In this age this is due to. Hormonal changes. A. Wash your face gently three four times a day. B. Do not squeeze pimples because then often leads to infection. C. Use a moisturiser to keep your skin from drying out. D. Tea tree oil, which kills the bacteria. E. Do not take unhealthy food. F. Use baking soda powder on your face at night daily for one week for half an hour after that wash your face with luke warm water.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine wiesbaden 30 (5 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. Dear , follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *• Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water .

Excess sleep can be from sugar not controlled well. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Drastic diet plans will make you only look lethargic and undernourished. The weight loss indian diet should contain foods that will boost the metabolic rate of the body and at the same time add less calories. Some of the weight loss indian foods that can be included in a diet plan are given below 1. Brown rice most of the indians use white rice as their staple diet and it is rich in carbohydrate. Brown rice has more nutritional value and has a lower glycemic index than the white rice. Brown rice has more fiber and makes you feel fuller even when you eat less quantity. 2. Cucumbers there are different varieties of cucumbers available in india which is excellent for weight reduction diet. They are rich in water content and have very low calorie in them. They help to fill your stomach without adding extra calories in the diet. 3. Garlic garlic should be included in any weight loss diet as they reduce the appetite. It also reduces the cholesterol in the body and helps to maintain blood sugar level. They are very effective in preventing cardiovascular diseases and cancer. 4. Whole grains whole grains are rich in fiber and have low fat. Whole grains contain protein, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and phytochemicals which are needed for maintaining good health. 5. Nuts and seeds nuts like peanuts and almonds and seeds like pumpkin seeds and flax seeds help to reduce bad cholesterol and improve the level of good cholesterol. They are rich in omega three fatty acids. 6. Fish if you are a non-vegetarian, you can include fish in your diet 2-3 days a week. They are excellent sources of protein and omega 3 fatty acids. To achieve weight reduction, avoid the use of fried fish. Sardines, anchovies, tuna, mackerel etc are the best choices. 7. Low- calorie fruits and vegetables apart from the above items you can also use various low-calorie vegetables and fruits in the indian diet to lose weight. Vegetables such as bell peppers, cabbage, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes have very low calories. Low-calorie fruits for weight loss include lemons, grapes, apple, pears, oranges, plums, strawberries, watermelon, etc. 8. Healthy spices spices also contribute to weight reduction to a certain extent. You can include cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds, ginger, mustard seeds, turmeric and black pepper in various food preparations for weight loss.
