Take frequent breaks while in front of computer. Drink lots of water. Avoid oily food. Apply cucumberover eyes at night. Milk cream may also help. Sleep peacefully.

Do not stay up late in the night. Drink lots of water. Sleep peacefully. Apply milk cream under the eyes at night. Keep it face clean and moisturized.

Do notnot break pimples. Drink lot of water. Wash face with non soap face wash thrice a day. Keep it face clean. Eat more fruits. Less oil. It face will clear gradually.
