Hi lybrate-user, if you have pain with stiffness of your back in the morning and improves after a hour or so, or after taking a hot bath then you have to be examined to rule out ankylosing spondylitis if the condition is present for long duration. Usually this condtion starts in 20-30 years age group and more common in males. You may require some investigations like ana, hla-b27 etc. Back stretching exercises, hot water bath, medications, physiotherapy may help. But consult ortho surgeon to rule out this condition. If its ruled out then it may be due to simple mechanical backache.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. Also note that if you are 7 yrs old (as I can see in your query) you will attend the body - weight.

Hello lybrate-user I strongly recommend you to not take any medicine/drugs for weight loss because medicine have certain side effects until you have medical condition. Avoid fried food, artificial sugar/packed juices, high fatty dairy food like cheese, butter ,packaged snacks, etc. From yout diet. Add Green leafy vegetable ,whole grains, all nuts and food rich in protien in your diet. If you have desk job you need to avoid simple carbs white rice, white bread ,refined atta instead of that eat whole wheat roti, brown rice, whole grains, oats,beans channe etc. Just eat small portion of balance d food theoughout day .you will see the result be healthy. Consult with me for diet plan.

Hair Loss During Menopause - How It Can Be Treated?

Menopause brings about a lot of changes (physical, mental, emotional) within a woman. From hormonal imbalance to mood swings, she braves them all. One of the common occurrence associated with menopause is hair fall. As already mentioned, the hormonal imbalance is an integral part of menopause. The testosterone level shoots up while there is a dip in the estrogen level. The testosterone produced in excess gets converted to another hormone - Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT is the main wrecker in chief that latches itself to the hair follicles. As a result, the hair follicle abruptly enters into the resting phase or the Telogen phase. There is thus an increased hair fall with reduced hair regrowth.

The deficiency of estrogen is also known to cause dryness of the scalp, thereby accelerating the hair loss. The hair loss can also be an outcome of stress, insomnia, or any other health problems triggered by menopause. Natural remedies for treating hair loss triggered by Menopause

  1. Hormone Replacement Therapy: It can go a long way to balance the hormone thereby arresting the hair loss. However natural remedies along with a proper diet and healthy lifestyle habits can also work wonders to deal with the hair loss.
  2. Moisturize the Scalp: Keeping the scalp well nourished and moisturized can help to combat the hair loss. To deal with the dryness, you can massage your scalp with the extracts of Aloe vera for about 15 minutes and then wash it off with a mild shampoo. The use of hibiscus paste or neem paste (antifungal, antibacterial properties) will also produce fruitful results.
  3. Oil massage: An oil massage (coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil, evening primrose oil) will improve the circulation, ensuring healthy hair growth. The evening primrose oil is also effective in inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to DHT. (You can also consume it in capsule form). Go for a warm oil massage at least twice a week, keep it for 30 minutes and rinse it off with a mild shampoo that suits your hair.
  4. Hair mask: A hair mask comprising of olive oil and egg is known to promote hair growth to a great extent. All you need is two eggs (well beaten) and olive oil (~ 4 tbsp). Mix the ingredients well and apply it throughout your hair. Wash it off after 10 minutes.
  5. Drink fluids: For people dealing with hair problems, keeping the body well hydrated is important. In addition to water, you can also sip on coconut water or fresh fruit juice at regular time intervals. In fact, papaya, watermelon, cucumber are also known to keep the body hydrated and moisturized.
  6. Healthy lifestyle habits: Do not compromise with your sleep. Maintain the body weight within healthy limits. Exercise regularly (30 minutes a day can also be of great help).
  7. Smoking and drinking should be within limits. Avoid getting overstressed (meditation and breathing exercise may help).
  8. Switch over to a healthy and nutritious diet: Include more of proteins, vitamins (Vitamin C and E), lots of fruits and vegetables, foods rich in antioxidants and Omega-3 fatty acids into your diet.

DIET FOR WEIGHT LOSS:::: Early Morning-Lukewarm Water with Lemon 1 glass Tea without Sugar + 2 Biscuits Breakfast-2 Hard boiled Eggs + 2 Slice Brown Bread OR 2 Scrambled Eggs + 1 Slice Brown Bread+ Skimmed Milk 1 cup (240 gm) Mid-Morning-1 Banana/1/2 cup Melon/20 Grapes Lunch-Brown Rice 1 cup(195 gm) + Chicken/dal (100 gm) + Mixed Vegetables 1/2 cup + Salad 1 Bowl Evening-Butter Milk 1 cup Dinner-1 Roti + Fish/ green leafy vegetables(50 gm) + Lentils Dal 1/2 cup+ Raita 1 small bowl Also take 2 tab medohar guggul and 2 tab triphala guugul twice a day with luke warm water 30 min after meals. for 30 days. These ayurvedic medicines will help u to loose weight fast. Revert me back after 30 days.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Hello Umesh Cough with fever if associated with sore throat n cold is viral fever. Fever associated with chills is malaria. If u have chills too get a PS done n visit a doctor to get antimalarial medication. Regards

there are multiple reasons of bad breath, you can have gum problem, dental caries or indigestion. You can primarily do brushing twice a day and use of mouthwash as a emergency measure but you must contact dentist soon.

If your weight is gaining back, it shows that fat is not getting reduced. You need to figure out that what are the parameters and what's the fat ratio you are reducing. Once you reach to your ideal fat mass than it always take time to put on again untill unless you have any medical problem.
