Recently I've been sleeping for 5-6 hours a day. Due to dis till evening I have severe headache. Is there any solution to this? Bcoz I've heard of people who work for 16-18 hrs a day without getting ill. How do they do it?

Body and mind need rest for recovery and repair of routine wear and tear. And sleep is the means of giving time to body and mind to heal and be ready for work. So take proper 6-8 hrs sound sleep at night. Results of work / study will be much better.

I have some spots on my face, I dont exactly what r they but my mom says when I was kid I had (kanjanya in marathi) dont know its english word and I had scratched them with my nails and due to it they r there on my face. I consulted doctor he said 3 laser treatment will be needed which will cost 8000 per/spot. So is it real? Are laser treatment that much costly? Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

From past two years after shifting to bhubaneswar I'm having very intense hair fall and its not stopping at all and day by day I can see bald patches also .and I have lots of dandruff also which forms a white layer on my scalp .so my first question is that if I will clean my scalp with laser and become bald will my hairs will stop falling till I'm bald and second question is that if I will apply lemon and onion juice daily will my hairfall will stop and will there any chances of regrowth? please read my question and provide relevant and effective answer.

According to your height you should have 78 kg.To increase weight you should do exercise like push ups,weight lifting and other muscle building exercise to gain weight.These will also help to build muscle.Eat extra amount of food more frequently.Add ghee,butter,cheese,Jam,jelly honey with foods extra.Take dense fruits,vegetables in extra.Use refined foods with unrefined foods.Eat protein more to Gain weight.Take more nuts,seeds Use healthy fats more in cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Take weight gainer nutritional supplements.Take proper rest.

Which is the best face wash for dry skin? I hav a pimple free skin. Which one should I use?

Face wash for dry skins are not advisable. You should use face cleansers which contains milk and glycerin to wipe your face twice. Neutrogena, lakme and loreal has some good face cleansers.
