The location of the knee pain can vary depending on which structure is involved. With infection, the whole knee might be swollen and painful, while a torn meniscus or fracture of a bone gives symptoms only in one specific location. The severity of the pain can vary, from a minor ache to a severe and disabling pain. Some of the other findings that accompany knee pain are difficulty walking due to instability of the knee, limping due to discomfort, locking of the knee (unable to bend the knee) so I would like to suggest you to please consult a doctor personally, & get the pain diagnosed to help you to get proper treatment. There is a specific line of treatment in ayurvedic panchkarma & these are practically effective. We have successfully treated many cases of joint pain with the holistic approach of ayurveda & panchkarma.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I have severe pain in right side of my neck from past 6 months. Severeness of pain increase and decrease with the time but it never vanishes. Today it's on peak I can't even move, sit or sleep. This pain moves toward my right arm from the neck. Please suggest something to cure it.

The most common reasons your feet might be hurting after a day of walking are swelling, cramps, and blisters. And there's nothing unusual about some foot pain after standing on your feet for an extended amount of time. If you don't walk regularly and one day you decide to go on a 5-mile walk through the woods, odds are you're going to experience some foot pain later that day. If you're asking" why do my feet hurt in the morning, it might mean you're body isn't quite use to the amount of exercise. But the more you walk, the easier it will feel on your feet. Hi Satish I will not suggest any medicine for this as of now. Hot fomentations will be sufficient for you. Try the following Take warm water in a bucket or tub and add two spoons of common salt into it; sit on a stool or chair and dip your feet in that water and pour the same water on your calf muscles with a mug. Do this for fifteen minutes and twice a day and let me know in one week. I will suggest medicine if you are not better.

Hi lybrate-user. Knee pain can be caused by a sudden injury, an overuse injury, or by an underlying condition, such as arthritis. Treatment will vary depending on the cause. Symptoms of knee injury can include pain, swelling, and stiffness. Treatment:- treatments will vary, depending upon what exactly is causing your knee pain. Medications:- 1. Tab nucart oa-1 tab twice a day after food. 2. Cap k 101-1 tab twice a day after food. 3. Mahanarayana taila+myovedic oil-mix both thw ois together and apply daily before bath 4. Dasanga lepa-take 1tsp of this powde n mix with hot watern make a paste and leave it for 2-3 hrs daily. For 15 day pnachakarma therapy:- janu basti along with pata pinda sweda for 7sittings will helps a lot. Tips:- 1. Stay slim 2. Strengthening exercises particularly of the quadriceps (straight leg raises and leg extensions are two excellent exercises.

Is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use this no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Painful feet! What an absolute curse that is! Especially as it is not exactly an easy part of one’s anatomy to rest, not unless you are adept at walking around on your hands!

Metatarsalgia literally means pain in the ‘metatarsals’, which are your toes and the long bones of your forefoot. The pain occurs after periods of weight bearing, whether running, walking or even standing. The pain can be very intense and burning in nature, and occurs across the top of your foot at the base of your toes, and only really ceases when you take the weight off your feet.

Tips for SORE FEET
- Look at your footwear. Have your shoes collapsed at the sides, thereby reducing their support? If so treat yourself to a new pair!

- Do you wear high heels for most of the day? Try wearing lower heels and also go bare-foot in the evenings to give your feet a break!

- Try to exercise your feet by drawing your toes towards your heel and therefore raising the supportive arches of your feet.

- Stretch out your calf muscle; a tight calf can radically influence the performance of your feet and also lower leg.

- Also strengthen your calf by rising up and down on your tiptoes.

- Gently massage the tender tissues of your foot.

- Apply ice to the area if hot and swollen.

- If all else fails, seek advice from a physiotherapist.

Quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hye, Thanks for the query. The anabolic steroids abused by many are synthetic versions of testosterone, a male hormone. Both men and women naturally produce testosterone. But like all hormones -- which regulate the body's most basic functions -- throwing one's testosterone out of balance can have wide-ranging consequences. Anabolic steroids have many side effects because testosterone, which they mimic, has many effects in the body. The long list if side effects from anabolic steroids include: Shrinking of testicles, breast enlargement (gynecomastia), low sperm count, increased hair growth, deeper voice and reduced breast size in women, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, high cholesterol, rage, violence and aggression. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Requires detailed examination & investigations. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid, vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful. Use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1 tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that the patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that patient is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

Hello, your problem is may be due to following reasons- 1. Overweight, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, 5. Arthritis etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9.
