lower back). Start physiotherapy. Treatment includes tens, us, and hot pack at lower back. Also some exercises according to your reports. You can send me your reports or just explain your symptoms for correct exercise plan for your problem. first of all u r talking of hand fingers or foot. It can be rheumatoid arthritis or gout. For that u have to consult near by physiotherapist asap. stiffness in back is due to muscle weakness of back. For that also u have to consult good physiotherapist. pillow is necessary for your cervical posture. Don't avoid pillow, but it should not b very thick. Thank you.
