I am suffered skin problem on face I don't know what it is small and small wholes and small small pimples.
Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Follow these instructions to prevent yourself from summer heat- * take two teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt add it in one glass of water, drink it before going out in summer. * cover your head with hat or cotton dupatta before going out. * drink atleast 8 to 10 glass of water daily make your body hydrated with intake of plenty of fluids. * avoid to drink excessive coffee and alcohol. * avoid to go outside in afternoon or in peak hours of sunlight. If you want to go then cover your head with hat or cotton dupatta, or you can take a umbrella to protect yourself from sunrays. * avoid to do vigorous exercises in summer.

Dear lybrate user, welcome to lybrate. You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. If the task is boring, it is natural that that person will sleep or feel sleepy. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Anyhow, there is nothing to worry. Most of the psychological problems can be cured with scientific therapy methods. Take care.

Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth.Dry mouth also can cause bad breath.Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath,You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then.

dear hardik, for gastro problem ask you father to have a walk after every meal drinking more water will avoid gas problems. and for back pain apply heat fermentation twice a day for a week. if still feels pain then take ultrasonic therapy for back pain.

We would need more information like since when, depressed about what, what are your symptoms etc to help you. Yet it will be good if you see a counsellor and psychiatrist in your city. However, in depression, it is suggested that you look at the positive side of things, find meaning in whatever you consider as a loss to you, exercise a lot, take a walk in the sun, have friends and a social life who are funny, cheerful and progressive, eat healthy food, sleep on time and get up on time, have a daily plan of activities and make sure that you achieve most of it. Negative thinking needs to be challenged with counter thoughts that bring in contradicting evidence. Take support of your family or friends to come out of depression as its difficult to remain self motivated. Yoga, meditation, ayurveda, homeopathy also help a lot in depression without any side effects.

Ways to Deal With Sexual Harassment At Workplace!

Every now and then we come across workplace sexual harassment cases in India, and each time a company, industry or even state comes under the spotlight. Unfortunately, sexual harassment in offices has become a concerning trend which can happen to both women as well as men. It can be in the form of unwanted physical conduct, verbal abuse or suggestive language, or suggestive text messages or videos and such.

Instances

Generally, an employee might be threatened with some form of punishment unless sexual favors are granted, embraced, proposed for an affair, sent obscene phone calls or even subjected to sex-stereotyped jokes in cases of sexual harassment. The harassment can take other forms as well.

Some official sexual harassment cases have rocked India since quite a long time. In one, a lady professional had accused her well-known boss of touching her inappropriately at a party, though the accused wasn’t jailed.

In another instance, a very capable executive was accused of sexual harassment by his secretary, and had to resign. There was yet again a case where a female employee was harassed for three years by her superior. In some instances, out of court settlements resolved the issue too.

Two men had once accused a very famous Indian citizen of sexually controlling and harassing them in the name of professionalism, while the honchos of many reputed companies continue to appear in the news for lewd behavior and even rape.

Effects on victims

Irrespective of the fact whether the victim is a man or a woman, sexual harassment in offices can lead to various psychological disorders such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, increased blood pressure, sleep-related problems, suicidal tendencies and physical aches or pain. The self-confidence and willpower of the victim is often shattered.Hence, it’s crucial to know how to deal with such harassment. 

Tips on dealing with sexual harassment

  • Clearly tell the perpetrator that his or her advances are unwelcome. Say NO firmly but politely, or send a text message or email if you are not comfortable with a direct confrontation. Save the message as proof.

  • Make notes of where, when and how the harassment happened and who else was present there.

  • Inform another colleague you trust about the harassment, or friends and family members.

  • Save all the work you do and all official communications in case the perpetrator decides to question your performance.

  • Take your HR department or another senior into your confidence and provide proper evidence like text messages, videos or voice recordings as evidence. The HR is actually bound to address the issue.

  • Don’t expect all your colleagues or teammates to support or believe you. This might happen especially if the harasser is a superior.

  • Try your best to avoid the perpetrator, or keep a discreet recording device handy if you are unable to avoid. At least make one co-worker your witness, if you fear harassment might occur again.

  • Make a police report if the problem is grave, or consult a lawyer who deals with such cases.

  • Don’t be shy; it will simply feed the harasser’s ego. Practice assertive responses if need be. And never ignore any sexual harassment incident.

Your mental health is important

As a sexual harassment victim, it’s natural to have many questions, doubts, and fears. Don’t be afraid to consult a psychologist to process feelings like shame, confusion, rage, guilt or isolation after a traumatic experience. If you ignore these feelings, they might come back to you on a later date and affect your normal life. Finally, believe in yourself and know that you are right. If you are confident, your workplace will become a better place for you.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help to improve your stamina level. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 11.
