For muslces building a hight protein diet is advisable... you should eat more pulses... and green vegetables... And also you can take Protein Powder... as a drink... Avoid fatty food and sugar and salt to minimum...

I am not getting weight though I regularly take my diet and do exercises but my weight did not put on as much as I want.
If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength. Best of luck!

U r suffering frm apthouse ulcers many reasons can cause dis type ulcers dehydration, stress, poor oral hygiene, iron deficiency, bacterial infection, vitamin deficiency and gastric problem and many others take more and more water, live sterss free avoid late night work, take good sleep, keep mouth and teeth clean, go for professtional cleansing of teeth if needfull, if not relieved by dis activity take good multivitamin after consulting a dentist, if req go for hb% examination and take care of gastric problem if.

Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hi. Pigmentation on face can be because of hormonal changes, sunlight, allergy to makeup or local skin problem like acne. In general treatment wud be to find the cause of your pigmentation and treat the cause. In your case one needs to treat acne. Use of sunscreens and oral antioxidants very necessary along with a cream to lighten the spots.

Vata kapha and pitta are described very elaborately in ayurveda texts which you may explore and find whether there is unequal balance, pranayam practice and some basic ayurveda combos when adopted for some time tries to reduce imbalance. However perfect balance is rarely found due to modern day living, food and environment.

It may be due to loss of nutrients to hair, water change etc. Or due to hereditary, if it is due to loss of nutrients or water change, or application chemical shampoos etc we can cure easily it is not a big problem consult a homeopathy doctor.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Mr. Lybrate-user, it appears the dosage of insulin is not adequate, needs to be uptitrated. This can be done by first targeting fasting sugar level and later pp sugar level. Night time insulin dose can be increased by 2 to 4 units every 3 rd day based on fasting glucose level till target level is achieved, through a system of self monitoring and getting info from your doctor on insulin dose, till a trget level (120 mg fasting) is reached. I do not understand the reason for starting dionil now, because it is not suitable in old age as it can precipitate severe hypoglycemia. Dionil or glimepiride push pancreas beta cells to produce insulin, but if there is no reserve of beta cells then these drugs have no action at all.

How can I gain my weight without any work out or medicine. Now I'm 19 but my weight is 45. How I gain my weight.
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in weight gaining, shaping body, fitness, maintaining stamina etc. The consumption nutritious diets along with herbal supplements are more effective in weight gain. Mental determination and attitude is also important. In cases of weak digestion, poor appetite and poor absorption, weight is not increasing, requires dietetic changes and herbal preparations to correct appetite and digestion, the treatment may be for 3-4 months.

Smoking is generally not good for health as a whole. But as far as your pain is concerned, it can be mechanical pain due to faulty posture maintained for prolonged duration everyday. If you r using computer, or you r in a sitting job, for long hours, you can get back pain and elbow pain. Visit a physiotherapist personally to get yourself thoroughly examined, then only proper solution can be advised.

your BP is fairly close to normal, if however you r feeling light headed the consider drinking plenty of water and fruit juices.
