Dear, when you drink coffee it makes your brain alert and increase your blood pressure and heart rate. You feel energetic after drinking it. So this will help you in doing more workout. But if you are suffering from high bp, monitor your bp first before drinking coffee during workout.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no shortcut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests

In football game there is twisting movement on knee jt that puts strain on ligaments which may become painfull. So better take rest for sometime, do hot fomentation and some mild analgesic. If not relieved get mri done to find out the cause.

Dear lybrate user, *do not take more stress. *practice yoga, breathing exercise, meditation to relax and detoxification. *do proper sleep of 6-7 hours. * add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. *apply and massage your scalp with mahabringaraj taila for 10-15 minutes/day, it increases blood circulation and enhance hair growth. *avoid hair colors. * take vitamin-e rich foods like dry fruits (almonds, pista etc) daily. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day. *avoid more salt, dry, maida related junk foods. *avoid more coffee, tea, alcohol, smoking.

Home remedy for chronic constipation n flatulence- bel's pulp (bilva, aegle marmelos)- 100 gm sonf - 100 gm isabgol - 100 gm cardamom (small) - 100 gm mix all well with sugar (300 gm)- store this granulated powder well. Consume 10 gm in morning before breakfast with lukewarm water. Repeat 10 gm at night after meals with lukewarm water.

Hi for health of skin you should take it from both internally an d externally also 1. Boiled rice in milk and the apply it on face and rub it for 10 min. Do this procedure at morning 2. Apply almond oil on face at night and do massage for 5 min you can apply oil all over the body that why your whole body get heath avoid=junk food, milkshek, besan, bekary food.

This is obsessive thinking and you need psychiatric treatment. First try these depression control steps. Natural Depression Treatments Being depressed can make you feel helpless. But Along with therapy and sometimes medication, there's a lot you can do on your own to fight back. Changing your behaviour – your physical work, lifestyle, and even your way of thinking -- are all natural depression treatments .these tips can help you feel better -- starting right now. 1. Get in a routine. If you’re depressed, you need a routine depression can strip away the structure from your life. One day melts into the next. Setting a gentle daily schedule can help you get back on track. 2. When you're depressed, you may feel like you can't accomplish anything. That makes you feel worse about yourself. To push back, set daily goals for yourself. "Start very small,” "Make your goal something that you can succeed at, like doing the dishes every other day. As you start to feel better, you can add more challenging daily goals. 3. Exercise- It temporarily boosts feel-good chemicals called endorphins. It may also have long-term benefits for people. Regular exercise seems to encourage the brain to rewire itself in positive ways. How much exercise do you need? You don’t need to run marathons to get a benefit. Just walking a few times a week can help. 4. Eat healthy. There is no magic / special; diet that corrects depression. It's a good idea to watch what you eat, though. If depression tends to make you overeat, getting in control of your eating will help you feel better. Staying involved and having daily responsibilities can work as a natural depression treatment. They ground you and give you a sense of accomplishment. If you're not up to full-time school or work, that’s fine. Think about part-time. If that seems like too much, consider volunteer work. 7. Challenge negative thoughts. In your fight against depression, a lot of the work is mental -- changing how you think. When you're depressed, you leap to the worst possible conclusions. You might feel like no one likes you, but is there real evidence for that? You might feel like the most worthless person on the planet, but is that really likely? Try to have fun. If you’re depressed, make time for things you enjoy. What if nothing seems fun anymore? "That's just a symptom of depression, You have to keep trying anyway. As strange as it might sound, you have to work at having fun. Plan things you used to enjoy, even if they feel like a chore. Keep going to the movies. Keep going out with friends for dinner. When you're depressed, you can lose the knack for enjoying life, you have to relearn how to do it. In time, fun things really will feel fun again.

Jaundice, also referred to as icterus, is the yellow staining of the skin and sclerae (the whites of the eyes) by abnormally high blood levels of the bile pigment, bilirubin. The yellowing extends to other tissues and body fluids and also may turn the urine dark.Symptoms of H1N1 swine flu are like regular flu symptoms and include fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, body aches, headache, chills, and fatigue. Many people with swine flu have had diarrhea and vomiting.

Do regular exercise. For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals.

Hi If your height is 1.5748 meters (5' 2"), then your ideal body can be up to 57 kgs. With 62 kgs, your BMI is 25 kgs/M2, (normal <23 kgs/M2). It means you are over weight by 5 kgs. Earlier the weight was less than normal. Hypothyroidism does lead to weight gain, particularly if TSH level is not maintained between 3 to 4 mU/L. Plus if one does not exercise regularly and adhere to diet restriction. Since, there is no mention about current TSH level, it is difficult give any suggestion. Thanks.

Calcaneal spur is very common heel pain complain that I am observing in my daily practice. And do understand how stabbing pain is. Please follow some precautions and treatment plan to get rid of it. If possible please visit any nearby physio and start taking our physio modalities like ust, laser and faradism which has very good results in such pain. In the meantime please follow the precautions and care at home to decrease pain level. 1) give rest to your foot. 2) avoid bare foot walking. 3) avoid heel walking which normally people do when get up early in morning. 4) wear proper arch support shoes which should have heel cups or cushion to the heel in order to reduce direct pressure. 5) avoid prolong standing. 6) avoid standing while putting direct pressure on foot like one leg standing, jumping etc. 7) take healthy diet to keep you fit. 8) drink plenty of water in a day. Care at home: one of the best result in calcaneal spur is because of contrast bath and ultrasonic therapy. At home you can take hot and cold fermentation apply ice for 3 min and then hot for 2 min. There is very good result of both applications together. After 3 days of taking contrast therapy you can make the ice and hot ratio as 1: 1 mean one min cold and then one min hot. Start with hot pack and ends with cold. Take it for 15-18 min thrice a day for early recovery. Please make sure it should not be too hot or too cold. 2) slightly massage using your 2 fingers over the painful area. 3) exercises like toe dorsi/plantar flexion, calf stretching, place a rubber ball under your foot and roll that slightly which strengthen your plantar fasica. If pain is very severe then wear plantar fascia strap/band while walking. For any doubts please contact. Regards.

Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Follow these tips to lightens and remove black marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.
