dear rajesh ..pl. do tests cbc,urine r/m, urine c/s, lft, till then you an give her tab. dolo-650 mg sos,tab. perinorm-5mg sos, tab. revital women once a day. give her plenty of water. Start with easily digested foods such as gelatin, crackers and toast. When you can keep these down, try cereal, rice, fruit, and salty or high-protein, high-carbohydrate foods. Avoid fatty or spicy foods. Wait to eat solid foods until about six hours after the last time you vomited

Hello sir my problem is that in the winter season my skin becomes very dry and tendency to scratch it becomes very high and the more I scratch it more I become used to it. Due to cold your skin is dry so itching so you apply Dermadew lotion twice in a day after wetting skin with water and apply Propyderm -NF cream twice in a day for 2 week and Teczine5 1 tablet daily at bedtime for 20 day.

What All Care Can Be Taken After A Surgery?

You probably think that things can go wrong during a surgery only and not to post surgery. However, you are wrong! The chances of infection after a surgery are very high and it used to be the highest cause of unsuccessful surgeries in the past, before it was known just how deadly an infection could be. A doctor, however, cannot monitor everything afterwards. Therefore, it is crucial you know and take care of yourself after the surgery.

Here are some ways in which you can do so:

  1. Keep it dry: It is crucial that you keep the incision dry for whatever period of time the doctor tells you as otherwise the chances of infection increase dramatically. Some of the things you should do to keep it dry is to not take a bath, scrub the incisions or put lotions on it. In fact, you should also not expose it to sunlight.
  2. Keep the incisions: You must trust your doctor as the doctor is trained and usually knows things better than you. Therefore, if the doctor tells you to keep the incisions, then keep them. Do not scrub, rub or put powder on them either.
  3. Check for signs of infection: This may be the easiest thing to do as there are many symptoms of an infection. These include a change in the color, size, or odor of the incision, fever, redness, hardening or heating of the surrounding area or in extreme cases more bleeding and pain than usual.
  4. Changing a dressing: This is a major cause of infections among surgery patients and the only way to prevent it is to follow the doctor's instructions. Once again, trust your doctor and remember to wash your hands and put on medical gloves. Do not put alcohol, iodine or hydrogen peroxide either.

Hello, ideally you should have had menses by 7-10 th july and if you have not got them as yet then you must get a serum beta hcgtest to rule out pregnancy as urine pregnancy test can show false negative results before 8 days post missed periods.

Please check your Haemoglobin level. Include B vitamin rich foods in your daily diet- whole grains, legumes, whole egg, meat, nuts, oilseeds. Eat every 2-3 hours. Drink 2-3 litres water daily and keep yourself hydrated all time with fresh fruits & vegetables, fruit juices, buttermilk, coconut water, cold soups, lassi, Eat a well balanced diet containing all 5 food groups- cereals, pulses/ meat, dairy products, fruits & vegetables.
