Avoid oily and junk food, daily morning walk for 30 minutes. Drink amla and aloevera juice 1spoon each with water, and it will be alright completely after one month.

Ayurvedic medicines together with allopathic medicines can sometimes cause drug interactions. Hence allopathic doctors usually do not know about the content of ayurvedic medicines, it will be very difficult to find out what kind of interactions are there. It could be very harmful for the body. It is better you stick to one of them.

I want to know how to care my heart by excessive and medicines because heart attacked is most popular desires  of world.
1. Schedule a Yearly Checkup Your heart is in your hands. Each year on your birthday, schedule a checkup to have your blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels checked, and ask your doctor to help you reach or maintain a healthy weight 2. Get Physical Step, march or jog in place for at least 15 minutes a day while watching your favorite TV shows. Increase your activity by five minutes each week until you're getting a minimum of 30 minutes most days of the week. 3. Drink More Water Take a water bottle with you wherever you go. It'll keep you hydrated and the bottle's weight will strengthen your arms. 4. Eat Healthy Keep packages of unhealthy food hidden. Put raw veggies and fruits in front in the refrigerator and healthy snacks in the front of the pantry, so that's what you see first. If you grab healthy foods for a minimum of 21 times, healthy choices will become a habit. 5. Control Cholesterol Eating foods high in saturated fat, trans fat or cholesterol can lead to high blood cholesterol. To help keep your cholesterol levels down, eat foods low in saturated fat and trans fat, such as lean chicken or turkey (roasted or baked, with skin removed), fruits and veggies, low-fat or fat-free dairy products and whole grains. 6. Cut Down on Salt To help lower high blood pressure, watch your salt intake. It may be disguised in food labels as sodium alginate, sodium sulfite, sodium caseinate, disodium phosphate, sodium benzoate, sodium hydroxide, monosodium glutamate (MSG), or sodium citrate. 7. Quit Smoking Try this four-step way to kick your habit: • On Day 1, cut the number of cigarettes you smoke by half • On Day 3, cut the number of cigarettes you smoke in half again • And on Day 5, cut your smoking in half again • On your Quit Day... quit! 8. Maintain a Healthy Weight Excess weight increases your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes. To achieve steady, painless weight loss, take it easy. Each day, if you eat 200-300 calories less than you would normally consume, and exercise at least 30 minutes on most or all days of the week, you'll get closer to your goal and be able to achieve weight loss that's steady and painless. 9. Stay Positive If you get off your exercise schedule, have a cigarette, or eat a fattening meal, immediately get back on track toward re-establishing a healthy lifestyle. 10. Give Yourself Credit To maintain momentum with exercising, losing weight, or quitting smoking, keep track of your achievements and reward yourself by doing something you enjoy.

Before 20 days back I have suffered from vomiting for 2 days and after my doctor doctor has say me about less oxygen in body and I have trouble in breathing. Chest pain causes 1. Heart disease 2. Stress, anxiety 3. Lack of exercise 4. Sedentary life style 5. Obesity (over weight) 6. Smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption, excess tea/coffee 7. Excess oily, fatty, cholesterol rich diet, junk food 8. Hyperacidity, musculr pain 9. Heredity and genetic factor prevention follow the advice given below 1. Avoid stress and strain 2. Do regular exercise, yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 3 avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumptio, excess tea/coffee. 4. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food 5. Take paracetamol 500 mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain 6. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 7. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ecg and consult cardiologist.

Hi there. Dry cough associated with chest pain since last 2 weeks. I suggest you to go for a chest x ray becoz pneumonia or a pleural effusion needs to be ruled out because sometimes they can present in a similar mannner. Also most of the times excessive coughing may lead to stretching of accessory respiratory muscles which may lead to chest pain. Also to keep in mind chronic acidity is a common cause of dry cough. Please consult a doctor if the problem persists. Take care.

Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.

Ldl, the bad fats should be lower than 80 and hdl-good fats should be above 40. Solution is to avoid bad fats like street food, namkeens, and other fatty foods like pizzas, burgers etc. Take a spoon of desighee/ butter + a katori of assorted nuts everyday as good fats do reduce the bad fats. Take a spoon of honey with juice of lemon in warm water, daily on empty stomach, every morning -it does burn the bad fats, do simple exercise like walks. Get tested only after 2 months of trial of all of above and do write back the reports.

try to improve your habit, take lunch and dinner at proper time, dinner should be taken at least 2-3 hr before going to bed, take tab flagyl 400 1tab tds, tab lan 30 empty stomack in morning for 1 5 day.drink 3-4 liter of water dailytake isabgol in water at night. welcome for further help.

Just start walking daily for 30 min and continue taking low fat diet. As per latest guidelines carbohydrate should be cut from diet and include more proteins. For details about the diet you have to meet dietician for full evaluation and counselling. Usually if you follow low fat diet and regular walk it can be cured in 2 to 3 months.
