Diet For Better Heart Health

BHMS
Homeopath
Ask Free Question
A proper diet is very essential to ensure heart health.
Eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Vegetable soups and salads are a good way to include vegetables in your diet. When you feel the urge to snack, choose a piece of fruit or sticks of broccoli, radish, and carrots. A dessert of stewed fruits is also delicious but nutritious. Add chopped fruits in your yogurt.
Cut down on fats. Saturated fats are the enemies of the heart. Stay away from fried stuff, especially deep fried foods. Switch to fat-free or fewer fats methods. Bake, roast, grill, boil, steam or poach.
Use a non-stick pan for frying and use a healthy oil like olive oil. If the food is too dry, add moisture by adding a little fresh lemon juice which will also help to enhance the flavor.
Change over to low fat foods. Switch over to skimmed milk instead of whole milk. Go for low-fat yogurts, cheeses, and spreads.
Avoid red meat which has a higher fat content. Switch to skinless chicken. Fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are good fat. Try and include fish in your diet, once or twice a week.
Include plenty of fiber in your diet. Fiber helps in reducing cholesterol.
Reduce your consumption of sugar. Cakes, cookies and candies which contain too many calories lead to obesity. This increases your chances of heart disease.
Cut down your consumption of alcohol.

Is heart related diseases are hereditary?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

Ask Free Question
Though the allopathic school of medicine suggests that one can inherit certain predisposing factors to heart disease, like high blood cholestrol, high blood pressure, diabetes etc. According to homoeopathic school of medicine, we have three miasms, psora, syphilis and sycosis. Just like in ayurveda they have vatt, pitt and kuff. These miasms are (in homeopathy) a supposed predisposition to a particular disease, either inherited or acquired. These are the natural true diseases which when left to themselves, or due to improper treatment, go on to increase, growing worse and torment the patient to the end of his life. So are the heart related diseases.

Hello. I am Rajat. I am 19 years old. My height is 5" 1' I want to be a Mixed Martial Fighter and I train really hard for that. I want to ask 2 things. Firstly, is it safe to train like a beast. I workout like a beast. I mostly do calisthenics like push-ups, pull-ups, squads, etc. On extreme level. Will it do some damage to my body, especially in long term? I do it in very high intensity but with proper technique. Second, I want to increase my height. Will such workout affect my height negatively? Will this reduce my scope of increasing height? Please suggest me something. I am really very serious about it. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Overweight problems are always related to high blood pressure and anxiety. Anxiety is one of the most distressing emotions because of the co related physiology is so severe - heart pounding, stomach churning, shaking, dizziness and variety of other symptoms give you further cause to worry. The physical symptoms of anxiety play a great part in this over estimation of threat perception, as they are seen themselves as significant indicators that something is seriously wrong.
