I am 30 year old male. I have problem in urination. I go for urination in each half hr. My bladder is not completely empty after urination, my test report show 194 ml urine left in my bladder after urination and uroflometry test show 8 ml/sec. What I do right now.

Dear obviously you have obstruction in your urinary tract. One has to find out where. It could be phimosis, meatal stenosis, urethral stricture or bladder neck obstruction. Cysto-urethroscopy is next logical step and if the diagnosis is confirmed then suitable surgery could be done or even medication in some cases.

Whenever there is non functioning of many glomerulus in both the kidney than only creatine rises to above 8 and damage to these glomerulus is irreversible and hence if we want to save patients life we should go for dialysis as early as possible and not to waste time before any other body complications sets in and side by side also plan for a kidney transplant
