If headache of migraine starts then what should I do for instant relief from that Headache? It's so hard to bear that pain.
I was diagnosed with hydrocephalus. Post operation and having a shunt added, I recovered. I drank alcohol, about a pint. And have been suffering with the uneasiness and lack of awareness, alertness, as it was before I got operated. Instead of emailing, texting, watching tv, or playing video games, try listening to a book on tape, a podcast, or reading by a soft light.
