Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

For first 48 hours of injury do ice massage, for minimum movement of foot you can use crape bandage & tie it firmly, do not put pressure or body weight on your injured foot. After 48 hours do hot fomentation & isotonic exercises gradually move towards the isometric, partial weight and then to full weight bearing position. Don't do exercises if your foot have pain, swelling or discoloration of your foot. In that case consult orthopedic.

First alwyas do warm up before running in order to prevent the muscular injuries use knee cap while walking and running, do some knee mobility exercise before walking, jogging or running apply ice pack over the affected knee after running.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

FROZEN SHOULDER:

Most frozen shoulder treatment involves controlling shoulder pain and preserving as much range of motion in the shoulder as possible.
Medications

Over-the-counter pain relievers, such as aspirin and ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others), can help reduce pain and inflammation associated with frozen shoulder. In some cases, your doctor may prescribe stronger pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Therapy
A physical therapist can teach you range-of-motion exercises to help recover as much mobility in your shoulder as possible. Your commitment to doing these exercises is important to optimize recovery of your mobility.
Surgical and other procedures

Most frozen shoulders get better on their own within 12 to 18 months. For persistent symptoms, your doctor may suggest:

Steroid injections. Injecting corticosteroids into your shoulder joint may help decrease pain and improve shoulder mobility, especially in the early stages of the process.
Joint distension. Injecting sterile water into the joint capsule can help stretch the tissue and make it easier to move the joint.
Shoulder manipulation. In this procedure, you receive a general anesthetic, so you'll be unconscious and feel no pain. Then the doctor moves your shoulder joint in different directions, to help loosen the tightened tissue.
Surgery. Surgery for frozen shoulder is rare, but if nothing else has helped, your doctor may recommend surgery to remove scar tissue and adhesions from inside your shoulder joint. Doctors usually perform this surgery with lighted, tubular instruments inserted through small incisions around your joint (arthroscopically).

Ankle stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation. Knee core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. I am a 69 years old man suffering from joint pains. Specially lower back lumber is bothering one. About 20 years back I was advised surgery of spine since my MRI scan had shown abnormality at L 3 -4-5. After very ten or fifteen yards I had to rest for a while and move again. I refused surgery since doctors did not guarantee 100% recovery . I tried every alternate treatment available including physiotherapy many a times. All these years I did feel discomfort but could manage my life reasonably well. I do fallow many do's and don'ts advised by orthopedic doctors. Lately it's not only my lumber but knee, and shoulder have also been bothering me . Climbing steps to even 2nd floor I am not comfortable . I even get breathless . About a month back it appeared 20 years back situation is going to bother me again but some how of its own it improved and it's much better now. Please advise. I am a retired man with a meager source of income. Please NOTE I am with a solitary kidney. I did take medicine for gaout and BP for some time. Now I ain't taking any medicine. My BP reading normally is found to be around 90/140. God bless you.

Surgery should be the final resort only after all the other non invasive treatments have failed. I hope that the physiotherapy treatment that you have taken included exercise for back extensor strengthening, postural correction and use of braces. Due to the solo kidney working out and age factor the stress on the kidney to retain calcium and other minerals is doubled. Your blood pressure too is of concern. A fresh healthy vegetarian diet to compensate for the allopathy medicine and for your kidney along with isometric exercises for all the joints should manage the situation well for you.
