Hello, That is probably gastric origin due sedentary lifestyle. Avoid gastric food .Avoid water at least half hour after meal .Do walking and pranayam.

What is the treatment for migraine.

I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals. Fasting increases the risk of migraines Avoid foods that trigger migraines kindly consult Physician for further management

1.Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack 2.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3.Check your BP 4. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation,exposure to loud noise, bright light since it precipitates migraine attack 5. Go for regular exercise 6. practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis after consulting neurologist

Sir, I am 29 years old. I have been diagnosed as epilepsy patient on 10th may by a neurologist. My seizure first took place on 10th march and then 30th april. The doctor prescribed valprolcr500 and folvite. At present today I have been diagnosed a 2 month pregnant patient. I am very much tensed. This is my second issue. What should be good for me as well as for the coming child? Should I take or not?

You should take the medicine as. Per the neurologist, and gynecologist advise. Keep consultation of both the doctors simultaneously. And let them interact & decide the safe medicine that can be taken during the pregnancy.

U can gradually stop it it and do get BP and eye sight checked, x ray PNS, thyroid hormones T3 T4 Tsh 1.Sleep.Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax – listen soothing music. Walk for 5 mts 6.avoid .stress, 7. .avoid strong stimuli like loud noises, and smell of food 8. Keep your routine fixed and regular for med contact on private chat.

With a side effect of neuropathy, able to maintain 120 to 140 fasting and 150 to 170 post lunch with medication. Still feet are burning now at this stage I have to further increase medicine to bring down sugar or any relief medicine for neuropathy.

Hello along with other medicine you can take homeopathic medicine sygium jambolam q, 15 drops in 1/2 cup of water and avena sat q 10 drops. Twice daily. Reply after 15 days.

I have migraine problem for past three years only during October Nov months It persists for about 30 mins daily. It will be a severe pain in my right side of my head. Please anyone suggest me a solution for this issue. I too have MRI scan report.

Dear lybrate user migraine is severe headache having throbbing pain at one side food such as cheeses, salty food may trigger migraine drinks specially wine stress at work or home cause migraine sleeplessness or getting too much sleep. Respected doctors, I am a male of 29 years of age, I am suffering from generalized anxiety disorder feeling like I am in a dream like state, light headed, foggy vision, stiff head, head feeling numb, depersonalization, tough to carry on life since 1 and half year.
