Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it. Typhoid = its a infectious disease which is effect intestine jaundice= it effect liver.

My sister aged 35 years blood pressure 140-160/90-110 (no medicine )no other medical condition recently having frequent urination and foamy urine. Urine for micro albumin and creatinine ratio shows. URINE FOR MICRO ALBUMIN :128 mg/l. URINE FOR CREATININE: 62 MG/dl. URINE MICRO albumin 206. 45 mg/gm of creatinine.

Get ultrasound kub done to know if you have other stone in kidney. Sometimes small stone pass spontaneously through urine. Nothing to worry.

Take plenty of water- 4-5 litres, get urine routine and microscopy checked n if persistent then antibiotics may be required.

Respected lybrate-user hi it's anal fissure. Avoid to get hard stools avoid all oily spicy, nonveg. Have more liquids green leafy veg fiber content fruits curd for better digestion. Apply xylocaine (5) jelly over anal region after passing stool & sitz bath (sitting in leuk warm water filled tub for 10-10 min mor & eve) tab esgipyrin mor & eve after meals for 5 days. Liquid cremaffin plus 3 teaspoonful at night if stool is hard for 5 days. Consult if problem later on thanks regards.

Dear if you are getting recurrent uti then one has to find out underlying cause which may be inadequate dosage, inadequate duration of treatment diabetes, outlet obstruction, stone etc. If you do not detect the under lying cause then what ever you do may not help.
