Start by considering these 10 anger management tips. 1. Think before you speak In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything — and allow others involved in the situation to do the same. 2. Once you're calm, express your anger As soon as you're thinking clearly, express your frustration in an assertive but nonconfrontational way. State your concerns and needs clearly and directly, without hurting others or trying to control them. 3. Get some exercise Physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities. 4. Take a timeout Timeouts aren't just for kids. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. A few moments of quiet time might help you feel better prepared to handle what's ahead without getting irritated or angry. 5. Identify possible solutions Instead of focusing on what made you mad, work on resolving the issue at hand. Does your child's messy room drive you crazy? Close the door. Is your partner late for dinner every night? Schedule meals later in the evening — or agree to eat on your own a few times a week. Remind yourself that anger won't fix anything and might only make it worse. 6. Stick with'I' statements To avoid criticizing or placing blame — which might only increase tension — use" I" statements to describe the problem. Be respectful and specific. For example, say" I'm upset that you left the table without offering to help with the dishes, instead of" You never do any housework. 7. Don't hold a grudge Forgiveness is a powerful tool. If you allow anger and other negative feelings to crowd out positive feelings, you might find yourself swallowed up by your own bitterness or sense of injustice. But if you can forgive someone who angered you, you might both learn from the situation. It's unrealistic to expect everyone to behave exactly as you want at all times. 8. Use humour to release tension Lightening up can help diffuse tension. Use humor to help you face what's making you angry and, possibly, any unrealistic expectations you have for how things should go. Avoid sarcasm, though — it can hurt feelings and make things worse.

Hello sir , First of all I tell you my previous exprience I got molloscum contragiscum on mg pennies I consult the doctor and he remove all pimple on my pennies and he write 3 test 1.) HIV ELISE test and I got 0.46 negative in december end I thik 30st dec. 2.) TPHA test also same result non reactive 3.) I think not sure infection test to find the grad of virus but also same result. My problem is that I do unprotected sex in May starting and I got pimple I think october middle and november starting and also I do unprotected sex in november 2014. And come on present day. I suffering rash and aching on my body december end and not small rash it bigg rashes and I got again two pimple on my pennies thay look like mollocscum contagiscumanf my immune system is also weak so it is possible hiv is play the role tell me in detail I am in depression totally and please sir snd me your number for I consult you but in delhi. please some body tell I safe and I am not come under hiv.

molluscum contagiosum is a skin infection cause d by a virus called molluscum contagioepsum virus produces benign raised lesions or bumps on the upper layer of the skin they disappear on their own and rarely leave dpscar when they are left untreated, but the bumps can last from two months to four years. the MC is spread by direct contact with the lesion of an infected person by contact with a contaminated objects such as towelbor piece of clothing. Zthe virus can be more difficult to treat if have a weakened immune system .have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection.

Hello, your bmi 40 eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (see list). Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly.

I'm 29 yes old working women 9-6 in PC when I going home my stamina is nill I felt tired ness in my complete body.

Dear, as you work on computer for more than 6 hours, so you have to take these pecautions for increasing stamina and make yourself active in your life. * first while working on pc, make your sitting posture correct. The screen of pc should be on the same level of your eyes. If the level is not same you get tired early and it effects your working stamina. So change your chair and level it for long time work. * make your back and neck straight during work. Do not bend more the neck and back. * if you have to work all time on pc then take a break of atleast 5-10 minutes after 2 hours. The eyes need to rest after continous work. Just close your eyes then take 8-10 long breaths while eyes closed. You can put wet cloth on eyes for 2 minute on that time to make yourself more active. * proper level of energy requires proper diet so do not skip your breakfast or lunch. Eat deit on time and take complete balanced food. Do not go for fast food in lunch or breakfast. * after working hour first take meditation for 10-15 minute at home by listening soft music or taking a walk in calm and green area. *after work, give less time to television or mobile as it will make your eyes more tired. *it a lot of green vegetable and colored food for normal eye power. These vegetables have high level of carotene which is very important for eyes.

Hye, thanks for the query. Usually in hyperthyroidism your metabolism is much more than normal and hence your nutrient needs are very high. When your eating habits are poor or not enough it can cause drastic weight loss. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

When I was in mid 16 I used to be really fat around 80 kgs with height 5.5 from kid I used to have really bushy hair. Now I'm 18 n from past 1 n half years I lost 22 kgs of my weight with crash diet .work outs n I weigh around 57 nw in the mid time I was left only with 1/3 of my hair I used to have. Even little baldness can be seen in the front part. This bad hair fall started after losing 20 kgs and hair used to shed like crazy nearly 500 strands per day. I even thought if I had some disease. But gone through body check up n proven healthy. Will this hair grow back? Hw much time will it take for it to be back in form. Is there any hope for me? :(

I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet One supplement name Nutrilite fibre can be start after personal consultation, this has shown wonderful result in constipation Consult Physician/me for further Management

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Don't eat large amount of food at one time. Eat small amount of food in 2 to 3 hrs of interval. Don't drink cold water or large amount of water just after the food this will cause indigestion. Try to take food 2 to 3 hrs before sleeping at night. Avoid junk food, spicy and oily food. Exercise regularly. Eat fibrous food like salads and vegetables.

Your problem could be due to hyperacidity. Follow the advice given below 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9.Consult me for further advice

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. These exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

I recently consulted a doctor on my hair fall and skin problem. I have white patches on my skin - for which he suggested me a cream - loprolif (0 - 0.03%) at night and I was asked to undergo a blood check, for my hair fall issue. Based on the results he suggested me the following medications 1 - ketoff lotion 2- hydrvita shampoo 3- aferite 4- es bio he asked me to continue the course for a month, he also suggested Mr. Not to use any aothe hair oil during this span- in the sence no hair oil at all. How far will this work, am I right on my medications? please suggest. Thank you.

Leucoderma, also known as vitiligo, is a rare skin disease characterized by white spots and patches. The white patch or spot is called as leucoderma and when it occurs without any preceding disease it is called Vitiligo .The actual cause is still unknown .One thing you should keep in mind that it is not a dangerous or contagious skin disease. There's no known way to prevent or cure the condition. But you can improve the appearance of affected skin with cosmetics and corticosteroid creams. Your doctor can also try re-pigmenting the white skin using UV light therapy or lightening the skin in unaffected areas, or a skin graft. A home remedy with the help of Babchi and Tamarind seeds can be used for vitiligo ,In 1: 1 proportion. Steep these seeds in water for three to four days. Shell and dry them in shade. Make it into a paste and apply on the white patches.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. Dear Lybrate user,• Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. *You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from whitening. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colors or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.*Avoid more salt, spicy, dry, maida related foods, Avoid more tea, coffee. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise.*Consume gooseberries daily in empty stomach.

The toothache you are suffering from may be due to a variety of causes, the most common being: 1. Tooth decay 2. Tooth fracture 3. A damaged filling 4. Infected gums the most common cause is a long-standing cavity or tooth decay, which usually requires a root canal treatment (rct). The same treatment applies to a tooth fracture as well. In case of a damaged filling, there may be two possibilities: either the filling can be removed and replaced with a new one after applying a soothing base material; or if the damaged filling is placed deep near the nerves of the tooth, it may require an rct. Infected gums usually are treated with deep cleaning/scaling after which there is permanent relief from pain. Send across images of your aching tooth/teeth, and looking at them will help me be in a better position to solve your problem. I will also be able to check the order/alignment of your teeth.
