I am unable to control my impatience, anger and anxiety, as a result I make the life of people around me difficult. I do not think my expectations are unrealistic. It's just that I do not tolerate chalta-hai attitude. People feel that I go into minute details. But then quality comes with details. Maybe I'm failing to carry people with me.

You probably are a high achiever, and do not like and perhaps cannot even tolerate people who are lackadaisical. While that is a good thing for you, people are all born and bred differently. A good leader is the one who can tap into each one?s capability and get the best out of them, not the best you want, necessarily. So it depends on the kind of people you have, and the ideal technique would be to bring the best of each individual, within their capacity. Impatience, anger and anxiety have never brought about harmony in work situations to produce the best. You must love your people and with love much more can be achieved. When you over-detail, you lose the larger picture. That is where you may be getting caught up with the minor steps, at the cost of the end result. There has to be a discrete blend between the process and the result. You cannot be stuck in one end or the other. You last statement is quite revealing and a very honest assessment: you have got to carry people with you. I think it is in Howard University that you are greeted with a huge banner that reads something like this: ?The bottom line of any organization is its people? In people, it is through good relationships. If you build good relations while getting work done, everyone will go home satiated and the work will get done excellently: details and large picture too. You seem to be the common factor, where the problem probably lies. If you don't believe me, then have an open discussion with the workforce and find answers. You may even discuss my response, to stimulate some openness.

Hi Lybrate user Do some productive work. Make a list of your thoughts and try to identify the causes of your stress, and make some effort to manage it on a healthy way. Express your feelings with a close family member or friend, this is one of the healthy way to relieve stress. Spend some time with your hobby. Deep breathing, muscle relaxation, yoga can also very helpful for you. Try to maintain a healthy lifestyle like eat healthy, get enough sleep. Stress is our part of life, it would not disappear from our life, but buy paying attention to what causes your stress and practicing ways to relax you can counter some of the bad effects of stress and increase your ability to cope with challenges. Do some activities you love to do, like painting, cooking, listening music. Thanks.

I swallowing more than normal if feel like something at upper part of throat which force m to swallow and I also feel sometimes like a needle is press in finger where I got scratch from dog. These all thing I feel since 9-10 months. I was taken rabies vaccine from that time I got throat problem. And also vaccine I have taken after 45 day of scratch. Is all these are symptoms of rabies. As accident duration is more than a year. Is any chance of rabies.

It is not due to the rabies and it can not be like that, so forget about this, it seems to be allergic condition or more likely it could be due to hyperacidity and these two need to be differentiated and treated accordingly

Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply it to the pimples before going to bed. You can also mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the pimples overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water.

Use tavaksh face wash. Apply d acne cream on pimples. Keep ur face clean. Eat simple and light food. Take 1 tab neem twice a day with water.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time . 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

Hello, I have gone through the query and understand your concern, If she has overt hyothyroidism with TSH >10 mU/L then there is a possibility of infertility. But if hypothyroidism is well controlled with TSH well within recommended range, then there will be no problem. But before planning for conception TSH should be maintained around 2 mU/L. To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth.

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. While you are on norethisterone, you won't get periods. Periods will take place once you stop the drug.

Take high protein and high calories diet. Take whole pulses, egg,lean meat, paneer,soya milk, sprouts.take plenty of fruits. Take milk nd milk products. Take curd 2 times in a day. Do stretching exercise.
